Nice customer service. I don't remember the name of the young man who checked me in but George checked me out - he was very well spoken, polite, friendly and kind. All the guys were nice and professional. Wait time wasn't bad at all. My only complaints are that JL doesn't provide outside window cleaning or interior vacuum anymore - oh, how I miss that. The waiting room also needed serious attention-floors swept and mopped, walls were dirty & scuffed. All these things would help put the experience over the top. The way things use to be. Joshua and one other man was there for me last night in pouring rain ! I took my jeep in because my light has been out for quite some time. I bought them bulbs, and the front of my car needed. Some of the bolts put back in because it was taken apart wrong by somebody else, and they did everything for me in a quick manner, and for free, I'm so thankful . NEVER FUCKING COME HERE!! My husband and I came here to get our oil change before we went back to the bay area. On the 5, i needed to use the bathroom so we pulled over into a gas station and when got into the station i heard something dragging across the floor and i asked my husband if he hit anything. he said no and when he went to change our undercarriage was being held in by ONE BOLT. i'm so disappointed. we were stuck for three hours because of a fucking thing that's so fucking simple. your employees didn't even know HOW TO FUCKING PROPERLY SCREW BOLTS IN. WE WERE MISSING FIVE OUT OF THE SIX BOLTS WE HAD BEFORE GOING TO THIS FUCKING PLACE. AND DONT COME BACK TO ME WITH THAT BULLSHIT "oh email this person about it". I went in for a tire rotation about 3 weeks ago and i haven't touch my truck. They over tightened and stripped all the nuts on all my wheels. My radiator hose burst open on the freeway and I had to make a quick exit. By God's grace, Jiffy Lube was 0.2 miles away from where I happened to park. Though it was almost closing time, Esteban, the manager agreed to replace both radiator hoses. He and Luis stayed over an hour after closing to replace both radiator hoses. I needed both headlights replaced on my SUV. I knew it was a pain so I brought it to Jiffy Lube knowing that they did this then of job. Unfortunately they did not have the bulbs in stock but Esteban told me that I could go one block over and get the bulbs at an auto parts store where they may even install the bulbs for me. I got the bulbs but no luck with the install so I brought it back to JL where they got me into line right away and Luis began the arduous task of replacing them. I am a big fan of Jiffy Lube and have been to two locations in Camarillo - Arneill and Daily locations. The employees are quick, smart, efficient, and I have had zero issues with their work. I have been using JL for periodic maintenance for years and I feel comfort in knowing that if my wife were to bring the cars for work, there won't be any hard sales or trying to get her to buy something or a service she didn't need.
