I wish we had reviewed the mostly negative reviews that this store gets. I should have checked the pizza box before I left the store: When opened at home it was less than 2/3 full with the square style I ordered. And there's no especially good taste to Jet's pizza. Just picked up an order. They forgot to give me the dressing we ordered. I asked for them to deliver it since we were already home and my kids were eating. The manager (though I doubt she was actually a trained manager) told me to come pick it up or they will credit my next order (never will order again) when I said why won't you deliver I didn't forget anything and I paid for it, you made the mistake I just want you to correct it. She said she didn't actually give me the order and someone else there made the mistake, though she a supposed manager. She then hung up on me. Very professional. We have only lived in the area a few weeks, and were trying to find a pizza place to frequent. Last Friday I tried to order online from Jets pizza, I get to the end and it would not go through. I ended up calling the store to try and get it delivered, and after going through the entire order, I was told that I was in the wrong zone. At this point I have tried to order for about 30 minutes and gave up. I discovered that there was a Jets pizza less than half a mile from our new home. I called, but being unfamiliar with the streets I explained to the girl who answered where we lived and asked if they were the ones that were just a few blocks from us. I must've been in the system so she began telling me my address I said yes that's us are you the Jets that's close? She said that they were and then took my order. Delivery was about an hour out so I thought I would pick it up. When I got there, the girl had no record of my order. After a few minutes of going back-and-forth, the lady behind me said are you sure you're at the right one. I said well I'm pretty sure because I spoke to the girl that took my order, explained where I live, she had my address in the system and said that yes this is the one that is just a few blocks from my house. Of course, it turned out that it wasn't. The Jets that took my order was 20 minutes away in an area I was really unfamiliar with. However, I had already paid for my pizza online so I had no choice but to try and find it. Yes, it's terrible that the lady who took my order told me she was two blocks from me. But was what was worse was, the jets pizza that I went into refused to call the other store to see if they had my order. She kept writing down the number and handed it to me. Because I had only gone a few blocks I didn't even take my phone with me. Even the lady behind me said why won't you just call over there and make sure that they have her order before you send her into areas she's not familiar with? The girl just refused to be helpful. The whole ordeal ended up taking me about an hour, and not one person said I'm sorry. I will never order from this franchise again. The pizza wasn't even anything to write home about. read more

Worst customer service ever! The first employee I spoke with was pleasant, then she had a question for her manager about pricing and put me on hold. The manager gets to the phone and said very nasty "what's the problem". I kindly responded that there wasn't a problem and explained to her the situation. The manager was still rude and at that point I don't someone like that making my food. Before I could finish talking she hung up on me! Yes the manager! Absolute horrible customer service. Ordered a large pizza and breadsticks at 4pm it is now almost 6:22 pm and am still waiting for my delivery. Called them around 5:45 said the pizza went out for delivery. So I called at 6:30 pm the guy tells me my online order was voided!! So Ive basically been waiting for a pizza that was never coming for almost 3 hours!!! Seriously wtf!! I basically just waited for a pizza for 3 hours called once was told it was on its way then I call again to find out the order had been voided!!! Garbage service ordered pizza at 845 they tell me one hour 45 minutes later they call me and say our driver left he's behind he didn't take your pizza we can give you a credit or you can come pick it up and we will make you a new one so I tell them I will come pick it up! I get there 20 Minutes later and the guy says oh we didn't make your fresh one let me make it horrible service do not go here go to dominos, or any other place in Bloomfield! I wish I could give these unprofessional, careless employees 0 stars but since I can't I will say the 1 star is for being close by to my job. Yep, literally a 5 min drive there & back. But somehow, it took me 45 MINUTES to make it back to work. I placed an order for a Ham & Cheese deli boat at 5:10 p.m. & was told 15 minutes by SHELBY. I got there at 5:25 p.m. & paid for my food, then they said another 5 minutes. OK no problem. 10 minutes passes & I still have nothing! Yet I still sat & waited patiently even though I have a job to get back to. So FINALLY at 5:40 the order comes out in a weird box, but I thought maybe the packaging changed. I looked at the receipt as I was walking out the door & it said Ham & Cheese jetzee! All that time I waited for something that was INCORRECT! I came back in & had to literally yell so someone would realise I had even entered the store (which took about 3 minutes to get anyone's attention. I have no idea what they're doing in the back of that store to where they don't hear customers coming in & out.) I spoke with the "manager" & he said he would make the right order, but it would take another 10 minutes. No sign of care on his face & no apology. Finally at 5:55 (45 MINUTES LATER) I get out of there & make it back to work with little time to eat the only food I'll have for a 12 hour shift. The tomatoes in the sandwich tasted like onions, so must have been taken off of something else & placed on mine. The deli boat I ordered had no onions on it & I didn't ask for them. What if I had been allergic & those onions had stained my sandwich? I guess that's another thing these employees don't care about. Well first you could tell that young kids work here, which by all means is not the issue however you would think they would have some idea on how to take an order. I repeated myself several times and then at the end of my order the guy hung up on me. So I called back and spoke with a different guy, he knew right away my address and proceeded to place my order again. That was at 9:09pm they told me a half hour to 45 mins for delivery. If I could give zero stars, I would. This is easily the 6th time they've messed up our order. My husband placed our order at 6:18pm and was told that it would be delivered in about 40-45 minutes. Around 7:30 he tried calling to find out how much longer it would be, but he was hung up on-not once, but SIX times. He tried calling again at 7:45 and was hung up on once again. I called them right after from a different number and they answered immediately. After explaining that we had been waiting close to 2 hours I was told that our order was on its way. Within 5 minutes our pizzas were delivered. Unfortunately they were cold and not made correctly. Now, I'm not talking about our pizzas not being hot, I actually mean that they were cold. I called to explain what happened and the general manager told me that there was no way anyone would've told us it would only take 40-45 minutes and that he could make us new pizzas but it would be about another hour before they'd arrive. Nearly 3 hours to wait for pizza?! No thank you. I had to argue with him to get him to credit our card because we should've checked our pizzas before the driver left (because doesn't everyone tell the driver to wait while they take their first bite??). We ordered from this Jets a couple of months ago and they FORGOT to deliver our pizzas. After calling to complain, my husband was told that we ordered pick up, not delivery, even though they had already asked for our address, told us when they expected to deliver, and charged us a delivery fee. We waited for over 2 hours with 5 hungry children asking when the food would come. This location has THE worst customer service and we will not be making the mistake of ordering from here ever again. read more

I came on here to leave a five star review based on my experience and just read a few reviews that are outright wrong. I can tell you first hand that Management has been great and very welcoming, my order has always been correct, and the quality of product has been outstanding. Everything I've ordered has been great and even when it's peak time the staff have let me know about how long the wait would be and have exceeded expectations!! I wasn't very fond of the young women at the register. She had an attitude with everyone that was there on the other side of the counter, either picking up an order or ordering. Then as she walked away after seeing what everyone needed, she was wearing shorts that were so short, they hardly covered her butt. Thought that was very inappropriate and I don't know how management let her come to work like that. read more
