I recently had an excellent experience with the staff (Rachel/Clayton/Allison) by happenstance, I had dialed the wrong number for a pizza order. I understand Ben to be the manager of this wonderful crew, because our timing is off as I wish to extend a compliment via a phone call I decided to share it here on Yelp. Used coupon $5 off large special pizza supposedly with pepperoni, green pepper, mushroom, onion ham. Problem experienced was pizza received had very, very little of the ingredients mentioned above. Only consistent ingredient was pepperoni. Save yourself money and a lot of grief... just order pepperoni otherwise you will be very disappointed. I made this mistake twice. Never more. Happy's is hands down my favorite! I was reminded today why I would rather order online instead of picking up! But today I decided to pick up! The tall gentleman working the register was not the friendliest. All I got was "yup" and "what size" I mentioned I wanted to verify I had the right stuff he cut me off and just said 1/2lb, 1lb or which one! Call me crazy but when I pay $18 for ONE pizza I expect the toppings to all be there. The entire bill was over $35 NOT delivered. The whole reason for a Mediterranean pizza is the toppings, right? There was honestly about one teaspoon of feta in the entire pizza. The taste was good, but come on. The pepperoni round was a grease pit. No thanks. I enjoy Jet's Pizza when it's not from this Madison Heights location... this place routinely overcooks the pizza making the crust and dough VERY tough. This has resulted in several unappetizing pizzas from Jet's and not having been there in well over a year! Idiots. Freaking idiots. In a nutshell, they accidentally sent my order twice. The delivery guy made me stand in the cold while he took 10 minutes to call (literally it took him an entire minute to even get to his work number in his phone and press talk) and figure out that they duplicated my order in store on accident! A little further than the 8 and Wyoming store, I usually opt for the Madison Heights location because they do a better job than the former. It may not be the very best Jet's but it's still solid. Their delivery is timely, their product is really good and the staff is A-OK. I will say that at their peak hours, their customer service is a little slack but that's forgivable. I still never get tired of their deep dish-there's really nothing that comes close to the same texture, freshness or flavor. There round is also great but still a close second to their square pies. read more

They have no prices on their on-line menus. Some people use prices to decide what they are going to order. They expect you to do all of your ordering without knowing the prices. In addition you might want to compare their prices with their competitors. Not very professional. read more

I visited this location on my way home from work to purchase a bottle of the Ranch dressing as I totally love it. I entered at 9:35 pm and decided to order Jet's bread. The employee who took my order slammed his hand on the counter while ringing up my order and had a horrible attitude. I know this location was busy as they had orders going out and I overheard them taking a hotel order. It took 20 minutes for what turned out to be a bland order of cheese bread. Save yourself a lot of hassle and don't order online.. 3 times I ordered online and 3 times the order didn't go through so I ordered from another restaurant. Then 15 min later Jets delivery is at my door and charged my card. I feel bad for the delivery drivers. Jet's Corporate needs to put some money into their website. It's Jets ... ordered a NY style pizza and was disappointed. To much sauce which made the crust a bit soggy.

I live in Ferndale and usually order delivery from the 8 mile location. When I tried to order from the 8 mile location the phones were down and the online ordering was temporarily disabled. I finally gave up on that location for my order and called this location about s half hour before close to see if they would deliver to me. Although the delivery was out of their area, they still accommodated me this one time as an exception for not being able to get my order in at the location that delivers to me. The pizza was fresh and delicious! I may just have to start picking my pizzas up from here instead of getting delivery from the 8 mile store! I live in Ferndale and have had problems multiple times with the Jets on 8 Mile. Problems like them not bringing sauces/salads/sides that I ordered and paid for via debit card. The Jets on 11 Mile will deliver to Ferndale and never have messed up an order. Everyone is friendly when I pick up at the store. Highly recommend this location. read more

I'm not one to write a bad review but not happy about my pizza night w jets. The service was good the pizza was on time (pick up) but the pizza was horrible. Shards of bacon fat throughout and the slightest bit of banana pepper. I've spent years working in a pizzeria even in my busiest moments I've never sent out bad pizza. It's irresponsible. You're being paid to satisfy people who want to buy your pizza. Get it together. It tasted like cardboard. I love there pizza, but this is the only jets that does NOT offer a military discount. Every other jets in the neighborhood offer 20% to military except this one. The manager Christopher was very rude. I will not be going back to this Jett's in the future. read more
