A few months ago, I pulled up to this Jiffy Lube and a guy came out from the garage & without even looking at my car, he told me that they ONLY sold an all-inclusive service that included my requested oil change, along with tire rotations, & all this extra unneeded stuff. I have had my car serviced at this Jiffy Lube for several months. They have done an excellent job!!! The facility is clean, including the restrooms, and they have a great play area for children. When I pulled up to Jiffy Lube, I thought I mistakenly pulled into a valet line. The porter opened the door for me, escorted me into the waiting area, and offered me a 'beverage' - fancy. All the employees were incredibly helpful, and friendly. I was seated in the spacious waiting area, that even had high tops- and was browsing through the ample magazine selection thinking this incredible customer service experience was too good to be true when an employee asked me to step over to the computer for my consultation. We discussed oil types, and I declined all the optional services like air filters, tire rotation, etc with no hassle. And then he quoted me the grand total of $45 for an oil change!! My euphoria quickly changed into shock - $45 for an oil change, seriously? I have a 1 year old Mazda - it's no Ferrari! I had such sticker shock that I just nodded and took my seat - suddenly I resented all these magazine subscriptions and 'beverages' they were the reason for the price gouging. When my car was done I begrudgingly paid my bill and angrily muttered at the kid opening my car door for me. I sped off and vowed it would only be $15 Merlin specials for me from now on. BUYER BEWARE- Watch them through the window in the shop. DO NOT SIT DOWN and think they are to be trusted. I went in for a simple top off the fluids after an oil change they did and I proceeded to watch them go through their routine and witnessed them checking my oil multiple times. On the last check the largest guy in the shop proceeded to break my dip stick as a result of him slamming it in so hard the top of the dip stick broke on my Volvo C70. They immediately tried to hide it and turned away from my view. They realized I witnessed the event and then tried to claim the dip stick was already broken. I have owned the car 10 years and they performed that last oil service and it was not broken until they broke it. They tried to tell me it was not their fault and refused to agree to replace it. I told them they were responsible for replacing what they broke and the manager called me and stated he would not pay to replace it. This is the most unprofessional staff I have ever experienced. READ the other posts and you will discover this group is NOT a group you want to touch your car. Ironically. as I was leaving I heard a loud SCREAM as they were driving out a customers car and they FORGOT to un-hook a HUGE safety chain that they hook up to the frame of the car while they work on the car while in the pit. The driver was brought to an abrupt stop when trying to drive the car out of the bay. I will assure they did NOT share this damage with whomever was waiting for their car. I was wondering why I was urged to take a seat in the waiting room when I was seen watching them work through the small window by the exit door. NOW I know why. This was truly the most HORRIBLE experience at an oil, lube & filter shop that I have ever experienced. Adam the manager needs serious management help and guidance as he has no clue how to treat a customer. I will NEVERRRRR return back to this shop until they replace the shop owner or manager or both. On site staff stated that Adam would be notified as he was not on site to handle the issue and refused to replace the broken part based on whatever story his staff related to him. I told him the truth that I witnessed the person slam the stick in extremely fast & so hard that it snapped plastic insert into 2 pcs. Had he taken his time this would have NEVER occurred. read more

This is not the average Jiffy Lube. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Like other reviews on here, they really surpass other businesses offering similiar service when it comes to their customer service. The lobby and waiting room area is spacious and kept very clean. The car wash and detail services is top notch. The timing is always fast and efficient, and in my experience the quality of work has always been nothing short of excellent. I was on my way home from work at 5:30 when my brakes started grinding. Being so late I figured I would have to leave my car overnight or wait till next day for repairs. I stopped here where I always get my oil changes and figured I would give it a shot. It was now 6:00 and closing was 7:00. COREY said he would check and see if he had the parts in stock, turns out he did and not only did he do a FULL brake job on my front brakes he also got in a oil Change and threw in a FULL service car wash by closing!! I called this location to ask how much it would cost me to get a synthetic oil change for my vehicle. I was told that it would be $41.99 plus tax which was the cheapest around. After I went in, I was told that the conventional oil change was $41.99, and that for a synthetic oil change - which my vehicle requires - they only carried at the $71.99 or $77.99 price point. I told the technician that I would be taking my car somewhere else since I was advised differently over the phone. I was then told that they already dropped the oil out of the vehicle and that I would have to get it towed if I wanted to take it somewhere else. Needless to say, I will not be coming back for any kind of work here. read more

I have been meaning to write these guys a review for months. I have a service through the dealership I bought my car at, that pays for my oil changes. Needless to say the dealership people are not pleasant to deal with. I always feel horrible making them call but they are so accommodating and relaxed. These guys are not complainers and truly give customers a great experience. I urge all of you to go in there. A very Friendly staff, quick service and convenient location. I,ve been going to different Jiffy Lubes since the early 90's and always liked the service but had strayed to other vendors. This is my first visit here and it was great. Everyone here was polite courteous and knowledgeable and had fresh clean crisp uniforms with their shirts tucked which makes them look professional and that the owners care. The waiting room was large with tables or chairs to sit at. Free coffee,plenty of magazines and vending machines along with clean wash rooms. There is also a car wash here if you really want to treat your vehicle right. I was in my work truck which has high miles and burns a little oil and as I was leaving Parker told me about the free top off policy which I am not offered by other vendors. I highly recommend you give these folks a shot as this is a top of the line well managed facility. read more

HORRIBLE service, I will never return. I just paid $20 for the "full interior" car wash package and they didn't even wipe my dash, cup holders, seats, door jams, NOTHING! The guy told me $20 only includes vacuuming the floors (which they did a horrible job) and wiping the windows (horrible job as well), and that anything else comes with an extra charge and is considered "detailing." And it reeked of marijuana in the waiting room. For $20 I expect a full interior, and I'm sorry but wiping the dash and cup holders should not be considered "detailing" and their sign states "full interior." Many car washes if not most car washes do a FULL interior for $20. When I got home I actually had to wipe down my interior myself, including wiping the dash and dirt off the back seat, and windex the inside of my front windshield because there were so many streaks. I should've known something was wrong when they told me my car was ready after 5 minutes. What a rip off and waste of $20. Worst service ever, will never return. read more

Would give this place 0 stars if possible. This is probably the worst car service place to go. They take advantage of people who aren't as knowledgeable with cars, just garbage service in general, and so much more. They have treated both my mother and I like we are stupid when we have come in with issues on our cars, told us everything was fine and not to worry, and within the same day, the car has broken down. Absolutely hate this place and my family and friends will not be returning. We have given them repeated chances over the course of 2 years and have received garbage service each time. Absolutely amazing customer service. Honestly remarkable and not what you expect from this type of establishment, I only say that because I've never seen anything like it before. I just needed a little air in one of my tires. I didn't see a self-serve air station, then one of the guys (Jake) asks how he can help. I explain I just need air that's all, he says "great! You came to the right place" and asks me to pull into their bay. He explains he'll have me out in just a few seconds after asking what PSI I prefer. At this point I'm so amazed at Jake's unbelievably friendly, courteous and professional demeanor, not to mention how he has a team of guys filling my tires for presumably no fee, I ended up getting an oil change when I had no intention to. I was in/out in probably 10 minutes if that. Every single person I interacted with from start to finish was phenomenal. They hold doors..."thank you sir"..."have a great day sir..." We live 7 minutes away, this is where my wife and I will be bringing our cars for oil changes moving forward. Keep up the great work!! read more

I went to this facility today out of convenience. I needed an oil change an they were there. It was like stepping back in time. The level of service was beyond what is the norm in most companies these days. I was greeted with a friendly hello, a gentleman held the door open for me, the facility was cleaner than most hospitals and in leaving, again my car door was held open for me. I would highly recommend this facility if you are looking for old fashion great service. I will be back!!! read more

I love the feedbacks, from the guy that purchased a $5 car wash drove down the street and wiped it clean himself and went back for "damage" then went home and windexed his own windows and wiped down the "dirt in his back seat" (why is there dirt in your back seat?!) because they didn't clean it good enough to the small little window they have so you can't see what their doing to your car (which is actually quite large and not small at all) to the giant see thru glass doors in front and back of every stall and I've tried without any success on 3 of my cars so far to "slam" my dip stick into that tiny little tube it barely fits in and still can't manage to break one but maybe that's because my cars are too new or too old in comparison to one mentioned as it "allegedly" happened in a previous post. Of course they try to up sell you. Life is an up sell if they didn't they wouldn't be doing their job and my car woulda died a few oil changes ago. Unreal at how some people complain about a $10 air filter that should be changed and obviously the driver of said vehicle is not doing it if its dirty and they offer to change it or an oil change that costs $31not $15.99 like the coupon for elsewhere. Do the math. $15.99? You can't buy a filter and oil for that price unless your going to dollar general if even there. If there's no profit in it their doing something not rite or not doing something at all while charging you for it. No one will change my air filters, in cabin filters or oil on my 4 year old car with 180k miles on it that still looks and runs like new but them. All my cars go to Fernando and Adam for their oil changes. With that said their about to open and I gotta go about 7 miles out of my way and past a few other oil change places to get my oil changed at their facility. I went this morning for an oil change. The person who greeted me was nice and friendly. The waiting room was very clean. It had different sitting areas. Off to the side was a kids area. There were floor to ceiling windows so you can see your car going through the car wash. The service was quick and no one tried to sell me anything extra. I commented to the cashier that this jiffy lube was the nicest one I've been to. He told me my car was missing a part, he asked if I still had it that he could put it back on. Of course I didn't have it but he suggested I bring it next time. My car was ready so I prepared to leave. While checking something one of the guys put my rear window down. I got in the car and tried to put the window up. It wouldn't work. I tried a few times. The cashier came out and asked if he could help. I said the window has never been down. He worked on the window taking things off so he could manually put the window up. He was so helpful and kind. The service was above and beyond. I will be going back.
