Visited this Jiffy Lube for the first time and had the absolute best service from Jonathan and Roger. Friendly, attentive, and explained everything clearly from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

They kept my vehicle for 5 days after quoting a price to hold it over the weekend. Then, they gave me a different price. On day 5, the price doubled. I went to another mechanic for a wheel alignment and was told it was just a front inner & outer tire rod end issue- no tire problem or issues with the tie rods front and back that would cost $1300 at this place. SMH! Save your money and time. What tire rod fix cost this much. Really My son says this place isn't the same anymore. I've been with this business for ten years. I've found a new mechanic who won't try to scam women. They just make up stories. Don't go--save your money.

He told me a quick date just so he could get the car in and get paid. He has no right to hold on to my vehicle. He doesn't care what kind of inconvenience he imposes on his customers. Fast forward to today, my son takes his truck in to get the AC checked. They say he has to get it replaced. BUT, they can't give an estimate because the guy who does the estimates isn't in until Monday. Then he has the nerve to say if we take the vehicle home he has to charge a diagnostic fee, all of a sudden thats policy, because we might take it somewhere else to get it fixed. Like it was our fault his guy isn't there. His mom asked to text the receptionist who knows us and he says he doesn't have her number/jcan't text her. She gets the keys to leave and suddenly he's texted the receptionist and he's trying to work something out. Mind you we have been using this shop for over 20 years! That has never been "policy". And what right does he have to hold our vehicle over the weekend. Notice the theme. All this guy wants is money. He'll say anything to get you to leave the vehicle to make a buck. The previous owner was thoughtful, helpful, thorough and timely. This guy is the total opposite and has zero appreciation for long time customers. The mechanics and receptionists are top notch, the owner not so much. Beware of getting anytime other than an oil change.

The service had a few things I could do, but things that other service centers couldn't do, like a full trans flush, Eurosport has the equipment for. And the dealership price would have been about 25% higher (at least), so the savings were substantial. I am a big believer in keeping up with maintenance, as we tend to drive our vehicles for many years (last car the wife had wore out at 20 years; my last one I finally got tired of after 15 years, but it was running like a top still with 250K miles). I believe that Eurosport is a shop with quality services, fair pricing, and honesty as their core principles. There are fwew shops like this around any more.

See text from Louis Longo to my daughter relative to neglected service to me. "I am very sorry. Wednesday night the vehicle was not done. We found a vacuum leak as well and wanted to correct that. We also wanted to replace the other old ignition coils. I ordered the extra parts Wednesday. I was just informed that one of the parts, a vacuum port from jaguar did not come in. I informed my manager to get in his car and drive to Land Rover to pick that part up right now. They will have the vehicle repaired today and I will pick your mother up. I was in the hospital yesterday due to an injury and was sidetracked. No excuse for this and I am as upset as you are. We failed you and your mother and provided horrible service. There is absolutely no excuse for it at all. I am angry at my team as well. When I do pick your mother up I am going to ask that she has the credit card she used at the last visit 6/29/2026 and provide her with a refund of 1378.96. There needs to be some repercussion to myself and my team for this gross neglect of customer care." With that response from Louis, just be sincere and honest with your customers as you did in the above text message, that is all we ask. Peggie Matthews

I went in yesterday to have my oil changed . Unfortunately it was pretty lousy experience. When I…read morepulled up there was one car ahead of me and there were 4 bays that I think had cars in all of them . I think it took around 10 minutes before I pulled in . The guy helping me tried to add on additional services like filters, a new battery ( this one is 2yrs old ) and flushing the radiator. I appreciated his pointing these things out after I showed him my car had failed inspection for an issue w/ a problem with #4 cylinder and some other things . I declined everything and just went with the oil changed and an additional $4 dollar charge to top off radiator fluid which I thought was part of the $117.00 charge. * no tires checked , no vacuuming, no windows cleaned - noted bc Jiffy Lube does this or at least they used to . Anyway .... The real problem was their card reader couldn't read my debt card. After numerous attempts, and 2 different ppl trying to help, I called my bank . I was on the phone with them for a while and they couldn't see any problem on their end . Unfortunately I didn't bring anything with me except my license and debt card and after what felt like an eternity I finally walked over to Home Depot and bought a lanyard and got cash back . I walked back over and the manager took my payment and she apologized and said they have problems with other cards too . If that's the case they really need to address it or at least let ppl know in advance, post it on their advertising maybe . Fortunately I was off yesterday otherwise I'd have been pissed wasting over an hour there. I think I'll stick with jiffy lube in the future .

Jay did a great job with service recommendations for my vehicle. I appreciate his honesty and ethic.read more
