The means the team will work to all be at their best and consistent with the signature and seasonal menu items. The staff sees no credit tip, gets upset, then makes the order. I always do a cash tip - I guess I'm stupid. Requiring me to pay an additional tip for substandard performance is an insult. I do, but $3.50 for a bagel and $8.00 for a cup of coffee with steamed milk should be enough. Of course I gave another$1.00 tip. The staff appears to not be very knowledgeable of the area. - I asked how to get to the bridge to Covington, which is a few blocks from the shop, and apparently has a secret entrance that you need to say the secret word , and since I don't know the name of the bridge (the secret word) - she couldn't help.
