I'm writing this 5 star review because I just got the most friendliest and warmest welcome at the jiffy lube on park st Ayer ma Kevin the manager has to be the most personable manager I've met at Jiffy lube in the 20+ years I have been going there I'm always treated well at all jiffy lubes but Kevin's service was exemplary! Jason also gave me some great tips And I didn't have the chance to ask the girl her name cause I got a call but she was very friendly and knowledgeable in her work all were very professional. Kevin offered the radiator flush to me in a way that made me really understand it so I had it done!! I was driving through Ayer, MA today when my "change oil" light came on. I figured I would give Jiffy Lube a try since it was right down the road. The experience was perfect. Kevin and his team were quick to get me in, get my info and get started. He explained what they were doing and also took time to explain what other services they offer and what I should have done. He sold me an air filter, which I clearly needed, but did not put pressure on me to do all the other services. In the end I was in and out in under 20 minutes, did not have to exit my vehicle, and was hands free except for passing him my credit card. I would recommend this shop to anyone. So today I took my daughter's Subaru in for an oil change. Jess was chatty and efficient. Then out came Kevin. Not only did he re-attach my heat shield, but he walked me through all of the recommendation from that computer. As he explained to me the "why" of each suggestion, he let me know the cost. I noticed my Jeep coolant was low and immediately drove to the Ayer, Massachusetts Jiffey Lube. Kevin and Garrett were super nice and extremely knowledgable; informing me of vehicle requirements, topping off my coolant, checking all fluid levels, and even assessing my breaks. Keven corrected a mileage mistake made by the Lowell, Massachusetts Jiffey Lube, updated vehicle information, and informed me that Lowell used the wrong oil. My husband has been telling my for years to go to Jiffy Lube in Ayer, Mass. because they were really good and professional. I finally listened to his advice and am very glad I did. The team had the procedures down and were friendly to boot. When Kevin explained things to me he did not talk down as is often the case when women go to get work on their car done. Kevin (manager) at this location always makes the service experience top notch. He is highly professional and his team executes at a great level. I feel very good about getting my work done here as opposed to the dealerships as it is always done well, and no upsell gimmicks are pushed, they are explained and can be chosen without pressure. Convenient, fast, reliable; what more could you want. The technicians were friendly and helpful. They helped me figure out what oil to choose and what other services I needed besides the oil change that I went in for (without seeming like they were trying to sell me anything I didn't absolutely need). Went in for an oil change, during the inspection the manager and I discovered that I never had my radiator flushed out, with 150,000+ miles on the car, he suggested that with winter fast approaching I should look to get it done soon. He told me that if I got it done today with the oil change, he would give me a percentage off my total bill. The service was quick and efficient. The staff was Welcoming and polite. read more

Travis greeted me, explained what should be done at 100,000 miles, differences in oil, showed me my dirty air fliter and explained the numbers on my battery. Jennifer the manager at Ayer jiffy lube is not only super friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable. I was in and out super fast. I don't know much about cars or oil but she explains each type of oil and what the differences are for your car & engine. Griffin who was working was great too. I needed an oil change (about 700 miles ago), certainly before a few big trips coming up. Called Nissan (I can drop in and would take about 90 minutes wait time), and dropped by a local gas station (no appointments for the day). So I called Jiffy and they said 'come on in'. Took about 15-20 minutes total, beyond quick and easy and the employees were really nice. Highly recommend. read more

Went to Jiffy Lube yesterday for an oil change. The service person was friendly and low-pressure. They found that my oil was very low, and explained that I could come back for a "top-off" at no charge whenever I needed. I asked about coupons, and the service person suggested I find one on my phone, which saved me $10.00. I come here often, and I am happy with the service. read more

Just went to Jiffy Lune in Ayer to change a headlight that just wouldn't come out. They were able to get me in immediately and tried different angles to finally get the light changed out. They also topped off my coolant and wiper fluid, all for a very reasonable price. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and polite. I cannot recommend this place enough! read more
