*edited update and review* After seeing my review, we were contacted by the Area Manager for Jiffy Lube... we were well taken care of and compensated for this issue. If it were not for the great response and upper management here, we would be taking our business elsewhere, but they did an amazing job and we have chosen to stay with this shop. I know the team will do better in the long term! My husband has been coming here for over 2 years and hasn't had an issue really. But sometimes ya just can't. We waited nearly an hour to get the oil changed... sitting almost complete with our oil change the employee next to us doing another car somehow ended up squirting oil all over the side of my suburban, on my husbands arm and a drop inside the truck since the front windows were down. We had coupons and my husband is a veteran we usually use our coupon and his Va discount... today the "manage" gives $25 for our "inconvenience" but will not give a VA discount or let us use our coupon with it. Lost our business because we still have to go back through a car wash to hopefully get the oil off the side of the truck. read more

I am going to break down my review in to 3 sections. Customer Service, Expertise, Responsibility A bit of backstory for context. Encounter 1: I had fluid leaking in my drive way. My car eventually displayed the engine overheat warning. Brought it to Jiffy Lube to be looked at. They indicated that they would evaluate and after evaluation, they determined that it was bad thermostat. They replaced and I even had them perform an oil change as I was scheduled to be out of town. They said I was to expect a bit of run off. Encounter 2: 1 DAY LATER Fluid was yet again in my driveway. I returned and they indicated they would evaluate. They said they'd repair but I had to come back to speak with person who performed the work as he had the expertise. Encounter 3: I CAME BACK The tech wasn't there, even though I was told to come back when he said he would be. Encounter 4: I Returned again The technician looked at the vehicle and stated that my entire coolant reservoir and hoses had to be replaced. I allowed them to do the work, and this was on the day in which I was supposed to be out of town. I missed my engagement. Encounter 5: IT STILL LEAKS I came back and they looked and said it could be one other thing, but they didn't have the capability of fixing it. So they filled my car full of fluid, that would eventually leak out and I left. This was after they charged me more than $1,000 and still didn't fix it. So... Customer Service: They seem like a nice group of men. Their mothers would be proud. Expertise: (DELETED COMMENT) Corporate Responsibility: Zero. Accountability: Zero. (DELETED COMMENT) (DELETED COMMENT) BTW: Everyone who I told the story all gave me the same response: "Why in the world would you go to Jiffy Lube for anything? Everyone knows not to go to Jiffy Lube." UPDATE: I decided to delete certain comments as it was beneath me and may disparage the employees which is not my intent. For that I apologize. Again, customer service, great. I was contacted this morning to get more detail about my encounter, but I need it to be clear that there needs to be better communication from CORPORATE and responsibility from CORPORATE to reach back out to those that reach out to them. This Jiffy Lube is FANTASTIC! The manager and his staff are so courteous and attentive. And super professional. I never have to wait more then a minute to be greeted. I did a cold call to see if they could do an oil. I was in the area and this place was close. I was told to come in, and they took my car within 10 min of arriving. Everything was professional and i was in and out. Total time: approximately 30 min. This is not a full service dealership, so you need to k ow what kind of oil you want or your car requires. Like most places, they are going to check air filters, etc to see if they can sell you other services. Price is a little more expensive than a dealer. Full synthetic was $101, i had a coupon so it was $90 after tax. Dealer is usually $74 after tax, but this place was a lot faster. Recommend if you want your car looked over, take it to the dealer. If you just need simple stuff and time is more valuable than money, go here. All around, great service! Thanks! read more

I had a "Transmission Hot" warning and since I was traveling, I thought maybe I was low on fluid (no clue). Mr. Herman Jackson was so helpful when I called and told him my problem. When I took it in after work, they were very honest and told me that I should take my car to the Ford dealer b/c at my low mileage and specified model, I should not need a fluid change. I needed to have an oil change. I was there approximately 4 minutes before they said they were finished! 4 minutes! The warning light is still flashing on the dashboard. They sold me an air and oil filter which I did not need ( I had new one installed in February). This inferior con job cost $142! I'm going to the Firestone garage tomorrow to save my vehicle and pay more money to get the job done right! read more

LOVE this location! We've been three times now and every single time is a perfect experience!!! The staff are so friendly! (Even with masks on during Covid, you can see their eyes crinkle and know they're actually smiling at you) They have a ridiculously generous military discount. They always make recommendations, but haven't pressured us to buy the services or products. I've read reviews about it taking too little time, and people were skeptical, but there's a huge team that swarms in and completes the jobs quickly. Covid precautions were great too: everyone is masked, customers stay in the vehicle, they keep their distance. When we move, I will go out of my way to come back to this shop. Went in for an oil change and accepted the recommended radiator flush. Afterward the car began overheating and causing secondary problems with the engine at $5K to repair. WTH! I strongly recommend not using this establishment outside of light bulb changes and tire pressures. read more

I am so impressed by this location. When I look for car care I focus on the 3 Cs-customer service, car knowledge/care and cleanliness of facility. Out of 5 stars, this facility hit it out of the park!!! I had a challenging issue with a brake light but Terrence did not miss a beat in quickly assessing the situation and delivering a quality resolution. Tasheba, the manager really runs an effective business, the shop is clean, organized and odor free. I felt like a VIP and I can't say enough about the customized signature service. Thank you team! My daughter went in for an oil change and the opportunistic service staff quickly took advantage of her lack of automotive knowledge and upsold her on $400 worth of unnecessary service. All she wanted was an oil change and they managed to scare her into the other work. Be careful with these people and if you ask me, I encourage going somewhere else. read more

Customer service was okay, but they fixed one issue and caused another. I went back to speak with them and not only did no one admit to it. i later found out I had been up charged here me and told me that there was nothing they could do about it. I paid for one thing to get fixed just for a mechanic who wasn't paying attention to cause a bigger issue. Least you could have done is offer something. Nope, no partial refund no discounts nothing. Long story short the Jiffy just isn't what it used to be. I would have appreciated someone owning up to it the mistake and correcting it. Honestly tho, your better off going somewhere else. I came in for an oil check and was politely greeted by the staff. They told me all issues my car was having that I did not know. They explained to me how it was, and had it all broken down, from time frames to decimals. I did not feel pressured and was out earlier than expected. They are very genuine and even working under intense historic heat they kept their composure and professionalism. Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube as it is very difficult to find good auto service in the area. // went in for an oil change because I was leaving for Nashville and they assured me my car was fine and they still checked my car. Hear me out here. I read reviews on other Jiffy Lube's in my area, and a lot seemed negative. Some were like "slow, took too long, charged me for whatever, didnt like the staff," etc. But I can tell you right now this place deserves its 5 stars. The staff were super kind and friendly, I came for an oil change, and there were a lot of cars, but i didn't even wait that long at all. Also it was super cheap and they even inspected my whole car. Very professional, very nice and accommodating. That give things to you straight and I never felt obligated to buy more. They were able to show me based off my mileage what routine maintenance was needed for my particular car. Then they asked if I'd like it but were never pushy. The waiting room was slightly small but they had the news on and there was free coffee available. Besides being a bit pricey it was a pleasant experience. Also, military discount. I will return here most likely for all my future maintenance. read more

Like the previous reviewer, I haven't always heard "great" things about Jiffy Lube. Though, needing an oil change on my out of warranty truck, this Jiffy Lube offered convenient service on a Sunday. The facilities were very clean. The staff, extremely out-going and friendly. They do try to "up sell" their services. I believe I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I'll be back.. read more

Ive been here twice now & I had great experiences with both. The staff is friendly, the facilities clean, and the service is fast & thorough. They do try to sell their other services additional to what you cam e in for but they will respect you if you decline. My oil change took about 20 minutes & they topped off the fluids, check the tire pressure, cleaned windows & made recommendations based on what they found. They also give military discounts & offer coupons on a regular basis. I will be going back here again. read more

JIFFY LUBE CANNOT BE TRUSTED. This place is fine for an oil change. But so is everywhere else. Jiffylube consistently lacks honesty when they cross sell other services. My last 2 experiences have both had glaring issues with their recommendations. Previously, they recommended new windshield wipers among several other items after inspecting my vehicle. I asked if these things were all from personal observation. To which they responded that these items were beyond their useful lives. I walked out of the shop immediately because I had changed the windshield wipers myself within the last 7 days. I don't know much about cars, but windshield wipers last more than 1 week. I went back last week only because they are so convenient to my home. While they were under my car, I asked them to look at my brake pads ahead of my vehicle safety inspection. The mechanic came back and informed me that my brakes weren't safe to drive on. Not only were the brake pads shot, the rotors needed full replacement and were about to snap off, potentially tearing through the engine and causing all kinds of additional damage even if I was somehow able to stop the car. I only left because I had to do the VA safety inspection and wanted to get them to identify all of the problems with my car at once. When I got to the VA safety inspection, I told them that my brakes were probably shot. To my surprise, the safety inspection came back and told me my brakes were just fine. The brake pads hardly had signs of any wear at all, and the rotors had no issues either. I will NEVER TRUST JIFFY LUBE AGAIN. read more

Stopped by here because of the weather. Typically I do my own oil changes. So, the star rating in my mind as dropping quickly because of the price between doing it yourself and someone else doing it. Additionally, up-selling irks me. To TJ's credit, he recognized this and laid off. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I got the service I sought. It was quick and professional. I have been needing an oil change for a little bit but haven't had the time for it. I finally decided to get it done and stopped in Jiffy Lube as a new customer. The service crew got the job done SO fast - I was in and out in no time! The cost was average and acceptable, I found a coupon online to lower it a tad, and suggestions of further services were communicated to me, but in a very comfortable and suggesting (rather than forceful) way. They accepted "NO" and moved on. I highly recommend their services and intend to visit again. read more

My dad drilled two things into my head about cars: (1) Get regular oil changes and (2) never go to Jiffy Lube. Something about how his insurance company refused to take them on as a client because of the number of claims JL receives. Well, I was desperate for an oil change and I passed a couple of packed garages before spotting the wide open Jiffy Lube. It was pricey, $38 I think, but I've never been in and out so fast for an oil change in my life! They also found a nail in my tire so I know they did actually check tire pressure but unfortunately didn't do that type of repair service so I had to go somewhere else. They're handy when you're short on time but for regular oil changes, I'll stick with a slower, more reliable place. read more

Worse ever! I would give no stars if I could. I got a tire rotation and oil change. As I was pulling into the parking lot at work, I hear this god awful metal on metal sound. I realized it was one of my tires. I bring it back after work and told them about the sound and the guy goes some quick check saying my car was fine. um no. It was not making that noise before. I told them they rotated my tires and they checked it again. Apparently they put the tire on wrong the first time which caused it to make that noise. That took 30 + mins out of my evening. I just got a bs apology. Do it right the first time. I think I should've gotten my money back. I will NEVER go back. read more

The mechanics are professional enough. But whoever that supervisor is that always tries to upsell me because I'm a woman and I come alone: not appreciated. That is the main reason why haven't even been back. I went here the other day, I thought their prices were extremely high for what they were doing, but I did it because of lack of time. They were able to do everything in about 15 minutes which is pretty much standard. It would have taken me a lot longer to change my oil, and I wish I would have, knowing how much it costs for someone else to do it. I was not happy with....being asked about 3-5 different services that my car did not need, they only have pennzoil, they took air OUT of my tires, and added washer fluid to my car without asking (I use rainX).
