This store hasn't been Standing Still, or playing Foolish Games with their inventory. These kinds of jewels make me think that You Were Meant For Me. Jewelry is not the one Who Will Save Your Soul, but it can look good on your Hands. What is this, Jewel City, or a Jewel CD? If you're in the massive Lakeline Mall and you want your watch fixed or some jewelry repaired or whatever, then this is a good option, because every mall (I guess) needs one of these, and a lot of malls have them, and this one is as good as any. Pricing isn't great, but when you're in the mall what do you expect. Still good to have them here. read more

I don't know what I was thinking. You get what you pay for as they say. Took three watches to get battery replaced at Jewel City in Lakeline Mall. Guy at kiosk said they replace watch batteries in any watch and would not have any trouble with mine. Took them there and got batteries replaced. Went swimming in a pool and got water in my watch. It did not occur to me that this may have been from the battery replacement. Went swimming another time with another watch and same thing. Added things up and these were the watches I took to Jewel City to have batteries replaced at. Took watches to Jewel City and he said he would get them fixed. Two months go by with, "I will call you back once I hear something". Went back today to get them after no communication and get it was too expensive to fix sorry. Don't trust these guys. read more

Usually if I have a great or bad time at a place, I either come back or never again. I would never write a review, but I think this place is worthy of my first review and I can honestly say it has one of the best service I have ever received. Usually when you go to a mall, there's plenty of kiosks and sometimes you just keep walking, but with the crazy amount of selections they had, you had to stop and admire. I needed to buy a present for my mom and the gentleman named max helped me find the perfect present at a great price. This should be a 0-star review, 1-star is way too generous. Let me start by saying, I did not purchase anything here or interact with the employees personally... But that was because, as I was walking up to their counter, the sales guy was greeted by another customer (about 10 feet away from the counter) who simply asked "Where is the barber shop in the mall? Which direction?".... To which the sales guy (older gentleman, probably late 40s) answered with "Why? You need to trim your [insert not so nice, slang term for hair found in the genital area]????". He laughed, and I honestly didn't wait long enough to see the other young gentleman's reaction. It was offensive and inappropriate. Ive done business with jewel city twice. On the first occasion, I described to the salesperson a particular bracelet (14k 7in cuban link name plate bracelet) that was not available at their store front but could easily be ordered and ready for me two days later. The salesperson assured me i would love the bracelet and if i didnt like it when it arrived, a full refund of my deposit will be issued. 2 days later the bracelet is perfect except its 10k and not 14k as agreed upon. I was given a full refund as promised. Which bring me to my second experience with this retailer. I come back a few months later for the same piece of jewelry. I come in pay the deposit, i leave, then i return 1hr later to cancel the order. The same salesperson told me i needed to wait until the next day for my refund and that there will be a $15 restocking fee if the order was already shipped. I acknowledged i understood and left only to receive a TEXT MESSAGE stating: "What's up ___, there is a problem on my end, the order has already been competed and shipped out and my account has been charged! I can only do an exchange for some other product or complete the existing order! Please advise! " After realizing this is not the deal that we agreed on, i called the salesperson to get his managers phone number but was given a false number. read more

Dropped off a watch, asked the employee if he could order a new band for it. Got a phone call two days later that said "Your watch is ready". When I go to pick it up, the employee shortened the original band instead of ordering a new one. I refused to pay for it and demanded a new band be ordered. Came back a week later after hearing nothing from jewel city and was told it would take 3 months for the new band to come in. Came back 4 months later after hearing nothing and was told that my watch was in their "repair shop". This situation has gotten odd. I may have my attorney pay jewel city a visit in order to retrieve my stolen property. I will never do business with this place, these people are fraudulent. read more
