I do not recommend this place a 15 minute oil change turned out to be an hour and a half. The service I received was not professional by one of the managers. He could not open my hood of the car which I did and then waited and he was not attending me. Then he left to lunch. when I asked the other manager how long does it take to do an oil change. She was very nice an apologize for the inconvenience and started to help me. She notice I was not even registered and took care of me. I told her as a manager you don't leave a customer to go to lunch or at least let the customer know and your staff to take over. Obviously lunch was more important than your customers. He also was on his air buds while on the floor. I also reached out to the district Manager and he has not returned my call. My next step is to talk to corporate to be aware of the face of there business. read more

I've been to JiffyLube on Cottman Ave near northeast Highschool multiple times. The service is always quick and friendly and done right. They always double check my fluids and ask questions to make sure my car is running smoothly and correct. I would recommend this business to my family and friends! The price is good too! I don't recommend this location at all. We brought in our car for a cranking noise on the left, it happens when we turn. They told my husband it's a brake issue, sway bar and roters. They originally tried to convince him to change the front and back brakes. Despite the decent price, the car is making the exact same noise but because they replaced parts they didn't need to replace at this time we had to dish out over $300.00. They knew the problem wasn't solved when the picked up the car, the loud sound was still there. We finally spoke to a mechanic that doesn't rely on machines to tell him what's actually wrong with the vehicle and he said it's the suspension or the barren because of the cranking noise. Bad brakes sqweek!! Nothing changed after visiting this location, but we're out of 400.00. Nice people but they don't know what they're doing. Excepting clients to pay when you didn't fix the issue is absurd and I should take you people to small claims court for having incompetent people working in your shop. Good luck to anyone who comes here and if a noise related issue I recommend, testing driving before paying them. read more

Just left my dealer because I noticed an oil leak. $180 diagnostic fee later, it turns out that this Jiffy Lube failed to tighten my oil filter on my last oil change. These guys SUCK. read more

My wife took my truck in for an oil change while I was at work as a surprise... $80 for an oil change that somehow took 4 people to complete over an hour... Unreal! Overpriced, and DEFINITELY not done in a "jiffy". PLUS these numbskulls screwed the pooch on the job: 1.) My truck specifies 0W-20 Synthetic Oil and they put 5w-30 synthetic blend in it. 2.) My truck calls for 7.7 quarts of oil, they only put 5 quarts in the crank case. 3.) The drain plug was loose so my truck has a nice fresh coating of oil ALL OVER the exhaust and everything else underneath (smells f*cking great!) All in all, thank you for not only ripping my wife off, but creating a situation where I now have to get an 8 month old truck looked at to ensure you mouth breathers didn't cause damage to my engine. read more

Took my car here a few months back. Recently I was in a development with speed bumps and noticed a scratching sound. Looked under the car and saw that my splash shield was not put back on properly and several screws were missing. I will not be taking my car back there. read more

Avoid at all costs. I went there for a routine oil change, just before 5pm. About 20 minutes later, the attendant told me that my car had to stay overnight as they broke the oil filter, attempting to taking it off. They couldn't get it off, and said I couldn't drive the car, due to the leak. They also said the mechanic went home for the night (they are open until 6pm), and they couldn't let the car go until it was fixed. As it was 530, I told them to call the mechanic back in and to fix my car. I also told them that this has never happened previously. They blamed the last oil change provider (Valvoline) and said the filter must have been put on too tight. They also said that this happens to them twice a week. Eventually the mechanic returned and removed the filter (only took me almost 2 hrs for the oil change). read more

Just came in for a full-synthetic oil change no appointment just drove my Sienna in and the technicians got me into the garage with me sitting in the car. They worked on it popping my hood and draining the oil and putting fresh new quarts of synthetic oil. Then they gave me the price which was over $100 but I had a jiffy lube coupon and brought it down to $95 and some change. Quick service literally was in their 20 mins tops! Great service and I left extremely happy I'll be coming here next time for sure!! read more

I called this jiffy lube at ten of seven, they were closing in ten minutes, I told William that I had just sat in pep boys down the street for a few hours just to get an oil change and left out of frustration, I only went there because I was literally next door, big mistake. He told me to come in and when I got there him and his guys got on my van like a nascar pit crew, I was out in 20minutes. No hassle great customer service and I really appreciated them taking me in minutes before closing. Very fast and excellent service. This location appears to be under new management and it really shows. Very organized and now staffed with people who care about customers and take pride in their job. No longer do you see employees smoking and more interested in side conversations while working. I was in and out in about 10 minutes for a full oil change, air filter, and coolant top off. I took my car to Jiffy Lube about a month ago for a oil change. They changed my oil and told me if I wanted to change my oil filter I had to go buy it and bring it back. They used clamps while changing my oil and put a hole in my oil filter which caused a massive oil leak after 3 weeks. They also missed my coolant hose leak. Now this leads me to across the street at Midas which I recommend. Their wrong doing at Jiffy Lube is costing me about $300. Plus the coolant hose about $780. All missed by incompetence. It is very convenient to go there because you never have to get out of your vehicle . I do not recommend it at all.. read more

I'm just saying that most places that find a nail in your tire would ask you if you wanted them to plug it. And also, didn't they use to vacuum your car? Oh wait, that was checked off on my receipt as well. Lies. I will not return to this location. They did stay past their stated at closing time to finish the cars in line, however I still have a nail in my tire and it was hissing leaking air when I got home. so now I have to deal with that tomorrow on a holiday weekend. My biggest complaint is the cost. $70 for nothing special!!! They didn't vacuum, they didn't check/top of any engine fluids, didn't check the air filter, they FORGOT to reset the oil sensor ... I have to ask myself what else did they forget? I will NEVER go to a Jiffy Lube again!!! I tried calling to speak to a supervisor but no one answers the phone! Update: we sent a reply via email to the email address that was given to us in the reply by the owner... Guess what, haven't heard a word!! We even called the JiffyLube leaving messages for her to call us back ... No call back! This JiffyLube is AWFUL! I've noticed all the replies to the negative comments are the same from the owner. The worst service place that I have ever took my car to for a oil change, drove it home and noticed oil leaking from the bottom, comes out to find out that the person working on the car turned the oil plug too tight with they broke it and didn't tell me. The business refused to tell me that they did that. I had to call the corporate office. The business still gave me the run around, $600 for a new oil pan. Sort of defeats the purpose of the Jiffy Lube business model. This is for store number 43, in Bensalem PA 19020. My daughter took her 2008 Benz to get an oil change. on Oct. 7, 2022. When she received her car back the next day it was making a noise. Then the car start leaking oil and the belt broke. She had to get it towed. But before that the manager of this jiffy lube told her that he was going to come to her home to look at the car to see if he saw something. He never showed and when she called him to see when he ws going to arrive, he proceeded to get smart with her. Very unprofessional. Now upon talking to this manager he tells me they don't do inspections as far as brakes, tires etc. all they do is glance over your vehicle., after i asked him aren't they supposed to look over the car and if you see a belt or something that needs attention aren't you supposed to bring it to the customers attention and write it on the invoice? He said no because they don't do that. And he also said they are no responsible for her belt breaking when the shop it was towed to clearly said to me the belt was saturated with oil. And all of this could have been prevented if they would have inspected the car instead of glancing. And they never offered her anything, instead this manager continues to hang up on her while she's talking to him, and yes she is upset, she had her children in the car when this all occurred, so yes she's upset. She could have been in an accident. This is so unacceptable. And it's very sad. My eight years working in the service department of Pep Boys if this type of situation exist, we had to offer a gift card or something, not this company. They remain non apologetic, very sad. I've been using this location for years for all of our family's vehicles. In and out, very little waiting. Never had a problem.

Scammers. One word describes them. Let me go down the list starting from what went wrong. I went in and asked to get an oil change and was given a sarcastic response. No problem, cause everyone makes a joke here and there. After I get my car back, I ask what was done. The gentleman said windshield fluids, vacuumed floors, lights checked and etc. when I actually went to use the windshield wiper fluids, it wasn't filled at all. My floors were the same as before with lots of dirt still on the floor, and they failed to notice my left headlight was out. If the jiffy lube signature oil change package includes all of that, why did I get absolutely none of it? At this point, I'm surprised if I actually got an oil change...
