For taste reference, my favorite plain old coffee ever was Caribou. Starbucks is not my favorite due to its burnt bean character. Jets is better than Caribou was, rich and smooth. Stopped on our way through heading to TX and loved this little coffee stop. The gal was so sweet and made some suggestions and was friendly. Got the Creme Brûlée coffee and Snickers for my husband and we both thought they had great flavor and made very well. This morning was my first time trying Jet Coffee. It is cool because it's a little cubicle-like building in the middle of the parking lot. So you just drive up, order, and go. I am very impressed. I got the raspberry chocolate specialty drink. We didn't wait very long for our drinks and my drink is DELICIOUS! The prices are the usual like at any other coffee place. The barista who works there was friendly and did not rush me as I looked through the menu. They offer all the variety of drinks that any coffee shop would offer. I love the simplicity of the place and will definitely be back. read more

Jet Coffee is a stand-alone coffee stand in the middle of a strip center parking lot, but they have a decent selection of good coffees, lattes, and the like. There are lanes on either side of the building, so service is usually quick. Inexpensive, and the quality of their coffee is good. Keep it in mind if you're on the south side of Mall Road and are looking for a quick cup. read more

These guys can hang with the big chains. The only gripe I have: they are a drive-up shop, and when it's raining or snowing, expect your sleeve, door, and lap to get wet. I'll risk a wet sleeve for their lattes though... read more

I was in the parking lot waiting for a Hot-N-Ready and after exiting my Benz and thoroughly turning my swag on I decided to give this place a shot. AND boyhowdy was that a good decision, I know literally nothing about coffee, to the point where I cannot pronounce any of the names. The barista walked me through each drink with solid patience which is pretty rare. I was with my sister and we both ordered different things, at first it seemed that my drink was wrong, but after putting my glasses on and deciding to read what the barista wrote on the cup we realized we needed to switch drinks. The problem was then solved, it was a glorious day. I drank this coffee so fast and it burned my mouth like crazy but I didn't care because it tasted so good. I want to commemorate Jet's Coffee and nominate them for the congressional Medal of Honor. God bless each of us. read more

This place is hands down, "A great cup of coffee"! They can produce a thousands combinations out of a very small place. I rarely deviate from my "Jet Rocket" Iced or Hot, I don't care. It is a strongly brewed coffee with a shot of Espresso. Compared to Starbucks "Red Eye" it blows it out of the water. They also have had the same staff as long as I can remember which is nice. After my 2nd visit I was always greeted with "Good Morning, The usual today?" I also hear her doing that with all of the customers because they have a dual drive thru. What service! read more

Ultimately, Jets is great :). However, here's my reason for only three stars... My sister and I went to try Jets this morning. I ordered a chai latte, she got the dark chocolate raspberry truffle. The very nice barista made them, wrote what was in it on the cups, handed them to us and even told us which was which. We drove away, tried what was in our own cup, and both thought " eh it's good, but not really what we were hoping for or expected" hers didn't taste raspberry at all and mine tasted more like coffee than chai. However Starbucks has the same issue so I didn't think much of it. I then ask to try hers, turns out she had my chai! The barista had switched them up and wrote the wrong thing on the cups and told us wrong. Once we realized the mess up and switched it around, we both loved it!! It's an easy mistake to make and I'm sure she didn't mean to. Just wish I had gotten to enjoy the entire cup that I had ordered! Hah read more

Tried this place out friday morning. Really good and convenient. They have way more options than I'd expect out of a drive-up place, and the quality was way up there.
