Showed up at 2:50 and the car wasn't close to being finished and ended up being done at 3:45. Was charged an additional inspection fee for something I did not ask for as well as being asked no discount for it taking 7 1/2 hours for something that should maybe take 30 to 45 minutes. When I asked about it all this, I was told I wouldn't get my keys back.

I inquired about their wiper service and they were able to quickly help replace those for a fair price 18.99 and 21.99 for the respective wipers. Coupons online and every day 25% for veterans! They topped off all fluids and handled everything quickly, all in all took about 10 minutes. It was simple, relaxing and fast. I definitely would go back for service. No products were pushed.

There were absolutely no issues prior to the oil change. The timing is not a coincidence. I contacted the shop right away. I was told to check back on 02/28 and that the manager would handle it. When I followed up, I was told the manager wasn't available until Monday and that I would "have to wait" while they conducted an "investigation" and reviewed camera footage. They claimed the technician did not touch the sensor. However, their own higher-up acknowledged that the sensor could have been cleaned and reset -- which their technician did attempt. That reset did absolutely nothing to fix the issue. Despite this, they continued to deny responsibility. I sought a second opinion from a mechanic I know personally who works as a mechanic for a landscaping company. Instead of addressing the mechanical findings, the shop repeatedly tried to discredit him by referring to him as "a landscaper," even after being clearly informed that he is employed as a mechanic for that company. That felt dismissive and unprofessional. Ultimately, my mechanic repaired the issue and the vehicle is now running properly again. This confirms that there was in fact a problem that needed to be corrected -- a problem that began immediately after the oil change service. As a result of this situation, I incurred $556 in total expenses, including: - $115 for the oil change - $190 for the sensor - $150 for labor - $56 Uber to return to the shop - $45 Uber home because the vehicle was not safe to drive This has caused financial loss, stress, and significant inconvenience -- all from what should have been a simple maintenance visit. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability and the refusal to take responsibility for an issue that began immediately after their service. I will update this review if the business chooses to properly address and resolve this matter.

By Monday morning, the tire was completely flat. I called the store expecting them to take responsibility and help resolve the issue, especially since the tire was under warranty and they had just serviced it. Instead, I was told I would need to tow the vehicle back in. I explained that I didn't think I should have to pay for a tow when the problem appeared to be related to the work they had just done. Rather than working toward a solution, the manager, Jonathan, became combative and argumentative. The tone was defensive and dismissive, not helpful. When I asked for the name of his manager or someone I could escalate the issue to, he refused to provide it and acted like there was no one above him. I ended up having to call the main customer service line myself to try to get this resolved. I did not create this issue. The tire was covered under warranty, I brought it in for repair, and shortly after the service the tire was completely flat. A reasonable response would have been an apology, arranging a tow, and correcting the problem. Instead, I was met with resistance and poor customer service. Recently I took it in for an oil change, tire rotation and general service. I don't drive a lot because I work from home, so it was a day or so later that I noticed - when they removed the oil change sticker they had put on my windshield at the last visit, they completely fucked up the tint on my windshield. Then they just slapped another sticker over it, like nothing had happened lol! I called them immediately and they asked me to email them a photo, which I did later that evening. I got a reply back that they had received the photo and would get back to me in a day or two. A day or two passes and I heard nothing. So I reach back out and let them know I had not received a response. Then another few days pass, and I reach out again. So not only did they not PROACTIVELY admit their fuckup - which I get it, shit happens, but you have to be professional when it does and let your customer know what you fucked up and how you're going to fix it. And sometimes there's just a bad apple who doesn't represent your business well. So they put the onus on me to bring their fuckup to their attention, and now they are conveniently ignoring me. My last email to them was to let them know that I will be pursuing legal action in small claims court if I don't hear from them again in a few days. Because getting the entire tint job redone is going to set me back probably $5-600 with labor.
