My wife went to this location on her lunch break, and the experience was beyond disappointing. She was quoted $160 for an oil change on a 2019 Camry, a vehicle that takes standard 0W-16 oil--a price only $20 less than what we pay for our European Audi, which is frankly absurd. What makes this unacceptable is that before any price was agreed to, they drained the oil from her car without consent. At that point, she was effectively trapped. To make matters worse, they did not even replace the oil they drained, leaving the vehicle completely empty. I am not one to throw around accusations lightly, but it is impossible to ignore the fact that they appeared to take advantage of a woman who came in alone. The lack of professionalism, ethics, and basic respect shown here is infuriating. This was not just poor service--it was reckless and completely unacceptable. read more

If I could give no stars I would. I have not gotten the accountability I deserve here and have had to purchase a new car. I am also out what I paid for the oil change. The car was found by Toyota dealership to have no oil or filter and this caused the engine to fail leaving us stranded at night on the side of seventeen. They also put my family at risk insisting I tow my car back when I called to tell them we were on this side of seventeen waiting for a tow back to Santa Cruz Toyota where we live. The insurance company I use is not getting a response from the franchisee and they have been informed that the car broke down within 5 miles of their location on the same day and had no filter or oil in it. I will never trust Jiffy Lube with my vehicle again and I hope other people will see this and make the right decision as after researching I found that this happens all the time with Jiffy Lube and there is almost never any recourse or justice. I have spoken with David Beltran and he insists he is end of the line here, also spoke to Jiffy Lube at length and they can provide no assistance. Use at your own risk. read more

To my surprise the morning after services here I noticed a MASSIVE oil leak! NOT ok! Especially considering the amount of money an oil change costs! These mechanics should be ashamed by the quality of their service! I do not recommend this facility to anyone! These men also tried blaming me for this damage while also backpedaling and not having accountability for their failures?!? My sister were in there today at approximately 11:30 to get the back breaks done on the car we were very satisfied with the service we received .Everyone was so nice to us ,the one who helped us at the front desk was very informative and thorough and the one in the parking lot was also very helpful in telling us where to park and what we'd need to do next and everyone who helped do the brakes were too. Service $ price was ok. Low rating because the worker left several dark oily hand prints on the outside my car door. More hand prints were inside with greasy shoe prints on inside of door as worker attempted to use my parking break. Worst of all, were dark stains on my driving wheel cover. If I could I would give them What they earned and that's a big zero. My car that is rear wheel drive was making a noise when I came in. Advised the help to that. I was first told it could be a cv axle (doesn't have) but they would "look". As part of my $140.00 synthetic oil change I was told that they were checking ALL fluids and vacuuming my floors and washing windows... I guess that transmission fluid is NOT a part of that check as I found out when I got home that it was a quart low. My floor was not vacuumed nor the windows remotely washed. The noise I spoke of was the fact it was LOW and needed, yet the "help" had no clue. How or why would anyone ever go here knowing they don't know cars nor fallow their own company advertisement of inspections? They are not responsible for the lack of flood but certainly are of NOT checking or doing their JOB! False advertisement is fraud in my book. I will never be going there ever again and I will tell EVERYONE i know that they don't do what they are paid for not fallowing what they say they do. On top of that I contacted the company about my experience with this store and they basically said they would advise the owner of this POORLY ran store and due nothing about it. If I am understanding correctly they don't mind if you don't get the service you PAID for nor do anything. My car has 170,000 miles on it and you would think it needs service, they said it was all fine. I have pictures saying different. This store is what we all fear going to automotive repair shops. Everyone be here was super helpful and Communicative. I was in a stressful situation and it all could have been extremely worse but instead of just letting me leave and probably spend more time and money trying to solve my car issue while I was out of town, they figured out how to help me beyond I think the normal situations. I forgot all the guys help but I know I interacted with 3 guys and they were all helpful. Upon my arrival I was greeted attentively by Marquez and guided me into the year garage. I was in offered to wait in their lobby and immediately they started vacuuming inside my car and looking at all the needed requirements for the car. I was then given details of the replacements that needed to be done and completions plus quotes. Once approved I was given an estimated time which was on time 15 minutes in and out. Been taking my company van to this location for years and somehow they lost their login information for the ARI account I told them they can call the account holder for approval and he did not seem like he wanted to do that very poor customer service... I made an appointment at a different place nearby and when I got there, they told me it would take 3 hours for an oil change on my car. 3 hours with an appointment. GTFOH with that. I told them thanks but I'd figure something else out. I got in the car, looked up the nearest Jiffy Lube, called, and was told there was no wait at all.. come on down.. and so I did. I got there and within about 30 min tops, my oil change was done, new wiper blades put on, all lights checked.. and I was back on the road. I must say that the Jiffy lube establishment located on 1387 Camden avenue is definitely one of the good ones! The level of professionalism and courtesy I received was stellar! The tips and advice I received was definitely a welcomed delight! I also got a discount which was nice due to my coupon. The vibe in this place was relaxing and very chill and the group of guys who worked on my vehicle reminded me of some of the guys in my Marine corps platoon from back in the days! Took my Toyota truck in for an oil change on 7/21 and the air filters were not checked, the windows were not washed and the interior was not vacuumed. When I asked why, the answer was: We are to busy. I sent an email to Jiffy Lube and left several voice mails and 3 weeks later, I got a phone call from a district manager named David Veltran or Beltran (he would not spell his last name for me when he was on the phone ... can you believe that???) I came here because it was the closest place and my check engine light came on. Saturday, an hour before closing, only 2 customers before me. They took care of it fairly quickly and I was done with the oil change in 30 mins. The price is a bit higher than my regular mechanic. We also tried looking up coupons or Groupon, but the owner says it's only at participating locations and not every franchise accepts them. Today, I brought my vehicle in and the Dustric Manager "David" did not to service my vehicle. I was told that because of an aftermarket oil plug that he did not want to service my vehicle. i was trying to get to an appointment and needed air in one of my tires. I tried to do it myself at a gas station but i only succeeded in letting more air out of the tire, so now i really couldn't drive it. They were quick, asked if I wanted to use the oil I used last time, I said yes. He also checked my air in all of my tires at no extra charge. He filled them all. If I could give them a zero I would. I came in when no one was in there on Friday afternoon, to get my tires rotated and an oil change. My tire light was on and let them know, and they said they would fix it. I drove home and the tire light was still on, only yo find out I had a nail in my tire and they did not tell me. When I got in my car after I paid, my steering wheel and floor was nasty with dirt, did not even clean up after themselves. I'm still in absolute shock that I just was tricked into paying an absolute rip off of a price for half the value. I drive a standard chevy car, nothing fancy. It was over $100 for an oil change. I didn't see them top off any fluids, was not shown the filter or dipstick, didn't see them check my wipers, no vacuum, no windshield cleaning.
