I have always taken my car here, since before this location became Jiffy Lube. I don't usually have a problem here, but today it took an hour and a half to get a simple oil change. I was told it would take between 45 minutes to an hour (which was pushing it already). So I went grocery shopping and got lunch across the street while waiting. I came back and waited another 45 minutes for my oil change. When I asked why I have been waiting so long I got this response: "I told you it would be awhile." No apologies. I had groceries going bad so I had to go. They did not complete my services and I am very disappointed. I was told to "come back when you have more time." I'm sorry but I won't be coming back when I have more time because no one should be waiting longer for this sort of thing. read more

Fast, informative and welcoming Carlos did not pressure me to buy anything from Jiffy Lube. He let me know what was was wrong with my car and what he recommends needs replacement. I saw a review stating they use scare tactics, this is NOT true. Carlos took out the air filter and showed me the dirt on the air filter and ask if I wanted it to be changed and completely made it my choice. If you ask me, I think that is being very transparent. They showed me the prices before purchasing anything. I seriously felt like it was my brother helping me out with my car. read more

What did Jiffy lube this morning about 10 minutes to Eight. They're supposed to open at eight but no one was there not at eight not at 8:10 815 finally some guy shows up and I see aren't you supposed to be Open at eight, he said he can go to the other one they might be open right now. Had a wonderful experience at our local Jiffy Lube. We just move here and were looking for a place to bring our cars. We tried a local family-owned shop but they messed something up that caused my car to leak oil the next day. We took the car to this Jiffy Lube along with our 2nd car that needed an oil change. Esteban and Luis were glad to look at the issue for us and fixed it. They did great with both our cars and gave us great confidence. I have always been a Jiffy Lube customer for many decades but when the one I normally go too was super busy they suggested I come here. I met Rubio and had amazing service, they let me use my own oil and updated me on how my Crown Victoria, that is 22 years old, was doing....I found out they do a lot more than I knew they did, so I will be going back for suspension and a break job, and any other little thing I need, like windshield wipers. I gotta get that done as we are due for a El Nino this winter and I need to be prepared. Everyone was very nice and answered all my questions. Just wonderful to have honest people who have my back. I have always brought my car to this location when was owned by the previous owner so I decided to continue bringing to same place after it became Jiffy Lube. Last time I brought my Honda Accord, I was told that the oil pan cap had been stripped by whoever changed the oil last.The only place I have ever used for oil changes is this place, so they must of stripped the cap the last oil change they did. Now the car is leaking oil. I asked if they could fix it and said I had to take to a mechanic. I will never bring my cars to this place again. read more

I thought this was still a Lube Shop which offers great services when I went here recently but was already a Jiffy Lube Shop. Since I was in a hurry I decided to have my car oil changed here which cost me more than $100. Prior to oil changed I had my car tire pressure set to 33PSI but forgot to tell that I didn't want it checked. They said they had it set to 33 PSI but while the car I can feel something isn't right, so I decided to check the tire pressure. Guess what, they had set 1tire to 35PSI, 2 to 34.5PSI & 1 to 34PSI. How brilliant of a shop it this??? I would never trust this shop and never go back here again. read more

My wife visited this new Jiffy Lube about a week ago (against my advise). The Technician told her that the cabin filter and air filter had "mold growth" in them and that the filters needed replacement. Well, when someone uses the word "mold", most people worry about their health. Fortunately, my wife did not have them replaced (she knows that these items are over-priced at Jiffy Lube), but wanted me to replace them. I picked both of the filters up at the auto parts store and replaced them both in less than 15 minutes. After replacing the filters, I looked them over and discovered nothing more than blackish dust on both the filters (NO MOLD). It seems to me that Jiffy Lube is using "scare tactics" ("MOLD GROWTH") to up their bottom line. My advise, go someplace other than Jiffy Lube!!!! read more

Been coming here for over 10 years and never had a bad experience.....until today. HORRIBLE ! I get there and pull into the drive of an open bay. There are 4 employees; one washing the windows of a car in the service bay, the other 3 standing around DOING NOTHING. I wait for 15 minutes; no employee comes out to greet me. Two other customers pull in behind me. The one washing the windows is still washing the windows of the same car 15 minutes later, the other 3 still standing around DOING NOTHING. 10 more minutes go by and finally a clown (employee) named "Angel" approaches me and tells me to move my car out of the service bay drive and park in the parking spaces and wait, he will be back in a few minutes. 15 more minutes go by and I'm still sitting there waiting. Then another employee pulls a customers car that arrived after me into an open service bay. I approached the clown named "Angel" and said to him I was next in line. His response to me was "Oh, sorry, we'll take you next". I told him if that's the way he handles this, I'll go somewhere else. Permanently. He says nothing. I say to him that from a customer's perspective, no one here is paying attention to operating the business. This clown starts LAUGHING AT ME, and says to me "I thought you were going somewhere else" and CONTINUES TO LAUGH AT ME. OK genius, I will take all of my business (6 cars that I have serviced there regularly) somewhere else. I'm trying to support local businesses during the pandemic but not when they treat long time customers like this. There are plenty of other businesses I can go to and get my car serviced where the employees don't act like clowns towards customers. These clowns are severely damaging the owner's business, and they clearly don't care. I hope the business owner reads this and fires these clowns before they drive this business into bankruptcy. read more

My experience with Jiffy Lube on Arneill Rd in Camarillo was great. Glenn, Estoban, and Cameron all knowledgeable, kind and courteous. Was told by another auto repair, $800.00 to repair air conditioner. Today air conditioning belt replaced at Jiffy and what do you know, the air works again. Jiffy Lube saved me over $700.00. Oil changes always fast and friendly. Go see the guys there, you will not be disappointed. read more

Great customer service and work! I like that they get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I would suggest that they revisit their opening ours for Saturday's to ensure it's aligned to what's advertised on-line for business hours. I went there this morning (Saturday 4/17/21) arriving at 7 am, which is what is advertised on line for Saturday hours, but it wasn't open. I waited 10 mins in their parking lot but never seen any stall doors opened. I called the store # and no one picked up, so I left and came back at 8 am. I asked the service guy what time they open on Saturday's and he said 7am but it takes them a little time to open up. I personally think it's good practice if you're providing a service to the public and your operations hour start at 7am you should be there as early as needed to ensure your doors are open to the public at the advertised time. I know this may be minor but I was really counting on their service at 7am to get the most out of a busy day. . I still think this store is great. I take all my vehicles here and will continue to in the future. read more

Jiffy lube at its best, price it high and see if customer takes the bait. I normally get oil change down the street but they were booked solid. I needed to get oil change as my oil level was extremely low. They quoted me $100+ for synthetic and I'm like, whoah put standard 5w30 oil change then price was cut in half. it took longer than stated. they brought the air cabin filter out, said it needed to be replaced, which it did, since I had Thomas Fire ashes in it, which they quoted $60 to replace, I paid $10 for filter and replaced myself for free. It took four screws to unscrew and replace filter in about 5 min. read more

I am so pleased that I stopped at this Jiffy Lube this morning. I had to drive my daughter to Camarillo in my 2002 Honda unexpectedly. My car was overdue for service and I was concerned about another trip up the Conejo grade with my warning light on. I was greeted very cordially and made comfortable while waiting, a very short wait, for my car. The inspection was reviewed in detail, with no pressure for any additional services, but with the suggestion that I use the free service to top off the fluids should I be taking a long trip or just to be sure that the levels were still where they should be. My windows were washed, floor was vacuumed, and I was sent on my way with thanks and directions back to the 101 :) Everyone was pleasant and friendly and I felt so relieved to know that my car was safe to drive. Not how I expected to spend a Saturday morning, but it was not unpleasant. Very pleased. read more
