    Cumin lamb
    Elizabeth X.

Super yummy. The cumin lamb, loofah, stir fried cabbage, Peking duck were all great. We thought we were too full by the time our soup dumplings came, but those were also so good that we finished it all. We had a 15ish minute wait for a group of 4 walking in on a Saturday. Our table was the closest to the door, which kept letting cold air in whenever it was opened. I think we like the Flushing location slightly more taste-wise (seems like the menu might be different too), but this is a solid Chinatown option when you can't get out to Flushing.

I have no negative reviews for this location. The staff is friendly and attentive to my needs, and the food is delicious. The only comment I have is that the lighting is a bit too dark for me. I want to be able to see what I'm eating. Will definitely return.

First time checking this spot out and it was a very lovely lunch. I love the simplicity of ordering via tablet. It didn't take away from the good service either. The food was quite good. We were a bit disappointed that some items were sold out or locked behind a points system. But what we had was delicious! Lovely and quiet restaurant. Perfect for a nice afternoon.

Came here for a lunch with family and it was soo good. We ordered a lot of food and almost everything was delicious. We had the stir fried spicy shredded potatoes, crispy shredded beef with lime sauce, honey walnut shrimp, chicken with black truffle soup dumpling, griddle cooked spicy shrimp, spicy chicken wontons, and chicken with rum and garlic sauce. My favorites were: crispy shredded beef, honey walnut shrimp, and chicken with rum and garlic sauce. I could've done without the shredded potatoes and the chicken truffle soup dumpling. The service was great and everyone was super helpful. Highly recommend!

Every bite was delicious. The Wagyu soup Dumplings are a must. The greens were tasty and the duck was made and presented well. Service is on point and the location is unassuming for a Michelin level Chinese food spot. Price is high to match the quality so maybe not for everyone.

    Pecking Duck (Half Duck)

I really enjoyed this place - I didn't have a single bad thing! I got the passion fruit drink, which came with a milk foam and tapioca pearls. It was sweet but strong! Worth the price. The pecking duck was really good - if you would've told me it was chicken, I'd believe you. The shrimp fried rice was delicious and fresh! The white rice had that nice stickiness to it. The chicken and eggplant was SO good. The string beans didn't make it home, they were so so good! Would for sure order it again. The service was good and the ambiance was casual but the resturant has a nice vibe.

Heard great things about this place and their Peking duck and finally decided to come. We came during lunch time and the place wasn't too busy. The interior was nice and they had iPads for ordering which was convenient. The service on the other hand needs work. We ordered multiple dishes and the food was dropped off at the table, besides that no staff checked in on us afterwards. The food was ok, the duck wasn't the highlight of the dishes we had, but the tofu and the shrimp was pretty good. The cauliflower was also nicely made.

My coworkers and I came by on a Monday for lunch, and there were plenty of seats available at noon. We ordered: 1. Half a Peking Duck - delicious! 2. Sautéed Tofu with Crab Meat 3. Stir-Fried Pea Sprouts 4. Stir-Fried Chinese Eggplant in Spicy Garlic Sauce with Minced Meat 5. Stir-Fried Loofah with Shimeji Mushroom & Edamame 6. Seafood Fried Rice We enjoyed everything, the food came out surprisingly quickly (within 10mins it felt like). My personal favorites were the Peking Duck, Stir-Fried Chinese Eggplant, which was super flavorful, and Stir-Fried Pea Sprouts, cooked so freshly and crispy. The food tasted more delicious to me at this location than at the Flushing location, but who actually knows, haha. Would recommend! Very solid Chinese food.

Fried shrimp - a tad overcooked but very flavorful

This place is amazing. I agree with another yelp reviewer that this place has the best soup dumplings I have ever had (including Din Fai Tung in Taipei). We also enjoyed the free spicy cabbage to start, the sautéed loofah with edamame and mushroom, the fried chili shrimp (a tad overcooked but still so flavorful and delicious), and the dungeness crab - the meat was so incredibly tender (they were out so they ran out and bought a fresh one just for us). The only misses were the jellyfish (way too hard) and the chrysanthemum tea. Very long good looking menu so can't wait to come back and try some other dishes! So happy we found this place! It's maybe now my new favorite Chinese restaurant in Manhattan.

We ran into this place while wondering around Chinatown and wanting to eat somewhere not too fancy and also not super casual. This was the perfect t spot and to our surprise it's been mentioned on the Michelin guide!! Service was fantastic, food came out fast, and it was all delicious. Best dim sum I've had.

Overall: B // 4 stars Pricier side of Chinese restaurants per dish, but they have an expansive menu with proactive service and executes most dishes to a tasty and intentionally flavored Chinese meal that is pleasant. (Mega Lamb Skewer: A+) - Fantastic saline-forward dish with immaculately tender lamb. The cumin spice mix adds a subtle spicy heartiness. The fire show is great too. (Peking Duck: A) - Tender duck and well prepared accompaniments from a tender and thin pancake to perfectly julienned scallions and cucumbers. This dish would benefit from crispier skin and a large surface area of skin, but otherwise tastes good. (Duck Bone Soup: A) - Don't skip out on this dish when you order the peking duck. This $15 soup is incredibly fulfilling, with a warm and comforting vegetable and tofu broth empowered by the duck carcus. The drumsticks are used in the soup too, giving an additional layer of meaty substance. (Bacon Fried Rice: C) - This dish could benefit from a reduced amount of oil. That said, the broccoli stem and bacon are cut thinly enough that this makes for a great combo. (Yu Xiang Eggplant: A) - Perfectly made dish with eggplant that is well flavored and bright with shape retention. The acidic and savory sauce is comforting and goes so well with a bowl of rice. Food: +1 Presentation: E Price: E Atmosphere: E Service: +1 Menu: +1 Insta/Yelp/Beli/TikTok: @amei_eats

I don't usually go to Chinese restaurants so my rating may not be the most accurate reflection of good, authentic Chinese food. All I know is everything tasted really good and service was super quick and friendly. For my friend's birthday, they gave her a slice of cake (which is also on the menu for $13) and sang at our table. My only regret is someone from our table ordering a ~$65 steamed fish...the portion size was smaller than expected for the price and the flavor was a bit plain.

    Peking Duck: Half

Went with my husband for lunch on a Sunday on a whim when browsing options in the area and we have no regrets!! We ordered the pork soup dumplings, black truffle soup dumplings, and the half peking duck. We loved the pineapple addition to the peking deck! I've had lots of peking duck in my life, but never with pineapple and it was absolutely delicious. So tender, juicy, crispy. What more could you want for peking duck? As for the soup dumplings, both were good! I would pass on the truffle soup dumplings felt like it was interesting flavor, but not particularly flavorful in general. Service was friendly and like everyone else in Chinatown, only street parking is available. We'll be back!!

Our friends raved about this place and we of course were excited (and a bit skeptical at first) to try it. The concept: no menu + no lights + a few questions = the ultimate cocktail experience. The speakeasy vibe and the dark ambiance really makes this place feel even more exclusive. With just a few tables and the bar setting, you're in for an experience you won't forget (unless you answer the wrong questions and really end up with a drink you don't like HA). This wasn't my case. Of course I described my two favorite things: Negroni + mezcal. The obvious answer would be a mezcal Negroni, but that's not why one comes to a place like Attaboy. Our amazing curator came by to ask us all a few questions, write down a few words in the napkins, and mix up the perfect drink that our master bartender crafts, curates and creates. My drink came as I couldn't possibly imagine. It looked like a Negroni smelled like Oaxaca, with all the smoke simmering up and preparing my sensory experience, leading to the best first sip. Ladies and gentleman, I introduce you to The Devil's Backbone. A perfectly balanced drink I'll never forget, one that is sipped slowly and enjoyed thoroughly. It's sexy, it's smoky it's sipped.
