The pizza along with the cheese sticks were AMAZING! The pizza had the right enough cheese and sauce. Came in right after opening time. The dining area was just about spotless. I ordered two pizzas, one for dining in and one to go. I was accommodated quite nicely. The staff seemed quite friendly and seemed like they enjoyed being there. That goes a long way toward providing a good experience for customers. My sausage and mushroom pizza arrived at my table reasonably quickly. The crust really hit the hallmark of good Detroit style with crunchy edges and chewy middle. All in all it was a delicious pizza with some minor caveats. The sausage seemed to be the preformed stuff that comes out of a bag. Also the mushrooms most likely were canned. 2.5 stars. I like that they do pizza by the slice for cheese and pepperoni. The piece I got was pretty good. Good cheese, to sauce ratio. The cauliflower crust was unfortunately flavorless and tasted like literal cardboard. Would not recommend. The service was Eh. My favorite go-to pizza for delivery has been their BLT! Coming from NY it seemed like the oddest combo on a pizza. I had never heard of putting lettuce on a pizza! But they did it and did it well! What pissed me off is that they charged me $22 at 5 pm for the order and at 11:59 pm that same day they charged me $6.88 for no reason. The pizza crust is crunchy and the cheese is gooey. The wings are cooked to perfection with the honey bbq sauce tangy and sweet. The ranch is made in house and not squeeze out of a bottle or packet. The employees are polite and very nice always. The restaurant is clean. They have TV's so you can keep up with sports. I've eaten here since 2012. Props to Jet's pizza for taking my phone order and to the pizza maker for executing it exactly to my specifications. I always order my pizza on both coasts and in between with extra sauce and light cheese. Most of the time I get extra cheese and light sauce or the normal amount of cheese. The order taker can get it right but then the pizza maker usually just does what they want. Not only was my pizza right, it was delicious. Cooked perfectly, crispy on the edges and just the right cook on the dough in the middle. The employees on the phone and at pick up were friendly. Great job!! read more

Did an online order for the mix and match, coupon didn't work was charged for large pizzas and received small pizzas, Tiffany didn't even offer to offset the cost and they have a $10.99 medium pizzas and we place orders their at least 4 time a month. Paid $15.37 on one pizza and $15 for the second pizza, I could have paid $2 for specialty pizzas. read more

So I called to the store to place my Delivery order which came out to be almost 50.00 dollars this was at around 6:30 at 8 I had not received my order yet so I called the store spoke to a person that 1st said she couldn't find my order I was like I know I placed the order and my card was charged she said they have a new system and it acts up sometimes, ok they she precedes to tell me that my order is for pick-up I said that's incorrect it was for delivery, she was not apologetic she said all we can do is have them bring it to you I was like like long would that be she said 55 min I was like what !!! Let me talk to a manager . The manager gets on the phone said she was the one that took the order did not apologize either said all they could do was give me my money back or delivery. So, my wife and I go on date night. My in laws come over to watch our son. I ordered online for pizza for them to come at 6pm. The delivery girl comes and doesn't ring the doorbell. She knocked on the door and waited about a minute and left.So instead of ringing the doorbell she put the pizza down and leaves We have a two story house and my in laws never heard the knock. So because they never heard the girl knock..the pizza sat outside for an hour. We got out of movies and received text from my in laws saying pizza never arrived. So I called the pizza shop and told the manager that the delivery girl knocked but never rang the doorbell. She said she couldn't do anything for us for because it's our fault that we didn't hear the delivery girl knock. I will never order from them again and I hope they go out of business. New to Huntersville, vegetarian and late in the evening without a vehicle, led me to try this place out. Having tried jet's pizza in chicago and unable to find anything vegetarian in the restaurants round where I live, made a safe choice and wasn't disappointed at all! What a yummy pizza. We ordered the pepperoni 8 corner pizza. The 8 corner is a little more pricey than the large 10 piece, which I thought was odd, but apparently it is because the 8 corner is all corner pieces. So if you like crunchy crust, this is the pizza for you. Perfect combination of sauce, bread, cheese and crispy exterior. My only negative is about the price of a regular large pizza with anything more than one topping. The price jumps by about $10! That's a bit much for a pizza in my opinion. They have really good customer service here. I have never had a bad experience here even though it is a lot of teens working here. This makes me happy. They obviously train their employees well and they must take care of them to consistently do a great job. The pizza itself wins us over every time. I mean you just can't go wrong with their version of deep dish. The crust is perfect in my opinion - the outside is crunchy and buttery, yet soft on the inside and my toppings have always been fresh. I love that we can eat in here and actually enjoy our pizza piping hot and fresh. We have also done carry out because unfortunately I do not live in their delivery area. The manager was very Rude and didn't want to give her name stated she didn't feel comfortable but the employee Taylor was co-signing with her and very rude herself . I ordered my order carry out and asked for it well done and once I picked it up and got home realized it wasn't well done at all . Called up there and the manager stated she could remake the slices and I asked did she have anyone that could deliver since I just made it back home from picking my order up . She stated she didn't have any drivers and couldn't accommodate me with anything else but making my slices over. When I returned to the store she had a receipts showing where she refunded the money and walked off very rude because she didn't want me to have her name . The customer services terrible at this location will be making sure this situation is escalated because she doesn't deserve a manager position if she doesn't know how to handle situations like a manager should. read more

Gave it a try, after using Mammas, Dominos, Slice House. This was great pizza, that came with plates, napkins, red pepper and forks and knives. The pizza was a large Hawaiian, with hand tossed crust. Pizza was loaded. Actually more cheese, ham, bacon and pineapple. Strongly recommend ordering from Jets, the Grub Hub didn't work, so they called me to confirm the order. Good customer service. We just got this mailer today. Note the address states Huntersville . It also states expiration is 4/30/19. When we called to order the deal circled they stated they do not have this offer even though we said we just got the coupon in the mail. This has been the 2nd or 3rd time this has happened at the Huntersville location and they won't honor it. It's a sham and a shame they don't get their mailers straight. I grew up with jets in Michigan but this location lost a customer and I will make sure people are aware they don't honor coupons that are sent out. read more

I called in my order at 8:40. I asked how long the wait time was for delivery. I was told it would 30-45 minutes, possibly even faster. It is now 9:30. Still no pizza. Fast forward to 9:40. Delivery guy calls from the gate because he can't get in. Give him the code and he finally gets in. It's probably 1,000 feet from the gate to our door. We had this pizza delivered. Now I'm used to New York/New Haven Pizza. This is one of the best pizzas I've had in NC. I've only had the deep dish. I've tried the plain cheese, the meatball and onion and the pepperoni. All were cooked very well. The cheese and tomato sauce were hot and not dried out. The crust had very good taste and had nice and crispy corners. I ordered through the website which was very easy. It was dinner time on Sunday and I ordered ASAP. They indicated it could take up to 55 minutes, 24 minutes later we were eating hot pizza.
