    If I could give zero stars, I would. My HOA hired JGB to repair damage in my home caused by another company they contracted . From start to finish, the experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. JGB has terrible communication. I had to constantly call just to get updates or to try to schedule repairs. More often than not, I was told "someone will call you back" or asked about my availability, yet no follow-through ever happened unless I initiated it. The contractors who did show up only completed part of the work, left a mess behind, and told me they would return to finish, clean up, and reinstall my hardware. They never came back. For nearly three weeks, I repeatedly called the office, only to be brushed off with empty promises. No one ever showed up, or called me back, and my home remains unfinished. I now have to hire another company to rehang my chandeliers ( I have very high ceilings ) and I have to clean up the mess they left. I have worked with contractors in the past, and a supervisor always came out to inspect the job, make sure everything was clean, and ask if I was satisfied with the results . JGB never sent a supervisor to inspect the work their contractors performed. I strongly recommend not hiring JGB. They waste your time, fail to follow through, and leave you with more problems than you started with.

    JGB didn't excellent job to complete the water mitigation and I completed a 5 star review on google for that part of the job. I had high hopes that the experience for the entire process was going to be excellent. This review is for the rebuild process only. Unfortunately after the water mitigation was completed 3 weeks ago, the process of the rebuild has not begun. The communication was so poor. I was told that they were waiting for my insurance to approve and for payment to be received. I advised my insurance adjuster of that and we attempted twice to do a conference call but was told by Lindsey that Chris the owner is only available for 1hour in the morning to take the call and there was no way for her to get a hold of him. That doesn't give me high hopes that the two are able connect if there is only one hour time frame for them to talk. Still no begin date or call back. When I had called to also follow up and to speak with Chris, I was told by Lindsey that they also have other customers. She was rude and pretty much gave me the impression that I was not important. I understand people are busy but it's their job to communicate with their customers and to not leave them in the dark. The handle on my screen door was broken by accident. But when they attempted to repair the handle they did a poor job and left holes in the door where bugs could get in. The entire screen door needs to be replaced now. I'm still waiting for them to let me know if they will replace the door. There communication in the rebuild department needs improvement. I had to change contractors to complete the rebuild process so I can go home asap. I have been out of my home since Labor Day weekend.

    I would not use this company again…read more Our situation began as a water mitigation claim, which is already stressful for a homeowner, but the process quickly became disorganized. Communication was inconsistent, timelines changed, and we were told at various points that they were waiting on insurance coordination before work would proceed. The company ultimately chose not to complete the remediation, removed their equipment, and then billed for more days than the equipment was actually on site. When I attempted to ask questions and clarify the discrepancies, the interactions were not handled professionally. The verbal communication I experienced felt confrontational and dismissive rather than solution-oriented, which made an already difficult situation much worse. Everything was handled so unprofessionally. Because I needed to move forward with repairs and focus on my family, I paid the invoice to prevent further escalation while still disputing the charges. Homeowners going through a loss need clear information, accurate billing, and respectful communication. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

    I had severe floor damage and moisture in the subfloor at my building. Restoration Pros showed-up…read morethe next day and took charge. They immediately outlined a plan to remove the moisture in the subfloor and to disinfect the area to prevent mold. First they removed all of the affected floor planks and safely disposed of them. They Disinfected the entire area and installed super powerful Heaters and Fans directed over the area. In a few days they returned to re-inspect and test everything. No more moisture in the subfloor and it's ready for the new floor to be installed. Restoration Pros were Knowledgable, Professional and Highly Skilled. Their prices were great and they began the job immediately. I can't Thank them enough!

We had a hoarder renter in our high-end unit. The smells were hard to tolerate; the carpets and walls were a mess (see before pics), and there was mold in the garage due to a leaky pipe. The door handles were missing, as were the closet doors. Holes in the walls, greasy cabinets, walls, and ceilings. The smoke detectors were missing, and nearly everything else was either broken or missing altogether. Once all the junk was removed, we didn't know where to turn. We called SERVPRO of HB (note that not all SERVPROs are equal, so be sure to have the correct office). We met with Eddy, and he immediately calmed us down with his soft-spoken manner and his amazing command of the situation. He knew exactly what to do to move us from panic to calm. Eddy not only knew what to do on the repairs, but he also had a keen sense of style. It was as if he could see the finished product through all the ugly distractions. He provided us with a detailed estimate within a couple of days to bring everything back to a fresh and new-looking state. I must say, we first thought he might be exaggerating. I mean, the place was terrible-looking and smelled, all 2,300 sq. ft. of it. As it turns out, he did everything he promised. In fact, we had never seen the place look so good. The provided pictures do not do justice to the transformation. Everything smelled fresh and looked like a brand new home. Their attention to detail was top-notch, as was their constant updates. They met their three-week goal. By the time they were done, the place was move-in ready. Thank you, SERVPRO, and especially Eddy, who stayed with us the whole way. What an amazing company.

From there, Jim walked through exactly what the action plan was, and the crew was out within the next few days to formally start work. I came across World Restoration and read so many wonderful reviews that I gave them a shot. It was by far the best experience. Keith was the main person I spoke with to set up a day for Jim to get out here and take a look at our situation. Keith also helped with giving us references for lead and Aspesos testing companies. He checked in on us so kindly to see if we had further questions. He was So friendly and helpful. Jim came out to our home and checked out the area that needed to get treated. He was also very friendly and explained everything they would need to do to get things done and completed. He was patient with me about all my questions. They were so patient with us as we needed to wait on some testing that we had to complete due to the year our home was built. Thankfully everything came out negative and the crew was scheduled to come out to our home. The crew that came with Jim were prompt, efficient and friendly. They really did a great job at taking care of the area to ensure the there were no leaks or mold growth behind our walls. Once the project was complete, I needed help finding a drywall company and Kieth referred me to a few. This company is so friendly and helpful and will explain to you what needs to be done, and will answer all your questions. They also have a great price! I strongly recommend World Restoration.

His crew is professional, punctual, and patient. I'm an over-planner and worrier, but Danny and Daniel were always patient, kind, and thorough in their explanations, putting my mind at ease. Frank was also always accessible over the phone and text message if I had additional questions about scheduling and the scope of work. The company also offers general construction services, and Frank offered a bid to patch an exterior stucco wall that our plumber had to get into. Based on our positive experience with the concurrent moisture mitigation work, we decided to contract with Frank on the patching project, too. And then they created a containment center in both affected areas that had CDC energy! It immediately gave me confidence that they were going to take the job seriously and I was in good hands. At one point, I realized the downstairs carpet padding hadn't been removed (after they had already left for the week on a Friday), and I assumed I'd be stuck waiting until Monday. Instead, they turned around and came back within minutes to fix it. That kind of customer service is not something I experience often. Their quote was definitely higher than the other company I got an estimate from, but I felt like they were the ones who were going to do it right and not cut corners. I feel good knowing I won't have to worry about hidden moisture or mold down the line. Huge shout-out to Danny, who gave me the estimate and led the job, super professional and clearly knows his stuff. And Daniel, who felt like his right-hand guy, was incredibly respectful and kind. Honestly the whole team was great. I rarely walk away from vendors feeling this satisfied, but they really lived up to their name. Highly recommend.
