As I had no other way to verify this, I took them at their word and accepted their explanation. For full transparency, however, it is worth noting that this communication came less than 24 hours after I had posted my initial review. The repair technician arrived at my home the same day, and spent approximately 90 minutes going back over the previous repair work and going much more in-depth in this second go-round. After completing the work, he explained what he did, what he found, and then ran a cycle through my dishwasher. The next day, I ran another cycle, and the leaking issue had been fixed. As I am someone who does believe in giving people and businesses second chances and opportunities, and because I have seen them perform excellent and professional work before (see my original review), I am likely to give them my business at least once more to see that this experience is an outlier and not their typical course of business.

I have called Mark W twice over the last couple of years for issues with appliances. This is a…read moregentleman who loves his craft. Both times, he has called me back quickly (most recently on a Saturday). And both times he walked me through steps that might solve my problems - at no charge. He also told me that my 8+ year old dishwasher was sufficiently old that a major repair was not worth it and better to replace. In other words, Mark seems like the kind of man who is not just out to make a buck off of unsuspecting customers who don't really know what their appliance issue is. I can understand some of the comments about his demeanor. He is direct and sometimes brusque. But if you can get past that and don't expect a lot of smooth talking, you will probably save yourself some money and end up with a repaired appliance at a reasonable cost.

He replaced the heat element without bring the door latch. Additional he said the finn has problem as well. He asked me to talk to the owner. I called Rayene and he said he told his worker not to fix the door because he needs to fix the finn first. What ? How he knows the finn has a problem ahead of time and not bring the door latch ? Sounds a scandal. He said he doesn't want to argue and refund my deposit. I agreed. Then he said he wants to charge the parts of fixing the heat element. I told me if his initial diagnosis was accurate and told me the dryer needs to fix heat element, dryer finn, door latch, I may decide to replace the new one instead of fix it. He is not professional enough to give accurate diagnosis. He is also not liable to bring the parts you ordered with deposit to the 2nd visit. I won't trust anything he says. I would give him 0 start if there is an option to prevent any victim in the future. After I left the review with one star, Rayene called to offer full refund. I said I saw the payment in pending. Soon he asked me to give him 5 stars review. I told him I will stated he did refund my money but I can not give him 5 stars review. Then he negotiated me to remove the review. I told him I won't do that because I would like to leave honest experience for other people who may need service. Finally he said "F**k you" and he will withdraw the refund back. Now you know what kind of service he could have offered !

He disassembled and discounted the machine. He then discovered a further problem and Increased the repair cost by $500.00. He refused to provide a written estimate of parts and launched a confusing explanation where he constantly changed numbers. He would not provide the part numbers he required and he used part names that I could not find on the Bosch website. He left the dishwasher disassembled and disconnected from the kitchen sink drain. When I was finally able to identify the parts to which he referred, I found their costs about half what he stated. I am unable to use the sink and the disposal as the water drains onto the floor.
