Interaction with manager/staff was friendly and courteous. Order took less than 10 minutes and everything smelled amazing! A 10 minute drive home and everything was still quite warm and delicious! Pizza was thick and crispy, loaded with toppings! Buffalo wings were decent and flavorful, but lacked the punch that I'm used to...next time, going for the heat! I never knew Detroit had a "pizza style" but it does and Jets is the place to represent Detroit style pizza...delivered! I'm between a 3-4 on this because I'm not a big pizza fan, but Jets has this barbecue chicken pizza which is so good! I know---eewww, bbq chicken on pizza (at least that's what I said) but NO, this is really good! I actually do without the chicken and just get the bbq pizza and we ask them to bake it "well done" because it comes out with a crispy, crunchy crust! We also add sesame seeds on the crust-because we love seeds, and it makes crust takes so much better! The sauce is sweet-like bbq sauce, so if that's not your thing, don't order it. Multiple disappointing experiences - We ordered delivery a lot from this location but are now stopping completely. The issues are many Online ordering interface quite frankly sucks. The web interface is cumbersome, changes orders randomly and nonsensically pre-populates food items (if you want a salad, don't just add one as it will come without dressing unless you customize to include dressing). Take a side by side look vs. Domino's and the difference is visible. In addition there's also order accuracy issues with the txt to order feature and even if through either channel you place a correct order, the branch might still try to ring you up something completely different! In case you would expect a friendly staff to get issues resolved, be prepared to be disappointed once more. Excuses combined with rudeness are SOP. Finally, contacting corporate is another exercise in futility. Filling out a contact form with order information makes you feel as if you can provide feedback only to be fooled once more with the form not allowing a submission despite multiple attempts. Psyched! It's hard to find a company that disregards customer satisfaction completely but Jet's charging forward and taking the crown! I like my delivery pizza and Jet's is the only one close. Easy to use and lots of options to be very specific in what you want. A little tricky to find the best deal, but overall a very pleasant experience. Went to the location to pick up the pizza/wings. Exactly what I ordered was ready. Parking a little tricky as there are not many spots. Mild wings were a little on the spicy side for mild. Square pizza was its usual solid Jet's self. Once we had our pizzas we waited hold for 5 minutes to speak to a manger...no ever came on the phone. An older woman who I believe was the manager was yelling at her young employees in front of customers so it's easy to identify why the place is an absolute disaster business.
