I've had a membership for months, the last two times I came to get my car washed. The automated system will not recognize my license plate and I get stuck. When the attendants come to help they always go to the people in the other line first which means more people pass me in line. Super annoying. At one point I changed my membership in the middle of the month to a less expensive package, instead of giving me the higher cost car wash that I had already paid for a full month. They immediately downgraded me to the cheaper car wash. read more

This is normally the place I come to get a quick wash and usually a decent experience. I was here Monday 6/30. Bought a wash and a discounted 2nd wash. I've tried to come back 7/1 and 7/3. Both times they have been closed despite their hours. This place isn't on my way anywhere I need to go, so this is pretty frustrating. read more

Here is my update this place went down hill after I wrote this review I would come down here 3 times a month been a loyal customer but many times I noticed the cleaning mats were dirty and full of debris I mean black with dirt at some point I could here the small rocks stuck in the mats scraping my car, BE VERY CAREFUL coming here as this will definitely sand your car AND THEY WILL NOT take responsibility BELIEVE ME I'ts done damage to my paint and the tire cleaner scraped the side of my car, again they will try really hard to deny any damage. They just said go through my insurance lol Also the machines squeeze the car too much thus the damage it caused with the tire cleaner. The dirt on the mats plus the pressure of the machines with the sand. I also noticed they like to skip the water down before the car enters ASK THEM TO DO IT BEFORE because trust me the sand on those mats is enough, jesus. In the phone call after I filed the claim the exact words were ''we will not take any responsibly, because of the "inconsistency's" they like that word a lot. I went down there and showed them that it was in fact very consistent. The car wash was very over priced for drive through car wash, half of the machines during the car wash were not even working. Then when I went to the vacuum it was not working and had to move. Did not clean my car and left more water spots read more

The car was caused damage to my brand new 2024 truck they won't take responsibility for it. The manager was very polite took down an accident report at the time took pictures of my rims since when my truck went through the wash both the front and rear drivers side have identical marks from something hitting both rims. When I was going through the wash my entire truck shook, it felt like some sort of a jolt. I talked to the site mgr Robert who said he was reviewing footage. He showed me footage before my truck shook, I told him that it happened afterwards. I don't recommend this place at all, they don't take responsibility at all especially if they cause damage to property. He said after watching all of the camera footage my truck never moved which I know was incorrect both of my rims have identical marks on them to prove otherwise. read more

As a member I wash in the member only line and four cars from the other lines were let through before me. There always seems to be employees standing around and only one actually letting the cars thru. I will be canceling my membership. read more

I've been a member here for well over a year. The wash is pretty darn good, especially for an automated drive through. I have never been offered a towel. Once I asked for one and was cheerily provided. My only issue is the Rinse. The exterior seems to be rinsed well, but not the crevices. You know, open the door and all soapy at the bottom and at the hinges. The lift gate is the same. If they could rinse better, I would be very pleased. Thank you. read more

I wouldn't recommend taking your car to get washed here took my wife's car. It got damaged and manager refuses to help us out if I could give it negative stars I would don't waste your money. I used to have a monthly pass it became to expensive then I started buying a wash with a second was for like half off, the problem is, it expires in 21 days and u have to have the receipt.... Either I loose the receipt or it expired the day before or I can't find it.... I've prob given them $50 in second washes without ever getting a second wash. It's very frustrating it should be like gift card that doesn't expire I feel like I'm just paying for services never rendered. read more

Horrible Car Wash! A Complete Rip Off! I went there to use a car wash I purchased earlier and the clerk said the wash credit had already been used (which it had not). Like many of the reviews listed, they take no responsibility for anything. I used this facility all the time to take care of my 6 cars because of the close location, but No More! My family and I spent $100 a month and we are finding a new facility that honors the wash they sell you. They upsell you on a secondary wash at a discounted price to use later only to not honor it when you go back. Find another place to go! read more

Just swung by to get my car washed for the weekend. When pulling up, the girl informed us that they were making a repair, but it would be no more than ten minutes. Unfortunately, twenty-five minutes later, we were finally let into queue for a wash. Right, as we were about to go through. It appeared the system broke down again. After a few minutes, we finally went through. There was no soap applied to our car and we wasted approximately 40 minutes for a wet car. I complained to the employee and they offered for me to go thru again. I said no due to the extremely long line and already wasting my time. They gave me a refund and nothing more. No apology or offer for a future free wash. I understand mechanical issues but customer service should always be on par. read more

Our new go to car wash place! New, neat with friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of openings for drying and vacuuming after car wash. Staff actually goes around and sanitize vacuum handles. I used to go here and buy their 2 for 1 special, and it comes with an expiration date. I understand if I'd tried to use it a couple of days after the expiration date, but it was one day! As you know, it's been raining almost every weekend so I hadn't time and the weather. I know I'm probably being a little selfish, but I paid for the extra wash and the way things cost now a days. I have come to this location a few times because it is near my home. While I enjoy a hand wash, this is convenient and fast. I purchased the buy one, get one half off and you have 21 days to use the second wash. The most recent time I purchased a wash, there was a lot of rain on the way in the upcoming weeks so I opted for the rain to pass. On the last day I was able to use the second wash, it was raining during the day and I came in the evening (before closing hours) to use the wash. This was on 1/3/24. Well, they were closed at 6pm when I arrived. There were cars washing during the day and when I arrived, there were at least 10 cars in the lot but not washing (possibly a meeting happening). When I came another day to explain the situation, the guy who came to talk to me (not sure if he's the manager or otherwise as he did not say his name) offered me half off. He stated they closed early that day because of the rain (but it was raining all day but not in the evening when I came). When I asked how their customers are supposed to know that they are closed early, he said that I had 21 days to use it. Seriously?!! Regardless, you closed the business early on a day that I could use my second wash and it's not a good excuse. He proceeded to give me "half off" a regular wash which is what I already paid for so essentially I paid for another single wash. If you have a membership it shouldn't impact you much but if you come once or twice a month, you could run into this situation which isn't good customer service. I've been using another car wash and decided to switch to something closer to where I work every day. Stopped in this morning to get my 2023 Chevy Colorado washed. So when I came in was offered three different membership options I chose the middle. Went through the car wash noticed that things weren't turning when I was going through them. When I got to the end of the car wash pulled my truck around and could see dust was still on it and quite a few places to the point where I showed the gentleman by wiping my hand across the dust of the newly washed truck. Team member there said I could run through again, but this is the way it worked. I wasn't happy with that asked for my money back and canceled my membership. He could only give me another wash not my money back but did cancel my membership. What a waste of my time. Something needs to happen up there Jet Speed Express to stay relevant with quick quack that has air sprayers when you're done to blow air off your truck and Raceway that does the same. Ridiculous that with the 13$ car wash the microfiber dryers at the end of the car wash aren't included, the air dryers aren't angled right and left lots of water on the hood of my car and the sides, no tire shine either. Vacuums work good and the staff are nice but the value isn't all there. read more

First time here, wasn't expecting much as this is a drive through car wash. I did the First class car wash. The speed of the drive through was a little too quick. The speed of the wash did not allow the soap and other spays to wash iff completely, therefore I had white residue all over my car. It doesn't wipe off. My bf and I decided to buy a monthly pass for our cars since they were having a promo family deal. Buy one month full price add on a car for half off! We decided to get the first class package! Little did we know the "kit" that comes with this wash is only a one time thing. Every time I took my car through the wash my car looked the same. If I were to come again I would just get the most basic car wash because it does the same job as the most expensive one! Some of the workers don't care about their job which I understand but one time they had me align my car and I don't believe they guided me properly because my steering wheel was moving left and right and I got a warning message on my car regarding the wheels. This had only happened once so that is why I believe my tires weren't aligned properly. read more

December 1,2022 update: I've been calling and calling the number. It doesn't have a voicemail. My emails to the email on their website bounce back. All I want is for them to stop charging my card. I don't want this wack service. Bought the monthly package but their machine does not clean the back of my car. Tried to speak to the manager but the attitude was sorry sucker, it's not my problem. Try to call and cancel, no one answers the phone and people on site are unhelpful. Do not recommend. My hose does a much better job. It would be nice if the machine actually cleaned the whole car properly. Last time I was here a man with a giant truck also had the same complaint and received the same brush off from the person in charge. read more

I was very happy that they finally opened a car wash down the street from my house, however I have dealer plates and that means I'm constantly changing cars because I own a dealer and I sell cars. When I explained my situation to the guy by the booth told me he will gladly discontinue my membership. Very disappointed that they won't accommodate me. In a month I used less than 7 washes. And to answer your response to my review, a dealer plate is moved between cars that are owned by the dealer. So when I pulled up to the booth and explained to your employee that I have dealer plates, why he never mentioned fleet plan????? Which I will be happy to sign up for if you let a manager reach out to me. He was quickly to discontinue my membership without any solution. If your car wash wants to make this right, you have my contact information and I'll be happy to sign up for a fleet plan if you reach out to me. So far, I've visited this car wash a total of 4 times and I have not had any reason to give a rating lower than 5 stars. Customer service: Each one of my visits, there is always an attendant at the pay station offering help and before entering the wash station itself. Value: the pricing is perfect, even the highest option is cheaper then 90% of places I've been too at $15.99. They provide a complimentary microfiber towel, scent and interior cleaning wipe. Not only that but vacuum is FREE along with two separate hoses on each side of the station that can be used to avoid scratching your car. read more

I have dropped by several times& only met one owner who said it's impossible that it was their fault. I have sent emails & left an estimate for damages to my truck. No response to either.
