I was abruptly reminded why I don't use them anymore. I went in for a simple annual inspection. I passed but was told that I actually needed rear brakes and rotors - on my vehicle with under 50,000 miles on it. I don't trust them so I took my vehicle to this Midas shop I have been doing business with. Jesse, the Assistant Manager, checked out my rear brakes and rotors and, surprise, there was absolutely nothing wrong with them! I have dealt with Jesse previously and found him to be a very talented mechanic and management employee. Once again the local shop pulled their dishonest diagnosis of my vehicle and, once again, Jesse and Midas proved their integrity. This Midas shop is the only shop I will ever have my vehicles serviced by. Competency and integrity mean everything! This Midas has them both!!!
