Now, they seem far more interested in dealing with complicated repair issues than providing the basic oil change service they built their reputation on. Twice recently I showed up and was met with long, unexplained wait times. On my second visit, I was told it would be a 30‑minute wait. Forty minutes later, my vehicle hadn't even been touched -- and no one bothered to update me or acknowledge the delay. When I asked the attendant who originally quoted the wait time, he couldn't have cared less. No apology, no explanation, no urgency. Just a dismissive "have a good day" before walking off. That attitude told me everything I needed to know. This place has completely lost the professionalism and customer care that kept me coming back for years. If this is how they treat long‑time customers, I can only imagine how they treat first‑timers. They've changed, and not for the better.
