Nice Western themed Bar/restaurant located on main St in Brighton. For my first visit here I ordered "The Burger" which was a 1/2 lb signature cheese burger that came with lettuce, tomato and onion. The burger was well made, tasty and cooked to perfection. Having said that, if it had come with pickles it definitely would have amped up the flavor profile of this burger and made for a better sandwich in my opinion. Possibly something to keep in min d and ask for if you go the Burger route. Aside form the burger, I ordered an Old Fashioned with Makers Mark Bourbon as the base for my cocktail. The drink was well made and quite tasty and a deal at $11 in my opinion. Aside from the burger there were an assortment of food options that I would classify as Elevated Bar food bordering on a Bistro style Menu that looked very interesting. Nice! The bar itself has a dark vibe to it to go along with the Western accents making for a nice ambiance to enjoy your drink/food. Plenty of tables running along side their massive bar and numerous TV's scattered about to allow you to watch the big game. Staff is quite friendly with good follow up throughout the meal. Overall a nice place to enjoy a well made drink and grab a bite to it. Its central location in the business district is also another huge plus if you want to make an evening of it in downtown Brighton. read more

My wife and I enjoyed the food, the service and our drinks, but as we were leaving I was truly thrown off by the "General Lee" door on the wall. That hasn't aged well. Made me think twice about giving our money to them. The "Nugent" bumper sticker solidified that we won't come back. read more

Service is very slow. 6/18 Thursday dinner! I saw a big group of eight walk out because they couldn't even get a drink. I wanted to try a couple of Mexican dishes they had but what do you mean you don't have salsa??? they think their pico is so good that They don't need it really... sorry that will not fly! I didn't eat just had a couple of drinks and listened to music. The bartender came from Vegas and he was a good dude. He had some good drink recommendations. I was really surprised at how fancy some of the drinks were considering what the bar looks like inside. The live music was great. It wasn't too loud. First time in downtown Brighton and stopped in to grab some food and drinks. Very cool vibes interesting decor and very friendly and fast service. Fried pickles and philly rolls app was crispy not greasy and absolutely delicious good for sharing portions are huge. Fish and chip was not bad and crispy chicken sandwich could use a bit more slaw and spice. Drinks menu extensive and lots of options from tap to mixed drinks. Live music in the evening. Came here for lunch (noon Saturday) with my husband and two teenagers. Everything was incredible. Husband had bacon sandwich, daughter had burger, I had steak tip special and son had French dip. I haven't been to downtown Brighton much lately because the construction was terrible on Main Street but now that the construction is done I finally got to try Jezebels and I loved it. I parked on the public parking behind and there was plenty of parking (free parking). The decor inside was so cool. They even have a a wall of 8 tracks! I only ordered the fried pickles but they were delicious. I highly recommend them. I saw an advertisement for the nacho bucket. I'll order that next time. The pickles were very unique and I loved them! The service was kind of slow but not slow enough for me to knock it at all. I had a drink (I can't remember the name of it) but it had bourbon and and it was delicious. Over all 5 stars in my opinion. A cool spot to stop in and a have a drink or a bite to eat. read more

Tried the Jezebel for the first time today. Our server Jordan was very kind and accommodating. My husband said the French dip was delicious and the steak tips my daughter ordered were perfectly cooked. The drink menu is so fun and we really enjoyed trying both the Happy Days and Circus Peanut. The owner came by to thank us for stopping in and we shared who we were celebrating. The owner proceeded to comp our meal in memory of our father. We stopped in for Linner based on a Yelp search and absolutely loved it! The ambience is kitschy, a little naughty, and fun. TV's everywhere for sports lovers, kind of rustic Texas decor...not sure what the goal was overall but we loved it! The highlight was the ribs...flash fried after the traditional cook made them crisp outside and so juicy tender inside. Amazing! The Jezebel Chicken sandwich came with a huge chicken breast delightfully lightly breaded. The chicken was so yummy and the Jezebel pickles were over the top good. The service was great. read more

Great beer, great atmosphere. Some people get put off by the clearly Republican slant in the place, but I don't think that reflects what you think the attitude would be. Don't make any assumptions about this place. It's clean, they have good live music, I've seen people from all walks come in. The management bartenders and staff are all excellent people with a great attitude and very kind. Their kitchen also has top-notch food. They rotate items on and off of their menu. The pierogies are outstanding the fried rice, believe it not is outstanding and have a great gigantic chicken sandwich. Hand down. One of the cooler places I have visited. The only way this isn't 5 stars if maybe someone had a bad dish- but this place kicks out high quality food and fresh at that. With rotating menu and classics available. The staff was killer (which I prefer not to post because they rotate, but based on this place I imagine their hiring to keep them in good rotation of good staff) ambiance can't be matched. Period. Funny how all of the reviews here are good. That being said, myself and a few friends got together at Jezebels last night for a little "after holidays" get together. There were 9 of us. After we ate ( was NOT impressed with my meal - the bacon on the burger was burnt black) and had a cocktail or 2 we were sitting around talking, settling our tabs and no more than 10 minutes after that the owner came to our table and in so many words said we had to order more drinks or leave?? After we just ate there and spent close to $400?? Seriously? It was not busy and there were no people waiting for a table. Long story short - food was nothing spectacular and the owner just ensured that I for one will not be returning. Won't let me post without a rating but I say ZERO stars. Rant over read more

Walking down downtown Brighton and everything was packed but Jezebels was empty so we decided to pop in. It looks cool inside and the workers were friendly enough. It has a smallish food menu but a good selection of simple mixed drinks and local beers and ciders. The food was actually excellent (we had fish and chips and pierogies) and the drinks were fine, if a bit heavy on the sour mix. Would definitely be back except for one thing. Other posts here have noted that the place is right leaning and proud. We didn't notice much of that while dining here except for a few small bumper stickers/menu item names, but I hope the owners will keep the focus on their business instead of campaigning and Jezebels will continue to increase in popularity. Edit: the business reached out to ask why the 3-star review if the food was excellent. Unfortunately the food is not the only thing that matters in a dining experience. The owner not understanding this is likely why the restaurant was empty while everything else in downtown Brighton was packed. read more

Went here on date with wife on a Friday night and was surprised how great the food and experience was based off a few of the other reviews. Wife had nachos that could feed 3 people and I had fried rice that could feed 2. Both were excellent and a recommend! Drinks were solid and they were also offering free bulleit cocktail samples which was a nice touch. The decor and music was super cool. Felt like Nashville! Excellent food and service...both times I've been here. Great beer selection and full bar with many options. Small, but we'll done menu with large portions. I call the decor more Americana than anything. Not overtly political at all so not sure what people are referring to. Several pics of left leaning celebs, music by leftist bands were mixed with 1 right bumper sticker. I find it funny that a bumper sticker offends, but the naked women with pompons over their nipples get no mention. IMO the poor reviews were political bias that is unfounded, agenda driven and total rhetoric of hate. I'll definitely come back for food, service and neutral environment! read more

Went with wife for dinner last night and was very pleased with the newest restaurant in Brighton. We both ordered the house specialty, the Jezebel chicken sandwich ($14), french fries, and draft beers. The chicken was large and perfectly fried in a light batter. The pickles and remoulade enhanced the sandwich, The fries were crispy on the outside and plentiful (we took some home). My pint of Irish stout was cold, delicious and only $4. It must have been happy hour because the menu price was $6. My wife enjoyed her IPA ($5). The staff were friendly and efficient, the decor outstanding, very reminiscent of a Texas roadhouse (see gallery on their website). Warning: whiny woke snowflakes may get upset. read more

Recently dined here. Food was actually good. I even liked the atmosphere. Thought it was a cool new place. That changed, however, as I was leaving and I noticed the massive "MAGA Country" sign and other large Republican political signs. Unfortunately in today's divisive environment, those signs make a statement and mean something. They are offensive to myself and a great number of Americans. Those signs to me signify that I am not welcome here. Therefore, I will not be returning. read more
