They gave me a good quote over the phone for the price OUT THE DOOR, which I loved, because a lot of places won't tell you the real amount till you have your card out, and the works done. They took me last time slot of the day and had me done and ready to go very quick. This used to be a quality business. Unfortunately over the last three or four years it has significantly gone downhill. I've had my car serviced here a number of times when I needed new tires and have always had an excellent experience. Recently when I came here one tire replaced because of a blowout. When I walked in the two workers were too busy having a conversation with each other to even acknowledge me yet when a gentleman walked in behind me 10 seconds later he got full court welcoming. As a woman it's incredibly offensive to be overlooked/dismissed. That aside, after letting them know what I wanted a young man went to check the treads because I had all-wheel-drive to make sure that the new tire tread wouldn't throw off the powertrain, which is understandable. I was told that I needed to get two front tires because the tread difference was too high. I called the dealership to check in to make sure if that was accurate and they said the numbers of tread that I was given was OK to do. I relayed that to the front desk and was told by an incredibly grumpy, rude older gentleman that it is their policy not to replace tires under a certain number difference. I didn't appreciate the way he was speaking to me in his condescending tone. I thanked them for their time and left. I immediately drove over to the dealership and they measured all three tire treads and they were all within range of a new tread tire. To me this seems shady AF. Wheelwork has completely lost my business permanently. Speaking to a gentleman at the dealership who actually once worked for Wheelworks he told me that it has gone down significantly and the way they treat and pay their management staff and employees is so poor that the turnover rate leads to poor service overall. Warning to Tesla drivers. I brought my car in as it was loosing air pressure on my way to work. The tire had two nails in it. It was 7:30 am. I didn't have my card key. They were not willing take care of ny car despite all the app functions to start the car, unlock the car, put in service mode, unlock pin, etc. Other Wheel Works have done this for my husband and my car. This person was afraid that my car would be stuck on their equipment. "I am just following the rules". I politely asked if they could use a jack and try to fix my car in the parking lot which was empty at the time. His reply "I am not going to do that". I drove to the nearest Wheel Works 1/2 a mile away in Los Gatos and they did exactly that - got a jack in the parking lot, removed my tire, patched it, reinstalled it. I have been a wheel works customer since 2000. This Wheel Works made me feel like a problem rather than a client who has purchased tired and a service. I bought a warranty and their $1800 set of tires from them. read more

On January 31 2026. I took my car in for alignment and 5 hours later I have a bad battery that I just bought, bad rotors bad alignment bad tires and ext. the service rep never called my warranty to see if it was covered. he then told me I had to pay in cash to fix all that was done so I had to pay it to get my car out $2200 just to go in for a routine alignment so as I drove away, I got on the freeway, and as I turned, my car started wobbling very bad. so I called him and told him I'm bringing the car back for him to check out tomorrow since it was closing time. I brought the car back parked down the street. I left my car there for five hours. He then called me and told me they took it for a test drive and did not notice anything but he said he pulled my battery out because I needed a new battery I was furious because I was sitting out there in my car never moved. I went to the office to confront him and there was already two other customers complaining about the service that he provided for them. I then told him he was a bullshit liar that he never took my car out. I was out there watching him and which replied oh well. So it is now July and I've sent numerous calls to Firestone to CFNA regarding this issue with Lil response I am still awaiting another call don't ever go to.Wheel works read more

I came in for an oil change and a small general service and asked for a quote to replace a headlight bulb on my Jeep Cherokee. They gave me an estimate of $806. The breakdown included roughly $280 for the bulb and more than $500 for labor--for a job that I later did myself in about five minutes after buying the same bulb for under $50. That price difference is outrageous. When I questioned it, I was told it was "the system," which is not a real explanation for charging hundreds of dollars for such a basic repair. Based on my experience, this felt like extreme overpricing, and customers should be very careful before approving any work here. Always ask for written estimates and get second opinions--especially for something as simple as a headlight bulb replacement. I will not be returning, and I strongly suggest others think twice before bringing their vehicles here. read more

I've been taking our cars to the Wheel Works on White Oaks Ave for over 20 years to get tires and basic maintenance. They've always been available on reasonably short notice and have done decent work. I just had an experience that totally changed my opinion of them negatively. They put a fuel pump in our Explorer 2 years ago, and the Delphi-made pump was already beginning to fail. Delphi is the only brand of fuel pump they can get. I didn't want another Delphi pump used in our Explorer again, as they fail at a high rate. I was fortunate to have found a new, genuine Ford Motorcraft pump on eBay. These are known to be the most reliable pumps for a Ford. I made an appointment for the next week and specifically said I was getting the pump and just needed a labor quote to install it, which they provided. I verified the day before the appointment that I would be dropping the Explorer off that night with the new pump, and they confirmed the appointment. I left the car there the night before the appointment. When I called the next morning, they said they couldn't install my pump because of "company policy". If that was the case, why didn't they tell me that when I got the initial quote or when I verified the appointment? I think they wanted to try and sell me an expensive Delphi pump like they installed 2 years ago. They were using a classic bait and switch. I had to call around and find another local shop that would install my pump, then get a ride to Wheel Works to get our Explorer and take it to the new shop. I did finally get my pump installed after spending several hours calling around and imposing on friends for rides to move our Explorer. After all the aggravation Wheel Works caused me and the extra time to find a new shop and reschedule the pump installation, I'm fed up with Wheel Works Campbell. I'm not wasting any more time dealing with them. They are not truthful, are deceptive, and have no customer service focus. read more

I was a 30 year Wheel Works Customer but they never recovered from Covid and service is atrocious compared to 2019 and earlier. The last 2 times I went for service, a simple oil change and tire rotation, took over 2 1/2 hours, once because they performed the courtesy inspection I always decline, so more time wasted. The second time the twit manager came out after 2 hours and said "only ten more minutes". Ten minutes later they were just putting my car on the tire rotation rack and it still took another half hour after that. They now say 2-3 hours is standard turnaound even with appointment. Really? Why is that now so long compared to ten years ago? Are you purposely overbooking? I also bought a set of tires last year that were supposed to have a $90.00 rebate. NO rebate paperwork with the receipts as in past. When I called manager he said "You need to call corporate". Really? I never did see that rebate, and I fired their credit card the next month. Today the last straw was arriving on time for an appointment, needed tires rotated, was quoted $10.00 over phone. Manager says "That's with an inspection" and I'm still looking at 2-3 hours. I said "You didn';t tell me that over the phone" and told her Wheelworks will never see another dime from me again. Look at all the store ratings : This White Oaks Road store has one of their highest scores and that's still only 3.6. Gosh, that was a solid C when I went to school. The folks who're giving 'em 5 stars got lucky or "super-served" as a first-time customer in hopes of generating repeat business. In the meantime their customers waiting got screwed for time. Wheelworks doesn't deserve your business, don't go there. read more

When I received the notification that the two tires I ordered had arrived, I called the shop to arrange for installation. I spoke with Jasper, who informed me that the schedule was full that day and suggested having them installed the next day. I explained that I had plans the following day and would greatly appreciate having the work done today, if possible. Jasper kindly suggested I bring my car to the shop, and he would do his best to squeeze it into the busy schedule--though he couldn't make any guarantees. He promised that if he couldn't get it done today, the job would be prioritized first thing in the morning. To my delight, Jasper called later that same day to let me know my car was ready! I was thrilled by his dedication and effort to accommodate my request. after leaving the blossom hill wheel works store because they were unable to provide any service, I went to this location which has 6 service bays to work on vehicles and only 1 employee to do any work and they took almost 2 hours to install two new tires and balance the wheels. They then ignored written request to put the new tires on the back of the car there is no quality control. I had to point this problem out to the office or it would have been unnoticed overall poor experience. sorry for the franchise-they could do better read more

This place is a scam. I came to get a tire replaced that had a screw in it. I asked for the cheapest tire and they told me after parts and labor the cheapest would be $200, I checked their website and found a $60 tire and asked if they had any in stock and miraculously they all of a sudden had it. He told me my final total would be $130 so I asked for an estimate before leaving and he told me I'd get the estimate when I pick up my car. I said that's not how that works and after he printed my estimate the price somehow dropped to $100 because he initially tried to scam me. Fast forward to picking up my car, I went inside to pay and my payment went through and the computer said payment processed but the employee said can you try it again it didn't go through. I checked my bank account and I told him the money was taken out but he said it wasn't complete on his end. He said my only option was they write down my card info or they keep my car so I had to give my card info to be able to leave. Mind you he wrote my card info on a random piece of paper and didn't enter it on the computer or anything. Total scam from start to finish. read more

I believe that the service representative was dishonest and sold me goods and services that were unnecessary. I brought my 2015 Mustang in to have a tire pressure sensor replaced (It had been previously identified as faulty). I was quoted $160 over the phone ($48 for the diagnostic and $112 for the sensor replacement). Paulino told me that they would run the diagnostic check and then call me for approval. He called two and half hours later to tell me that all four sensors had failed and needed to be replaced. I find it very difficult to believe that all four sensors failed at the same time (There is only 56,000 miles on the car). The cost was now going to be $492! When I picked up the car, I asked for the faulty sensors. Paulino told me that he couldn't do that. When I asked why not, he said that the trash can was filled with tire pressure sensors and he would not be able to identify which were mine. I have been a customer of Wheel Works in Campbell for decades, but no longer. read more

Took my car in at 9 am sat for a nail in tire. Said it would be done by mid day. They didn't get to my car until late in the afternoon and then told me I needed a new tire. So they ended up keeping car over night because they needed to get the tire I needed. They finished the work by mid day but when I came to get it there was no one to help me. The 2 guys in the shop said they couldn't help me because that wasn't their job and that someone would be back soon so I could pay. I asked if I could get the key and have them call me for credit card info but said they could not. The two guys in the shop then both left the shop. One driving off, the other sitting in his car leaving me and another customer by ourselves in both the office and shop area. Finally about 20 min later the office employee returned and ran my credit card and gave me my key, no explanation, no apology, just acted as if that was totally normal. read more

I brought my truck in to have two new tires mounted and balanced. I have the lifetime alignment for this truck, so I asked that the alignment be done. When I drove the truck home late Saturday afternoon, it fliated to the left. I called Monday and brought the truck in Wednesday morning. What a day, start my morning with a flat tire, look like I drove over construction galvanized nail. I took my car to wheel work to get the job done, either easy repair or the object is to bid and require new tire, which I already assumed. I quickly change the flat tire and got the spare installed, drove to shell work just to drop off the flat tire and agreed with sales/technician that I will return in approximately 2 hours or he will call me before to approve the new tire in case the flat tire can't be repair. I got a call after 2 hours to notify me the tire unfixable, I approved the new tire and start driving to the shop, unfortunately while sitting at the waiting room and watching the poor technician how he does sales and repair with no motivation or energy to do the work, I was holding my self not to insulate the technician and recommended to him to find something he like to do and bring some joy to his personality. I believe I got an OK deal, unfortunately they did not 'carry' the tire I was looking for although the wheelworks website shows it available....guess not all wheelworks are the same.....I picked up the car and the tires had who knows what sprayed on the wheel which dirty'd up the wheels real well (my car is never that dirty!!)...took a while to scrub it all off.....to top it off, I'll have to shampoo my carpet mat because not there are grease streaks on it.........not good!!.....sounds petty, but Les Schwab at least power washes the wheels before they put them back on your car.....now I know read more

Don't bring your business here. Their employee lied -- told me I wouldn't be charged for rotation or balancing and later I was charged for balancing labor -- and tire pressure check! And a warranty I didn't agree to! And they did a vehicle inspection I didn't agree to but claim it was free! (But took an extra hour to do the work!) When I talked to her manager she denied it and he refused to refund me for the balancing labor. I have been using this wheel works for tires and other maintenance the past few years, and drive about 15 miles from Santa Clara to work exclusively with this wheel works, as not all branches are the same. Robert and Bella have both helped me, and have been fantastic. Bella is the most polite and courteous service manager I've ever dealt with. Even though they seem to always be busy, they seem to stay ahead of it, while I got 3 of my vehicles in for alignments, tire rotations and an oil change, within 24 hours or so.
