We loved the pizza!! I forgot to take a picture dangit. We ordered two large hand tossed and I ordered a gluten free pizza. They were all really tasty. The sauce is great. The crust on the hand tossed is not super thick or under/over cooked. The sauce and ingredients are spread evenly to the edges, not leaving dry crust like some delivery pizza. The gluten free pie was surprisingly very much like a real pie! I eat A LOT of gf pizza, but I must say that I now have a favorite. Aside from being a bit more chewy, it tasted like a normal pizza, not all gf pizzas do. The delivery time was around 30 minutes during rush hour and the delivery guy was very friendly. Decided to go halfway healthy last night with our pizza order. We added a medium chef salad +bacon and Italian dressing to our order. It was about 6.99 and probably enough for 3 or 4 people to add to their pizza serving. First of all, it was presented nicely - not just all thrown in there like a mess, and the toppings were evenly spread on top of the lettuce. We were given two large-ish cups of dressing and only needed one. I am SERIOUSLY impressed with how fresh and tasty this salad was. Not only was it delicious but they did not skimp on ANY of the toppings.. and I found myself wishing for a little bit more lettuce in the bowl. Bravo Jets! To be fair- I normally love Jets! This location, however, pretty much sucks. Their delivery timing is way off. You'll order a pizza- says 60 minutes, then comes in 20 mins. Annoying when you're not in earshot of the front door and have no idea that they showed up. Another order- pizza comes 45 mins late from the delivery time. My suggestion- get rid of the delivery time since they can't get anywhere near an accurate estimation. The deep dish pizza was the best out of what I ordered. The wings had literally no sauce, were dry, and didn't come with any ranch or blue cheese. What wings don't come with ranch or blue cheese? Food- super bland. Texture- way off. I was really wanting pizza one night and Publix was out of the frozen variety that I prefer. I decided to give Jet's a try since it was in the same shopping center, and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a deep-dish pizza but what I received is a little different from what you might expect if you're wanting a Chicago-style deep dish. To me, this is a good thing, because the Jet's deep dish is more like the old-school Little Caesar's square pizzas. These were better made and had fresher toppings. The crust was really good too. I also got a small hand-tossed pizza. I liked it but it wasn't as distinct at the deep-dish. I highly recommend the deep-dish over the hand-tossed. Finally, I got a Greek salad. It was made fresh and tasted really good. It was also huge! It was much better than I expected. Overall, I love this location and have already gone back once to get more salad. Then you have Jet's Pizza, which is one of the cheapest pizza places I've found. One of their lunch deals is 2 square pizza slices and a 20oz drink for less than $5. Sure, other locations in the area have simliar deals, but Jet's Pizza feels like a better purchase. The store itself is small. If it turns busy, it would be hard to find a spot to sit. It's set up more like a takeout shop. I think even if you're eating in, they will give it to you in a to-go box. Just like their price, their pizza tastes cheap. Don't go looking for Pizza DOP Margherita made with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. It looks like a Pizza Hut Deep Dish pizza. But I think it tastes better than Pizza Hut. If you're craving simple, cheap, junk-food type pizza try this place. I think the price makes it somewhat worth it. read more

This place is quite a surprise! I never expected for take out pizza to taste this good. But I was not disappointed. My order: Two large pizzas, deep dish. I highly recommend the deep dish!! I ordered cheese and veggies. Both of them, again, exceeded my expectations! They told me 15 minutes and that's exactly how long it was...15 minutes. The price was great for the cheese one ($11) and I would just say a tad too high for the veggie one ($17). I also ordered a side of wings which were supposed to be mild but were actually slightly spicy (be careful with this if you don't like spicy at all!) Never order via grub hub or any meal service with this jet's pizza. They delivered to the wrong address even though I input the correct address. The driver called only once and never left a voicemail. 25 minutes later I get another call from the manager stating that they already came knocked and I didn't answer. The driver was at the wrong address. Then the manager claimed that I input the wrong address. I told him that I had not as my confirmation via grubhub has the correct address. He decided to continue to argue and disagree with me. Then after he stated that I needed to pay more to get it delivered to the correct address. Attached is my confirmation via GrubHub. Toppings were tasty, just disappointed no crunch. The first person I spoke to when I ordered seemed a little list, but someone quickly took over and finished my order. They were very efficient (I think it was the delivery driver). He knew exactly where we lived and instilled confidence our pizza would arrive at the right place. When he did arrive (ahead of quoted time), pizza was hot and fresh. Driver was very friendly. Overall, we would order again - next time easy on the sauce. Previously, this was our place to eat but not anymore. On Monday, November 25, 2013, Jet's Pizza was busier than usual. Drew ordered our usual--small square pepperoni pizza with a medium Greek salad. We were told it going to take a while so we ran an errand, came back in 15-20 minutes and was advised that our pizza was not ready. But it was. It sat for 17 more minutes which I noticed that the box was sitting there for a long time. Needless to say, I will not be going back. I had a previous bad experience when I had ordered a small salad and a slice. The slice was hard as a rock. Obviously, it was made hours before. Ordered online and that it would be ready in 15 to 25 minutes. I got there 25 minutes later to be told that it wasn't ready. Not a big deal. After sitting there for 30 more minutes a group of us were still waiting on our orders and no employees had come to check on any of our orders even though we could hear them talking in the back. This location recently opened. I got the combo #1 a small pepperoni, order of jet's bread, and 2 liter and got a large caesar salad for the gf. The pizza was close to but better compared to pizza hut, not great compared to the other new york style places in the area. Its thick, square, and comes with extra grease to wash it all down. Yeah, greasy pizza is ok sometimes. The jet's bread is pretty good. Its about the size of a small round pizza, but very thick. Very good taste and not too hard or soft. The large caesar salad was huge, 2-3 normal people could share the large. The dressing was Ken's in a package and the croutons were also in a package, I believe are exactly the same ones you get at chick-fil-a with their salads. The store is still new and customer service is yet to be graded properly. When I went to pick up I was promptly greeted. It was spotless inside, but being a week or so old I would expect this. When I did get my food I had to tell the girl what else I had with my order, she only handed me the pizza and bread, the 2 liter and salad were still in the fridge behind her. All in all I give it 4 stars. This grade is not based on how this pizza compares to say Harry's down the road, but how it was just based on this store and brand. If you are a pizza connoisseur go elsewhere. There are plenty of other better pizzas to be had. But if you like a greasy deep dish pizza every once in a while, come to Jet's! read more

I live almost at the intersection of I-75 and Cumberland Blvd. I thought I was in proximity of the Delk Rd location or the Smyrna location. The Delk road location has delivered to me before with me Pleading my case. They remind me "even popular locations have dead zones". I tried to order tonight, again. I love Jets but I'm just too tired to plead them to deliver to Cumberland Blvd. I'm left feeling like sometimes they will deliver to me and sometimes they wont.
