One of the better chains around! Disclaimer: Having been born and raised in Chicago, I do have strong and somewhat biased opinions on pizza. But, I do give pizza a chance elsewhere. Built off of Detroit Style square corner pizza, Jet's delivers. Great ingredients and Jet's always does the trick for me. When ordering, I typically get a lot of toppings on one of their square corner Detroit Style pizzas. They're extremely filling but when you're eating them, they don't feel heavy. Although thick, the crust is buttery, light and airy. Baked in a square corner pan, the edges of the crust are crispy-crunchy and caramelized buttery goodness. Unlike traditional round thin crust or hand tossed pizzas, you won't be left with a plate of pizza crusts at the end. These are topped from edge to edge to edge to edge. They do offer traditional round, NY style and other think crust pizzas, breads, sides and also sodas. Their online ordering platform is quick and easy. When using it, don't forget to check the deals out first. They'll likely either have a combination deal that you're looking for or less expensive and close enough to what you were looking for. Would I go back? Not being from Cincinnati, it's only my opinion that I'm limited to the pizza places that I like here. There are a lot of chains to choose from and I'm unfortunately not a fan of most of them. Luckily, there are some independent locations that do quite well. In a pinch though, Jet's always hits the spot. There may be some, but I'm not familiar with any other Detroit Style pizza places in Cincinnati. I really enjoy Detroit style pizza and this is the best I have found near my home. I have not had an issue here in several time ordering. I would recommend picking it up yourself unless you don't mind waiting or you call way ahead. It is an 8 minute drive from my home yet normally delivery time is an hour. This is either amazing pizza and lots of orders or they need more drivers or both. Either way call order and pick up some great pizza. I can't wait for my next order. read more

So I will start by saying Jet's has some of the best pizza around. My husband and I decided to have pizza for a cold Saturday night in and we decided on Jet's. When we walked in the first thing I noticed was that there were two young men in the kitchen area with their masks on their chin. One of them was also eating. When I addressed this with the lady at the cash register, her response was that they had been working since this morning and they hadn't had a break. She was also very rude in her response as if she couldn't understand my concern. I understand that restaurants get busy. However, we are in the middle of a pandemic where people are dying by the thousands daily. Therefore, if I'm going to trust a restaurant to prepare my food, I want the security that my food is being handled appropriately. Eating in the kitchen area where you are preparing people's food is very unsanitary even without the pandemic aspect. I think I will be reaching out to the health department. read more

This is the best deep dish option in the area! Their pizza always has quality cheese and toppings. They have multiple different crusts that you can choose from, however I just go with the standard choice. I would recommend starting with an order of Jets bread. Then have a pizza as your main meal. The service of this place stinks!!! First of all, STOP BANGING ON MY DOOR to deliver my food!!! We have doorbells for a reason. You would also think that when a MIDDLE-AGED FULL-GROWN MAN shows up at your door, with the food YOU purchased they would at least greet you. Unfortunately, this never happens. When I get my food delivered I hear banging on my door like they're the SWAT Team then they proceed to not say A WORD and hand me my food, even after I sign and give the receipt back there's still no response whatsoever. Sometimes I even greet the delivery person and receive no response. AND YOU EXPECT A TIP? Absolutely not. Love Jet's Food, but the service at this location is absolutely appalling. The pizza is fantastic, no question. Great quality, lots if options for crust (I recommend the turbo) and specialty pizzas. It is a little more expensive than I usually like, but when in the mood for something nicer than Dominoes or Papa John's, this is what I would splurge on. Their customer service was great- my pizzas were 15 minutes late and I sat on hold for another 15 minutes trying to find out what had happened to it, but they immediately comped the whole thing and I haven't had any issues since! (I wouldn't normally complain about 15 minutes, but it was a Tuesday night and they already have long delivery times, usually an hour) I'm only giving them four stars, however, for the incredible annoyance of their website. I consistently have issues with pages lagging, items not appearing in my cart until I get to the end, or having to resubmit my order because it didn't go through the first time. Ordering online has never been such a pain, and their 'deals' online are often the same exact price as the regular menu item. You can, however, find coupons in the mail and coupon books. When they finally get around to upgrading their website, I'll be back to give them five stars for their amazing deep dish pizza! read more

Generally, I like Jet's pizza except that it is relatively dry without extra sauce. I wouldn't recommend ordering online, because they don't pay attention to details (e.g. extra sauce). The same comment applies to the wings. I hate getting home with my order only to be disappointed that it's not what I really wanted. Went into the store to pay for and pick up my pizza I ordered. I payed for the food and sat there for about 10 minutes when the manager Alice came up to tell me to wait outside because I didn't have a mask on I did. When I seen the food was ready I came in to get my pizza, she refused to give me the pizza until I put a mask on I refused since it's my right not to wear a mask. I said I wanted a refund, she then told me I wasn't getting my refund or my pizza until I put a mask on, I looked over at the cooks all 3 guys working with the pizza no gloves! No mask! I stated how hypocritical it was she didn't care all she wanted was to force me to wear a mask. I had to call the police so they would force her to give me my money back! After being forced to give me my money she told me to never come back to the store again. I'm a Michigan native who grew up with Jets pizza. For what it's worth, I don't think there's a better chain pizza in existence (at least not that I've found). Their staple is the 8 corner pizza, which you need to get. Each corner is crispy, greasy, cheesy goodness. I'm not a fan of "sweet" pizza sauce and Jets is perfect in this regard. Plenty of sauce, even more cheese, and a healthy dose of toppings of your choice. I don't stray far from the classic cheese and pepperoni, but all of my friends have enjoyed their specialty pizzas. I have never written a review before but I received the WORST customer service from the manager/owner Brooke at this location. I ordered my food at 3:30p paid tip in advance for contactless delivery. Was told the order should be delivered within 45 to 50 minutes. I called at 5:09 because my order had not been delivered yet. Was told it was completed but they were probably close. So I waited another 30 minutes and called back and was told my order was delivered to my address and the driver told her it was delivered. I told her the driver must have delivered to the wrong location. I was basically called a liar by Brooke and that she did not like the way I was speaking to her even though I never raised my voice or used any expletives. We discussed resending the order and I said ok please have driver ring the bell so I can get my order in hand She was very nasty and kept yelling at me that I asked for contactless delivery. She told me she was voiding my order and didn't want my business. Then after further discussion decided she would fulfill my order. Worst customer service EVER! And was asking for order to be given directly to me asking to much when the original order wasn't? read more

We had ordered carry out from this Jet's location (Liberty Twp.) since it opened. Usually once a week or every other Friday, we picked up a pizza. Due to very rude treatment from a/the Manager on duty soon after Covid-19 began, we will never again set foot in this location. After ordering by phone and standing in line outside for 15-20 minutes, socially distanced, my husband asked about the lack of face masks and gloves on the food service employees. He commented about the fact that the employees were working very close together. Instead of politely listening, the "Manager" threw a $10 bill back at him and threw his pizza box in the trash right in front of him. I have worked in the customer service field for 40 years and although the customer isn't always right, I have never thrown money at them or their product in the trash can in front of them! There are lots of other pizza places around here sure to treat us better. No customer deserves this treatment! read more

Wasn't impressed at all for the price. If I closed my eyes and had Jet's, Papa Johns, and Little Caesars lined up with the same toppings I wouldn't be able to tell the difference. The crust is boring even if you do change to a flavored one. You know the saying, you put lipstick on a pig ....... After having takeout from the Mason location at my work and enjoying it, I thought I would try it again. My family and I met on our way home to see if they had a place to dine in. There were simple tables and it appeared to be more of a takeout facility. Not at all exciting on the dining in experience, but I was pleased there was seating. The pizza more than made up for any lacking ambiance. It was delicious. We saw the challenge that if we didn't think it was the best pan pizza in the Cincinnati area we would get any item of equal or lesser item for free. It was delicious and the size of the large was the perfect amount. We had just enough and that was great as I am not a fan of leftover pizza, (I know that I am odd in that sense).
