I used to like Jet's pizza however last time I ordered a large pepperoni with bacon and when i got home i found out it was burnt. The bacon that I paid extra for was just little lumps of ash. My boyfriend orders Jet boats at least once a week for the past 10 years so I consider him a connoisseur. Lol. He just ordered 2 Jet boats from this Wixom location because he was in the area. Both Jet boats were at least a third smaller than the ones he gets weekly at the New Hudson Jets location, not to mention really dry, barely any sauce or cheese. They were all puffed up dry dough. Next time we will stick with the Jets in New Hudson. They make consistently great food whatever we order and have great customer service. You wouldn't think the same company would have such differences of quality in locations so close together. read more

This past Monday I walked in to refer a pizza with a coupon I received in the mail. It was for a free pizza because the owner wanted to bring back customers for poor service and poor quality of their food. There is no expiration on this coupon. Anyway When I ordered the young man and the manager mentioned that they will not accept the coupon. I showed my coupon but they wouldn't accept. The young man laughed and smiled at me as I left. I felt embarrassed. Anyway. I usually don't complained but after I felt angry so I went on the website to complain. The cooperate office just forwarded information to the owner. I just got off the phone with the owner and he was abusive inferring that I was trying to scam him. He gave me a story of a person getting over 10 pizza. BUT how can a person get over 10 pizzas if only 1 coupon is printed and sent out. Using 10 different phone numbers doesn't make sense if they don't bring in a coupon when they pick up the pizza!! This owner. I think he said Dave just wanted to say to cooperate office that he responded to my complaint!!! Also he was mad at me for having a coupon when he was at fault for not putting a expiration date on the coupon. 2. He should train his employees better to take the coupon from each customer. This at only 1 coupon is used per household. 3. The owner should be more responsible for reviewing the coupon before sending there mass mailer out. Anyway. He did say never come back to his place. This joint needs to change owners, or fold. I am sure they are having trouble finding help right now, however, your problems started long before covid. You have some employees that are so incredibly rude its unreal. I once received a New York style pizza that was folded in half, when I called, I was basically blamed for it. I have lived in this area for 25 years, I have had many pizzas from this Jets, (Lately its impossible). I ordered online Friday night, and my order was cancelled, when i called, the guy on the phone said "I am the only one here" I wouldn't have even known if I didn't call. HORRIBLE Jet's location. Was REFUSED delivery at 6:45pm on a SATURDAY night. I gave them my address and they told me they hoped I lived in the Golden Gate complex and not The Village complex because they won't deliver to The Village after dark... Are you kidding me? Only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because I think their food is fairly good for a Jets. However, the kids who take the orders (particularly one kid name AJ) are so rude. And I mean RUDE! It has happened numerous times and last night we had enough. My husband went in to get our pizza and this kid wouldn't even come out front from the back! My husband told the manager how he had acted and the manager said "oh". That's it! Another worker has to apologize. we got delivery. no issues that i could tell. it's good ol' solid pizza. nothing too fancy. good ingredients, really nice crust that was doughy on the inside and just right crispy on the outside. i think for me personally i like some cheese on top of the toppings. it doesn't have to be a lot of cheese, just enough to keep it all together. they do all the cheese underneath the toppings. and there could be some extra zing put into the tomato sauce. but i had 4 slices of the one that has pepperoni, ham, and a bunch of veggies. good stuff. read more
