I went to this location to had my oil changed done. Driving back home, I was wondering why it took them so fast to replaced my oil. It was like just under 5 mins and they told me that it was done. Once I got home, I checked and realized that they didn't change my oil. The oil still dark in color and same amount of fluids as before. Looks like they were rushing even there were no other customers that time. I'm was trying to avoid this location many times because seems like they are not honest but were no other branch near by because Glendora branch was as closed that day. read more

This is my worst experience ever! I arrived at 7:45am to be the first in line as I had a busy day ahead. The worker Carlos arrived at 8:03 heads to the door takes about 20 mins to open up shop comes outside and asks what I need. I told him I need an oil change and proceeds to tell me that he can't work on my car til the other worker comes in and I asked about how long.. he said he didn't know maybe 30mins - 1 hour. I told him I came all the way down from Orange county and that i've been waiting since 7:45 to be the first in line so I am going to wait there. I told him if that was the case he should of said something to me when I arrived that clear communication would of gave me the option to go somewhere else not take 30 mins opening up and then tell the customers whats going on. I watched Carlos not know how to use the air compressor to fill the tires he kept wandering around looking like he didnt know what to do and huffin and puffin. No customer service whatsoever mind you the other worker arrived 5 mins after carlos. I left at 9:45am took 2 hours in this dump. Once I paid I told Carlos he needs to do better should never take 2 hours for an oil change especially for the first customer. No communication No customer service didnt care for peoples time just acted like they didnt want to work there all he said was sorry in a monotone voice. If you dont want to work Carlos theres plenty of other people that would kill to have your job. Learn to be grateful have a smile on your face and at the least comb your hair! When I arrived I waited while another customer was helped. When Jack who was working the front desk came in to help me, he stopped and paused to watch whatever was playing on the TV, looked down at the paperwork in his hand, then back at the TV, I sighed really loud letting him know I had other places to be other than waiting for him to be done watching TV before helping me. Hearing that he called me over. I was asked if they were going to rotate my tires, I said I had a slow leak in my right rear tire, so I didn't want them to rotate them. He then asked if they would be fixing that for me today, I said no and just to add air. He said that was standard. I left my car there and went to run my other errands. When I returned my car was ready and Jack went over all the things done to the car. One was putting air up to the recommended 35 psi in all four tires. Great, then I don't have to stop in the morning on my way to work to get that one tire filled. I paid my bill and drove home. Once parked, I went through the computer system in my car to look at all the numbers, and low and behold ALL the tires were at he same PSI level as they were when I arrived at this location. None of them were at the 35 PSI as my paperwork and Jack at the front desk stated it would be The one with the slow leak is at 24, meaning before I can head to work in the morning, I have to stop for air. I know this is a small thing, but if they're not truthful on the small things, what else are they not being truthful on? I shutter to think. To say the least, I am disappointed and will be looking for a different place to take my car next time. read more

Beware of this location! Especially if you are going in for a free Uber inspection for Uber drivers. When I pulled up they were not busy at all they was one car there and they have 3 stalls. I actually called before I came to make sure it was OK... When I arrived Jack said it would be a 45 minute wait because the person who does the inspections is on lunch break I said OK...he kept trying to send me to the Glendora store and I'm like no I'm already here I can wait. Then he said you have to wait with your car with the new law... I'm like ok, I said not problem. He just kept discouraging me trying to get me to leave. So he checked me in, which tells me he could've done that in the first place... Then he tells me it's going to be $39.99... I said it's free with UBER... he asked another guy and Then he says oh yeah we have a Uber account.. When the guy returns from lunch he looks at my car for two minutes and says, I was about to start your inspection but there's no point of me continuing because you need breaks ... then he starts telling me how much money it will be And then said there's no mechanic on site. I kindly said that is fine because I knew he was lying! I got my keys and drove to another location and passed with flying colors! If you ever wanted a quick good quality oil change, come here!!! The guys that work here are all very polite and professional. I like that they check your turn signals, tail lights, wiper blades at the beginning because sometimes we are busy and just never have time to check them out ourselves. They close at 6, I got there at 5:30. I told them I had a Groupon for an oil change. They told me, it was too late.. I asked, too late for an oil change? They told me, it was too late to use a Groupon, to come back on another day... No where on the Groupon fine print does it mention a window of when I can use the Groupon. Have your local mechanic do that at a fraction of the price. Today, I watched a younger couple nearly get swindled by the salesman who was a complete liar for $284.00. All of the services he was offering wouldn't have solved their problem. I finally spoke up to them and directed them to my mechanic who I've gone to for 20+ years. I was heading to Big Bear with my family and remembered it was probably smart to take care of that oil change I'd been needing, especially before heading up a mountain! I came by not sure what to expect (I hadn't personally been to a Jiffy, though my car had); and honestly I wanted to be in and out as quickly as possible. I couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. I was helped out by Javi/Xavi (cant remember how he spelled his name). He was really friendly, seemed to have a lot of experience and knowledge, understood what I wanted done to my car (and my urgency to get it), and wasn't pushy at all--was almost pleasantly funny about the whole thing which definitely helped my uncertainty. I'm glad I came by this location. As a woman getting anything done to my car makes me uneasy, and not because I don't know anything, but because people take advantage of that. All in all, after visiting this location I felt confident that my car received what it needed, I was treated with respect and friendliness, and because I walked out of there knowing I could come back here, ask for Javi, and know exactly what my car needs without doubts. We went in to get a standard oil change but was told that our car has to have the most expensive oil that is 89 dollars. Synthetic oil for a 4 cylinder Honda Accord LOL. In your dreams. When I told him that we never use the Synthetic oil can I get the one that is $42, he was pissed off. Making us feel like the car will fail and it's not his fault. Also, he said he have to flush our brake fluid. But the brakes were just services with new fluid, brake pad, and rotors. I came to this jiffy lube for a basic oil change for my 05 impala. I choose jiffy lube for their price and speedy service but i was bothered after this visit yesterday. I typically goto a location in Los Angeles but came here while visiting family. Everyone knows jiffy lube oil change is 24.99. I walked out paying almost 50 dollars for a basic oil change on a basic car!!! I asked what happened to the 24.99 deal and i was told most locations offer this but our owner is greedy. Well i will no longer continue to support their greed by ripping off the community and i hope you all wont either! I also asked since NO ONE was there and they were waiting for work if they could just take a look to see why my heater wasnt working...of course they didnt and said they did as i watched them do nothing. Very shady. Went for an oil change and they told me I needed new belts. I asked how much and they said they would only charge for parts (which was a lie). I called around and got a second opinion from a place in glendora and they said I dont need to change the belts. Don't go here even to change your oil. Who knows what will be "needing maintenance" when all is said and done. Jiffy Lube needs to look I to this franchise as far as ethical practices. read more
