Finally! Pizza the way I like!! I was raised in Detroit and Jet's Deep Dish takes me back home! So happy we stumbled upon this location!

Wish they still had the one on Old Peachtree. We loved they convenience and it's a very good pie!

The Detroit-style pizza was remarkably good for a fast-food restaurant. The store was clean and the employee was friendly and helpful. However. He told me that a large pizza was 10.5" x 15". I found that it was 9.5" x 14"* when I measured it after returning home. That's a 15.5% difference, which is nearly $3 of the $19.08 bill, including tax. I was going to drop this rating to a 3 because I received lass than promised, figuring I'd tell them to make the right size if I returned. But then I realized that a Detroit-style pizza's size is constrained by the pan in which it's cooked; their system is engineered to deliver less than promised. This further drops my rating to a 2. - - - - - * I ate two slices from the end before measuring so I estimated the length by measuring the box and subtracting what had appeared to be the same empty space I saw between the width of the pizza and the inside width of the box. read more

In an effort to avoid the major pizza chains, I usually order from Johnny's Pizza since it's also close by. However, I decided to try Jet's. Ordered delivery through Yelp. Got a meat lover with the upsized chicken Caesar salad. The pizza was good, not quite full NY style but definitely better than any of the regular chains. Comparable to Marco's pizza, in my opinion better. The Caesar salad was so simple, almost nostalgic to some small pizza shop's homemade Caesar salad. It was so basic yet still delicious! And the sausage on the pizza definitely had more of the Italian taste than your average papa johns. No complaints on my first experience. read more

We called and placed our order through the phone; the customer service was excellent. The guy was very knowledgeable and knew what the specials were and helped us customize our order to our preference. We ordered Chicago style deep dish with a side of hot, boneless wings. We received them within the hour! It was still hot when I opened the box, the wings were hot and they both smelled so good! I took my first bite and the pizza had a crisp at the bottom!! ( I love deeeepdiiisshhh! ) the hot wings was coated evenly and when you dip it into the ranch sauce, OH MY GOSH, GOODNESSS!!! I appreciate how they package their ranch because I don't know what the reason is, but their ranch is so good when you dip your pizza and wings in!! I always order an extra side of ranch! Lol. It's pretty good pizza if you order the deep dish. Save your troubles, don't order hand tossed....just get deep dish. Jets 10 is our favorite, then the Philly cheeseteak. We usually order the 8 edge, which is 2 small deep dish, it's the best deal. You can get 2 specialty without cross contaminating. Very good pizza. I ordered a thin crust supreme with light sauce & bone-in wings. When it as delivered, the food was still hot. They did a good job of putting just the right amount of sauce. I've been monitoring this place since the day it opened. I've visited probably 6 times over the few years it's been here. I've really only found one thing I really like, which is the Italian Jetsy. So, I go today to get that and there is a "fresh slices all day" sign, so I try and order one. Don't have any he says. We just opened. Hmmm. 30 minutes ago you opened. There has ALWAYS been this little attitude going with the folks here. The southern nice has always seemed to be missing. Lunch prices are cheap, so I have them a star for that, but honestly, I just don't see how this place is still open. It generally takes a long time to get you food ( sitting here now for 10 minutes waiting on two sandwiches). Food just isn't that great, and from day one they gave us that attitude (no, you can't have a cup of water - want to buy a bottle?). I will never forget that. read more

Literally the best pizza I have had in Georgia! Initially I thought it was expensive but it was so worth it. Turbo crust is the best and they were not skimpy with the toppings. Love this pizza joint! The staff is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean (even the restroom). For random, taste for pizza nights, this is my go-to. For all preferences, they have deep dish, thin crust, slices, fresh salads, breads, and soooo many combination toppings to choose from. I typically get the sicilian thin crust, deep dish pep and sausage, and greek salad. Always consistently delish. And, they're affordable. I prefer the sugarloaf location. The centerville location is just as close but they only had 3 stars last I checked. read more

So happy we stopped. We were at a store down from Jet's and the smell drew us in. The owner was at the counter. We let her know it was our first time in. She happily went over the menu and it options with us. We got the BLT pizza deep dish with onions added, in a small. Also got the steak and cheese sub (pizza bread for the win), and she gave us dessert, cinnamon Stix. OMG those are addictive. I live a good ways away and will very happily drive over again. A little trouble ordering, first a coupon disappeared when adding another item, (delete and add again with coupon again) but then the bread item disappeared. (no coupon there) Made an interesting challenge to complete the order. All in all 3 pizzas and their original cheese bread, order complete. All the pizzas were great, one veggies, one all corners pepperoni, and another sausage pepperoni and mushroom. Ample cheese, and crust was excellent. Sauce also very good. Everything way better than the "fast chains", a bit more expensive but yet reasonable and worth the difference. PLEASE BE WARNED! Just because there are mandates in place for proper prevenative measures regarding the spread of Covid-19, such as wearing proper PPE and following more restrictive guidelines like frequently changing your gloves, and/or washing your hands more consistently when you touch unsanitized surfaces and prepare food, does not mean they are ACTUALLY following the rules. My family and I placed a really large online order tonight at this Jet's Pizza location and waited in the parking lot while it was being prepared. Lucky for us the customers, and unlucky for them the business we were able to see EVERYTHING that was happening as they made our pizzas. What we saw was an unsightly disgrace, such as co-workers bare hands touching the gloved hand of the food preparer, the preparer touching his face(particularly their nose), and hair before preparing the food, and sticking his hand inside of pickle/pepper jars that are frequently accessed throughout the day. Once we saw this, we spoke to the manager in an attempt to give them the oppprtunity of redemption by suggesting that they change their gloves upon touching unsanitary surfaces for the health and safety of their customers, not just for Covid but also things such as Ecoli. He responded nonchalantly and said he would speak to the preparer. As we clearly saw that he did what he said he would do, the preparer still DID NOT change his gloves and proceeded to still touch the bare hands of his co-workers, scratch his head,and rub his forehead. This is in no way written to steer you away from the business if you choose to continue giving them your business and trust, but it was intended to inform and limit the amount of risk you take by eating from here. Needless-to-say, we got a refund and they gladly took a huge loss, because we had a very hefty bill, but they acted as if they did not care because they did not even attempt to save the sale. Prayerfully, the business owner(s) will care enough to read this review and respond responsibly in the future with all other patrons if they care to have repeat business and not just count on the stimulus bill to help them thrive. I rarely leave any type of review, but the customer service was so poor from "Jayden". His attitude was so bad I had to see who this guy was. On first appearance I noticed his dirty fingernails and shortly after he went back to making pizzas without gloves. When he picks up the phone makes you want to hang up. Call at noon or at closing he is there. Like DAMN man take a dayoff lol. Messed up part I really like Jets pizza especially that NY style. This guy answers the phone with a smug attitude. First time getting pizza from Jet's even though I've driven by numerous times. I actually used the Yelp app to order at around 8:45pm on a Saturday night. At the time of order I was told it would be 45-60 mins. Perfectly acceptable at that time on a Saturday. At about 9:40 I checked the app and clicked on 'check order status' I was informed it would be delivered around 10:10 (80 mins?) So I was a bit disappointed and called Jet's to clarify. Lo and Behold, the driver pulled up right then. So good news, delivery speed was just fine. Ordered Pizza and an Antipasto salad. I like a thin crust and there's was perfect. The sauce was a tad on the tangy side for my taste but that isn't a detractor. There was plenty of hamburger topping, almost too much. Still tasty. Also, I like that they cut the thin crust into squares. (-1/2 star) The salad is what cost Jet's a star. I've gotten a few antipasto salads in my day and this was probably the example that was the least closest while still being that type of salad. Yep, it had deli meats, maybe one slice each, about 5 cherry tomatoes, a handful of black olives, and a ton of shredded pizza cheese on top of about half a head of iceberg lettuce. To me the proportions weren't there and where was the provolone? It tasted ok but seemed like it was way too much lettuce with little of the important toppings of a true antipasto. (- 1 star) Plus I would have expected it to come with a vingarette type dressing, not ranch. But that was my fault for not asking. Overall not a bad experience though. If I could, I'd rate 3.5 stars. I've had the privilege of eating many pizzas over the past 50 years all over this country and have narrowed my choice to just one: Jet's Pizza! And, over the past several years of patronizing Jet's Pizza locations around North Atlanta, I've found the Sugarloaf location to be my favorite when I want to dine in as well as take out. The staff there have always delivered a hot pizza and cinnamon sticks promptly and I've never been disappointed. The pizza is good but there's a Domino's up the street that I can order from instead of coming out of my way just to sit here for a half hour on a Friday. Used to absolutely love this place and now I will not go back; I have never been a pizza fan until Jets and our family was so pleased we started "PIZZA THURSDAY" as an end of week treat. But their customer service is gone, good luck at getting your order right and plan on a wait (even when preordering ). I did not want to write a negative review and would have preferred to have contacted the owner, but their name is nowhere to be found in the place! They've gone downhill very fast and I'm very disappointed.
