Oil leak 3 hours after I got an oil change
    Cordy C.

If you make a mistake own up to it and fix it. Went in for oil change. Left, 3 hours later oil is leaking, took car back they said it was nothing they did, probably transmission leak. Now at dealership and having to pay for a new oil change cause of a bad plug that jiffy lube placed. But yet it was nothing they did, just wanted the money but not going to fix their mistake or even own up to it.

Quick efficient oil change service plus preventive meintenance done by a team while customers wait inside an air conditioned space enjoying free refreshments. Only one caveat: it is an expensive service! Please note: the nearby Midas (up the road) or Break Masters (across the street) are much cheaper ($20-25) though customers will have to wait up to two hours for the service.

This is supposedly a no good air filter according to Jiffy! Buyer beware and hang on to your wallet. Or they will have you purchasing...?

Summary: Great experience with Matt and crew. My lifted Jeep is my little baby. While traveling…read morethrough the Albuquerque area, my Jeep started sputtering smoke and missing, losing power near Bernalillo, NM. Diagnosis and repair were very good. The hourly rate is a little pricey but well-worth it compared to dealerships. And also worth the money for the professionalism and skills they have on staff. Fortunately, I called Anytime and Kit answered. I was told to bring it in although they were booked because it was urgent to get me on the road again. Well, after many mechanics have worked on the Jeep, the diagnosis of these problems concerning fuel system management has confounded many of them. I gave a little bit of history of the Jeep. And Matt went to work in between the regular scheduled work. Matt was professional, kind, understanding and thorough. He explained how he would approach the problem after listening to the history of repairs that I could remember. He used a reasonably advanced OBD2 diagnosis tool. Every time they started the SUV, it gassed them out of the shop. But they nailed down the problem after systematic logical diagnosis. There were 2 fuel injectors stuck wide open and dumping fuel into the cylinders. Fuel was dripping, splattering out my exhaust, totally dangerous! They ordered the parts (took the most time, not their fault) and fixed it swiftly. I appreciate Matt's logical approach solving this mystery. I was told, by other mechanics, it was the MAP sensor, O2 sensors, plugged catalytic converters, bad fuel pump, bad fuel filter. One mechanic at Sonny's Straight A's shop said he wasn't even willing to try to work on it and just to check the fuel rail pressure myself. I would definitely recommend working with Matt at this shop. I didn't run into any of the negative experiences that I saw on Yelp.

I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO TAKE MY CAR IN FOR DAMAGE REPAIR SINCE I HAVE NOT HEARD A WORD AND A. CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY FOR A DAMAGE CAUSED BY TAKING MY VEHICLE TO THIS BUSINESS FOR SERVICE AND B. EVERYTIME I TAKE MY CAR IN FOR OTHER SERVICES I SEE MORE DAMAGE OCCURRED FROM THIS Original review posted - I took my car in on October 23, 2025 for an unknown issue - they advised it was the engine mount. I did not question the diagnosis at the time nor the subsequent damage that came to my attention. However, due to the chaotic nature of my life, I did not notice the passenger side of my bumper had become dislodged until my mother pointed it out. As I work from home and keep my car garaged, I have limited opportunity to inspect it regularly, as I typically only run errands one day a week and am home otherwise. After discussing the issue with my son, who works at a body shop, he discovered that several clips on the bumper were broken, which is likely why it had popped out. Upon further inspection, he found that the bumper was completely detached at the bottom, with all clips broken. I took several weeks to address this with them, but I was met with immediate denial of responsibility. Despite having multiple staff members examine the vehicle, I observed one employee moving my car and jumping over a curb, which raises concerns about the handling of my vehicle during service. I was informed that a tumbleweed was removed from the bottom of the car and that there was a scratch on the other side of the bumper, leading to the conclusion that the damage could not have occurred while in their care. This explanation raises several questions for me. If someone had indeed hit my vehicle, I would expect visible damage on the front of the bumper, rather than just the bottom being detached. So what some random person removed my car from the garage and took it on a joy ride and and returned unknown. We are now at the estimate cost of $1,222. to get it fixed; unknowingly of what else could be damaged behind the bumper! ZERO STARS!
