Best deep dish pizza! Great sausage topping. I like the turbo crust. It is more expensive than most, but it is a treat once in a while.

Based on the great reviews of this place, we decided to order a large, square deep-dish "Super Special" pizza. In all fairness, I can only give it an A-okay. Definitely not the best, but definitely not the worst. The pizza dough texture is very similar to Little Caesar's square deep dish. The toppings were fair, but I dislike how the onions and green peppers are diced into such small pieces. The problem is that once the pizza is baked, the veggie toppings all turn into little itty bitty pieces of burned char. Not exactly a fan. Otherwise, the taste of the pizza was good-- again, similar to Little Caesar's, but a whole heck of a LOT greasier! (not to mention, a whole heck of a lot more expensive too...) We also tried their bread sticks (Jet's Bread), which were good. Unfortunately, the marinara sauce that came with it was completely cold. I can see us maybe coming back once in a while, but Jet's definitely will not be our go-to pizza place of choice. read more

My family has been ordering delivery from this location every other week since they've opened. We have literally spent thousands of dollars for their product. Last night, I placed an order and was quoted a 45 minute delivery time. One hour later, I called again to make sure the driver was ok (it was a rainy night). They assured me the driver was safe and my order was on it's way. 30 minutes later... no food. I called again and spoke with the manager on duty. She quickly identified the cause, made no excuses, and immediately remade my order AND added two 2 liter sodas AND a large cookie AND gave me a $10 credit towards my next order... free of charge. It arrived 20 min later (we live 7 min from the store). Obviously my family is a big fan of their pizza, because it's delicious (especially the 8 corner!). But it's THIS level of customer service that wins my loyalty. Also, I made sure to tip the delivery driver as it wasn't his fault. read more

This is some bad pizza. Very bland and cardboard tasting. We ordered the "large NY" which came with a free small "square". Well the large is the smallest "large" pizza I have ever seen. Its in a 14" box so as you can guess the pizza is smaller. It is very bland. So bland I got my own extra sauce so it would have some taste. Overall I would skip this place. Maybe they can say its working out the kinks because they are new but they are a chain so they should be up and running right away. On the upside delivery was very fast on a Saturday night. Forgot to add they say they offer flavored crust but we were never offered it. read more

Pizza is great. My family loves Jet's. Can be a bit expensive depending on what you order, but it's definitely worth it.

Average at best. I guess if you HAVE to have pizza delivered it's an ok alternative but Peri Brothers and even Papa's Pizza are SO much better. For us, it's worth the drive down six forks for Peri Bros. read more

It was wonderful! I don't like stretchy cheese so when I found it was coagulated, and cold, it made my night. I also like leaving early and putting my job in jeopardy because I have food poisoning. The manager was an absolute delight to talk to and quite modest about the role his pizza played. He quite cleverly patronized me because my pie had jalapenos and communicated quite clearly that it was my fault. Such a dear. He insisted that I had eaten something else and that is what had thrown my stomach, although I know better. I live on a budget and decided to treat myself so I hadn't eaten anything else in preparation for the feast. And what a feast it was! 5/5 would reccomend read more

I am from upstate NY, and so far I'd say there just isn't a great pizza place in Raleigh. There WERE two of them, but they both closed. I like Jet's though, nice crispy crust, tastes fresh, It's probably my first choice over the competition, which is just really bad (like 1-star) in my opinion, so three stars for Jets says "hey, it's decent", that's where I'd order from. read more

"Delicious" is all I can say. And, at a great price! Definitely check out their Square-Cut Deep Dish. I am not a huge deep dish lover, but this deep dish is light and has the perfect, crispy crust. Jet's destroys all other delivery pizza places around. read more

We're new to the area & got a menu in the mail. It looked good, so we tried it. We were not disappointed. We were unable to order online. I'm not sure why, so we gave them a call. The pizza was delivered quickly (less than 30 min) and it was some of the best pizza I've had in a while. Highly recommended. read more

Favorite pizza in Raleigh. Not normally a fan of deep dish but their deep dish is fantastic. My wife like it with a side of ranch dipping sauce. I like it by itself with their parmesan crust. It's crunch and chewy all in one with a great ratio of sauce. read more

The manager Katelyn is completely rude and doesn't tend to customers needs and she needs to be demoted or even better.. FIRED. She doesn't need to be in customer service at all. She yelled and told me " AS I TOLD YOU LAST TIME WE ARE NOT DOING THAT" because I came in last time asking her to not be so heavy handed on the sauce as I was trying to order 2 slices and soda for $5. She's disrespectful. I said well when you make the pizza can you not be so heavy handed on the two slices i'm ordering and she said no, if you want it customized then you need to order a different pizza. She also stated that "your little girls over there don't ever come in here and have a problem so why do you" THAT JUST SET THE CHERRY ON TOP! Even the lady that worked with her was irritated at her because she knows that's not how you treat customers. I will never go back to this place if she's still working there! Was a pleasant surprise! Ordered the "8 Corner" pizza with cheese and pepperoni, and it was great. If you like thick crust pizza, this is for you. Crust is super crispy,and I liked the sauce, unlike a previous reviewer. Decent pepperoni as well. Same crispiness that Klausie's Pizza truck makes, but not as greasy, which was good. Also got an order of breadsticks which were tasty. Will post some photos when I get a chance. Will return to try the Jetsy sub, which is a sub roll made from the pizza crust and looked good. Good news for those of us that are tired of eating the same old delivery pizza. A new pizza is in town, and it is refreshingly different and refreshingly good! I had gotten to where I would only eat my own home made pizza but now I regularly order Jet's 8 corner pizza or their thin crust. I don't care as much for the hand tossed but it isn't bad. Their pizza is okay; their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered (and as a Time Warner Cable customer, that is saying something). After my experience with Jets last night, I can very confidently say that I will never patronize their business again. We ordered a pizza at 5:40 p.m. and sat down to watch football and wait for dinner to arrive. When 7:20 rolled around and we found ourselves still without pizza, we called Jets to inquire about the status of our order. The guy who picked up the phone immediately assured us that it was on its way, then backtracked and admitted that our order had been "lost". Now, whether that means the pizza was made and then given to someone else or that the order was never submitted, I don't know. The employee never offered a word of explanation or apology, just told us that they would have the pizza to us in a half hour. When one of us suggested that maybe we should just call Domino's instead, he hastily and aggressively asserted that we should, indeed, call Domino's. His unacceptable attitude notwithstanding, we ultimately agreed to submit our order and go pick it up. When we got to the store location, we went in and paid, and I asked the young lady at the cash register if I could speak to the gentleman we had just spoken to on the phone, along with the manager. A moment later, a young guy in a black shirt walked up to the counter and said, "Yeah?" After determining that he was both the manager and the rude employee we had spoken with, I explained that his attitude towards customers was deplorable and that if his respectfulness continued, there would be a problem. At this point, Motormouth interrupted me and inquired as to whether I was threatening him. Before I could answer, he ordered my girlfriend and myself to leave. When I informed him that our order had already been paid for, he wasted no time in giving our money back and repeatedly ordering us to leave the store. He made several more comments as we were leaving; none of which would be appropriate to repeat here. So in summary, Jets screwed up our order, and when we inquired about its status the employee on the phone almost immediately suggested that we patronize one of their competitors instead. After finding out that the owner of the disrespectful and inflammatory attitude was not only an employee but a manager, I was ordered to leave the store because I dared to object to the manager's belligerence on the phone. Nothing about this experience was acceptable in the least, and I for one will not give that business another nickel. If it were my business, that young man would be fired immediately with extreme prejudice, and I will do due diligence in seeking such a result. read more
