I really like this car wash. Im only gping to give it 3 stars cause i pay for first class and I dont even get the tire shine. It says on the board I get it but when I drive through the machine doesn't even expand to rub my tires and give it the tire shine. That's my only disappointment. read more

Was very happy with this place, great wash & vacuums work AWESOME. I decided to buy the monthly pass for it on 08/01. But when my wife came in to use the pass today they said they had no record of it in thier system but the charge is showing on my bank statement. I've tried calling & sent emails that are posted on thier website & have not received any responses. Very disappointed & had to pay again to get the car washed. This car wash just opened in late August of 2020. This is the 4th Car Wash to open North of the 10 frwy in Fontana this year. I paid 36.00 for a monthly pass which was a little more than the other Car Washes offer. Sunday I arrived at 7:55 am and waited by the entrance partially blocked with orange cones. This car wash opens at 8am and at 8:02 I drove around cones. The Doors were open and as I pulled up 2 young ladies came running out the door. One approached me and lectured me on driving around cones. I didn't want to get into a discussion with her as she walked away. They didn't even give me my free towel and air freshener. I like the place simply because who ever did the blue print knew how to attract customers. It's big as hell, simple colors makes it look super clean, the tunnel is as long as a football field, ha which leads me to believe more accessories and brushes to clean my car. I've gone 3 times and have taken 2 different cars. I was thinking of purchasing a membership but I don't know if my spirit, although I am lazy, will allow me to buy a monthly pass for 30+ bucks. Usually when I go there's a hiccup that causes me to wait for while at the entrance which I don't get too pressed about because folks with a new business need support. I think during my 1st visit my newer car was scratched on the roof by the blue brushes towards the end of the wash but I have no way to prove it. Today I upgraded for a better dry but the back of my car remain wet. I'll go one more time to see how it goes before deciding on a pass. But I have to say I think the wash is pretty good and better than Bliss car wash. I am pretty impressed with this car wash. We have gone here a couple times. The vacuums work great and are pretty good with sucking stuff up. The cars get pretty clean, but don't forget to bring a towel to wipe away the drips that still happen. read more

This was my first visit to a drive through car wash. I wasn't sure how it worked or what the differences in washes were. I mean, everyone drives through the same tunnel. But none the less I opted for the higher priced one because they give you a microfiber towel and an air freshener. It was pretty simple. I just swiped my debit card and was directed to the entrance. In a matter of minutes my car was clean and dry and I parked in the self vacuum area to finish off my cleaning. I used the towel to dry off any missed water spots and dust the interior. This was quick and efficient. I will continue to return. read more

Been coming to this car wash since it opened to clean the wife's car. I visited it this evening since it had been a while since I washed the car. I always opt for first class and it does a great job at cleaning up the car! The microfiber cloth, air freshener and cleaning towel are a nice touch. Vacuums are strong and long enough to reach the trunk. Overall great value car wash and cleans better than the car wash over on the other side of the 210. read more

This car wash was recommended to me by my dad after another car wash in the area we regularly go to began to slip in quality. I arrived to a very attentive staff here. All staff continue to wear masks which is much appreciated as a customer who takes safety and cleanliness seriously during the pandemic. I also saw staff sanitizing the vacuum handles which are obviously frequently touched by customers. I paid for the $15.99 First Class wash and was more than satisfied with how my car shined at the end of the wash. Will be returning to this car wash from now on. Thank you! read more

What a great experience I was amazed by the way the vacuum suction worked perfect and convenient and fast .

I usually go to Matts Car Wash to get my new car washed. It is also a drive thru. I wanted to try a new place and saw this one on Yelp and it had good ratings so I drove farther to give it a try. Unfortunately, my car was damaged and was not cleaned correctly. It not only ruined my paint but also a part of my side marker lights came off. Never coming here again. Cool little place. First time visiting and justtook my car and for the Economy price, you get a nice wash and dry with very, very little spots. Free vacuuming as well. Staff was nice as well if you needed any help. Definitely returning to take my other cars there. read more

My husband wash our cars twice a week so we decided to go with the membership for two cars which the deal was ok. so the first visit as a member we was told that the nice baggie of goodies for our car, members do not get we have to pay a dollar for it. Which myself feel that's not good at all, members should be able to get a courtesy baggie. read more

Tried this place for the first time and I was a little skeptical on how good my car would come out, mind you my car was pretty dirty. I choose the most expensive one which is like $15 and you get a air freshener fir your car, a cleaning cloth to dry your windows with and any spots you may still have left. I have to say I was impressed at how good my car looked. I love this place, and have been back a few times and will continue to use when I'm to lazy to wash it myself. It gets the job done for a reasonable price and fast which is always a bonus. read more

Poor customer service! I went to Jet Speed Car Wash a few days ago to try them out. I usually go to a different express car wash but figured I'd try Jet Speed since it is closer to my home. The price is reasonable and the wash did a decent job (although my car was left wetter than the other wash). The problem is that half way through the wash my steering wheel jerked to one side and when I came out I noticed that my hub cap was missing. I informed an employee and he quickly retrieved my hub cap and returned it to me. Upon inspection I found that the tabs that hold it on were completely broken and it is unusable. I filed a claim with the manager, Francisco Ruiz and was told that I must have turned the wheel myself while going through the wash and that they would not replace my broken hub cap. He could have made this right by replacing my inexpensive hub cap but instead chose to blow me off. I'm spreading the word to friends and neighbors. Don't go there! They will not take responsibility for your vehicle if their machine causes damage to it. read more

I went to Jet Speed last week and it was not only beautiful but the wash was great! I typically prefer a drive through carwash similar to this because I am always in a hurry.
