Didn't notice that my order was incorrect until open the boxes at a friend's home several miles away. I had received 2 cheese pizzas. Ordered online for curbside pick-up. Got 2 pizzas and garlic knots. Ordered a deluxe pizza with olives and red peppers added. That pizza had ONLY the peppers and olives, mostly all clumped in the middle. It was also cut very poorly, pieces sized tiny or huge. Called to complain and got a credit to use next time. Seriously, how do you miss all of the toppings on a deluxe pizza?? Very disappointed. I guess you just always have to check your order before you leave the restaurant. read more

I order from Dominos online probably once a week on average, maybe slightly less. I think lately it has been more often due to being stuck at home the last 4 months from having surgery twice. So I have had a bit of experience the last 10 months ordering delivery to my apartment, especially from this Dominos location. I have never had a bad experience outside of them forgetting the occasional extra cup of marinara sauce for my pizza crust. (Only happened twice, so they are batting a pretty high average.) Today I ordered their BBQ chicken bites, a medium pep and mushroom pizza, lava cake, and a two liter of soda. Everything was accounted for and tasted as expected. This was the first time I ordered the lava cakes, and I expected them to be a bit more in terms of flavor. But they seemed to be prepared appropriately and outside of that I thought everything else was spot on. This time around my meal was a bit delayed on the delivery. I was watching some television and happened to look at the clock and realized it had been a while. Literally 10 seconds later I received a phone call from who I can only believe was the manager at this Dominos. She told me my food was on it's way, and that it had been delayed a little bit. She apologized and was courteous through the whole phone call. Truth be told even without the call I would not have been too put off, but this simple gesture went above what I have received from any other food chain and above what I expected from one. The gentleman who delivered my food, (he is sort of a regular for me recently,) apologized for being delayed. I told him I received a call and he said it was his fault, whether it was or not it was nice to see someone take responsibility. I will continue to order from this Dominos even after I am back on my feet. The food is good, especially for being a chain restaurant. But the fact they care enough to give me a call to let me know my food is going to be 15 mins later than expected is enough to show me they care. Which means a lot to me. read more

Love the ability to order ahead on the app. Such a timesaver. Dominoes pizza in general is not my #1 favorite pizza (that would be LaRosas), but it works for a fast and affordable meal. read more

Paid 19.99 for large pizza. Husband picked up by Shell. Had not had Dominos for number years. What a dissappointment . Paid for pepperoni. Very little. One large slice had one piece other 4 of pepperoni. Like they got interrupted and forgot to finish it. We also ordered cken wing. Eight piece. Maybe two teaspoons wing sauce. Not even cook crispy. No blue cheese. It was on order . Thankfully had hot wing sauce at home....and oven to finish cooking wings. We ordered lava cake for desert. Picture showed nice looking small cakes. Really small nothing like picture.Total almost forty dollars . Will not be back. Way over priced , poorly prepared.Beyond dissappointed. We eat out multiple times a month, retired. Seems like everytime we order ToGo things missing or very dissappointed in way prepared. Will not be back. Donatos fully covered with pepperoni. With the best app anywhere, they make it easy to order online and have your meal delivered quickly. The deep dish is really delicious. There was a problem one time, and they handled it perfectly. I hate to give a one star rating but I was incredibly disappointed. The staff was friendly, however the quality of Domino's pizza is dreadful. Cardboard covered in "cheese." Yikes. A hair was found in my cinnamon twists which made this experience even more unbearable. Save yourself and go to Marcos! read more

We tried it out and won't be ordering from their again. We got 2 pizzas and the cookie/brownies- that had a hair on it. It was more like a beard hair. that happens but nothing was that great to order again. It's editable but definitely to many other options of better places.
