My husband and I have been using Jiffy Lube for over a decade and we have used this Jiffy Lube a handful of times but we will never return after tonight. My husband took our Jeep in for an oil change, and upon leaving every single dashboard light went on. He turned back in and they appeared to have fixed it, but before he was even halfway home (less than 2 miles) the car stalled out. This happened THREE more times in the course of an hour, causing my husband significant concern regarding the safety of our car. It ultimately restarted the third time and he was able to eke back to our driveway upon which he called JiffyLube (less than 30 min later). The person he spoke to was incredibly rude and unreceptive-- repeatedly stating "take it to your dealer, all we did was an oil change." The car was in PERFECTLY good condition prior to the oil change-- no noted problems whatsoever. My husband asked to speak to the manager and this person stated, "I am the manager." Offered no condolences, no concern, no offer for help whatsoever. My husband and I both work in management and would NEVER conduct ourselves this way to a working customer. If you are looking to get an oil change-- go to a local spot and don't trust the unprofessional staff at this jiffy lube. read more

Not only did they catch that my air filters were past due and needing to be changed (not once has anyone ever mentioned this to me in previous years), but they also helped immensely by providing a temporary fix to an ongoing leak I have in my car at no charge. I'd normally go to the dealership but I'm driving to another state last minute and wanted to do a tune up. I have come to this location for air in my tires and to top off fluids which they do at no cost or a very small amount. Mason is always working when I come and is super pleasant. The inside waiting area is decent. Not the cleanest but definitely not dirty, what do you expect from lube spot???!!! The prices and wait time are reasonable and the service is excellent. I never had any issue getting in and they never try to sell me anything extra. read more

Ladies and gentlemen Do not take your vehicle to this location! Today I went for an oil change, after dropping my oil out of my car they realized that didn't have the correct oil filter for my car telling me that they would order it and I could come back in an hour. I agreed, they closed my hood and started to guide me out the bay, I start my car to drive out when my low oil pressure light come on, they dropped my oil and was send me on my way with no damn oil in my car. I told them what was going on and they proceeded to fill my oil level back. This should have been a total red flag to not go back, but because I felt obligated because they had ordered my filter I returned a couple of hours later. The manager was there on my second visit, had me pop the hood, when I heard the guy down underneath the vehicle in the pit call the manger down to see this major leak that was going on with my vehicle. My vehicle is a 2023 with only 30k miles and have never leaked a drop of any fluid since the day I drove it off the new car lot! He proceeded to tell me that I possibly had a main seal leak and that it could be serious, I told him about the incident that had just happened 2 hours prior with his team and he started defending their work when he wasn't even there at the time. I asked for his District Managers phone number and he told me he wasn't giving it to me and gave me a email address instead. I can easily get the DM number by calling their regional office, but it would have been more professional to give a customer his District Managers contact after his team screwed up my car! I will be taking my vehicle to my dealership on Monday so they can find what damage this Jiffy lube has done to my vehicle. People don't say I didn't warn you, stay away from this location!!! read more

Update to my last review. I bought a new car and it was time for its first oil change. I arrived and said that I needed and oil change and that it was not my first visit here but that I had a new car. The man working the desk went out and pulled right in. After a few minutes another younger man came in to the waiting area to get me and discuss my vehicle. Since the car is basically new I knew they couldn't try to up sell me in too many extras. Except this time the young man explained how my options for my oil change ranged from $83 - to something well over $100????? I told him I just wanted the basic oil change and asked what happened to the $30 oil change? The young man told me they used to use a different type of oil but it was making engines explode so they had to use a better one now. ( seriously ???? ) at this point he said that they were almost done emptying my oil, which means I can't refuse service !!! ( I was super annoyed but didn't feel like I could question it further. I also knew my husband would be furious when I got home. ) I have a Jeep Latitude - it's not a super fancy expensive car!!! I won't be back again. 09/28/19 Went in for an attempted oil change. When I arrived, everyone was looking outside the window where you can see the mechanics working on the cars. They were yelling at each other. You could hear them and their profanities through the glass. Some of the customers were saying that they should be on WorldStar. That's how bad it got. When the older gentleman came inside he started complaining on how they were short staffed (there were 3 of them) and how he never got his lunch break (it was about 5pm). Straight up this man was rude to everyone, no apologies whatsoever. So I left and ended up getting my oil changed under an hour at Walmart. Where there was also 3 men working at that time but managed to go through 5 people in a timely manner. Better service too! In short, don't go to this location until they add more people to their staff or when older man takes anger management classes. read more

Another large car maintenance company that SUCKS! I know I know I should've learned my lesson with getting screwed over around by brake check but I didn't think that Jiffy Lube would actually not put the synthetic that I paid $80 for in my car. So on May 26, 2018 I went to the Jiffy Lube in Cedarpark where I take all my cars to get oil changes and got an oil filter oil change synthetic high mileage and an air filter. I Car decided not to work in October. So I had it towed to the nearest dealership. The dealership says when was the last time you changed your oil? I said religiously every 3 to 5000 miles. He sends me a picture of my dipstick that is completely empty and not Registering any oil on it. He had to add a quart to show any oil on the stick. I was confused, I have no Engine leaks. I have no oil leaks, I have no oil stains on my driveway but how in the world could I have burned through 4.5 quarts of oil and 3400 miles? So I called Jiffy Lube and I spoke to the manager who sent me to the district manager Caleb and then he contacted corporate heartland Jiffy Lube and they send out a third-party that said it was tech negligenc. When corporate called me back the next day they said they're not covering it because I'm out of my warranty. Which was three months or 3000 miles but on my receipt it says next oil change do in 6000 miles I had only gone about 3400 miles. They did not wanna argue with me they said if I did not like their decision I needed to take it to the Better Business Bureau which is my next step and that my case was closed. Not having any oil in your car equals no compression in your engine equals a totally dead engine; so now I am stuck buying a Engine and of course nobody is responsible for it. I think it's also funny how they have just changed all new management in that Jiffy Lube in Cedar Park. HMMM, I wonder why? Beware don't go to Jiffy Lube, their mechanics are trained on the job, and have no guilt about taking the oil that they should've put in my car and probably taking it home or pocketing the money or something. I'm very fed up with these large corporations that think they can do no wrong when in reality they are scam artist to the max. So my suggestion to anybody out there who needs an oil change is to at least take it to the car dealership that you bought it from or is the manufacture of your car and pay a few extra bucks to get your oil change the right way so you don't have to be like me and spent thousands of dollars to buy a brand new engine. read more

Got an oil change here onn a Sunday because almost no other shop was open that day. Got the change and tried to warn them that if my car's skid plate wasn't installed correctly, that it would fall off because German engineering is typically non-standard. A day later I get a random person tElling me my skid plate is dragging on the road. I knew it. I never trust these places and I hate that "quickness over quality" is one of their selling pointss. I would rather them spend mmore time doing the job CORRECTLY than them doing a trash job quickly. I contacted the GM and they wouldn't even offerr to replace what they screwed up in the first place. I will NEVER EVER choose to go here ever again. What a terrible business, I hope they go under for how they treat customer vehicles. Not worth $80 dollars to have the underside of my car destroyed. read more

So straight up any kind of car 'stuff' is just not my bag! I cringe at the very thought of having to deal with any related items. However sometimes these things just need doing. I have been to this particular location quite a few times over several years. It's great! As I sat in the waiting room a couple days ago I reflected on my past experiences there and it occurred to me that I'd never yelped this place. The first time I went I wondered if the good manners, super service, and professionalism would wear off in time. The answer is NO! It seems that these things are actually important to whoever runs this place. They even make a point of inviting you to help yourself to refreshments in the waiting area. Every time I have ever been in this place the waiting room is pretty clean and does not smell like packed grease! The furniture has been maintained so even choosing a seat is not a choice of least objectionable. Even the windows are spotless - not a smudge in sight! There is a TV and its neither too loud nor tuned to something that makes you want to rush your kids out of the room. On that note - obviously it's not a place for kids - but sometimes you just don't have a choice. There is plenty of room in the waiting area for a stroller without getting in the way of others. They even allowed me to remain in my vehicle once for service when I had a sleeping baby and bouncing preschooler with me. It was really helpful! Yup this is the one car place I don't mind going to - so next time you are needing a little service you just might toole on over to this little jem and get it done! read more

****AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS**** AVOID THE MANAGER MARTIN***They will break your car, admit to it and then tell you to leave with out doing anything to fix it. Worst customer experience I have ever had in any customer service setting. My girlfriend had taken her car into Jiffy Lube at 13000 W Parmer Lane, Cedar Park, Texas 78613. There was nothing wrong with her car before going in, just needed an oil change. After getting home we noticed a loud scrapping sound coming from underneath the car and found the the skid plate that was taken off to do the oil change, and was only halfway put back on - so it was scrapping the road badly. Once I was made aware of their screw up and inability to properly put the care back together after doing a simple oil change, we drove right back. They agreed to take a look and started to put it back together, then i heard one employee talking with the Manager MARTIN asking for "zip ties" to put the skid plate back on. Keep in mind, all of the original hardware was on the car prior to going in for the oil change. Once I heard them talking about zip ties I got out of the car and asked the manager MARTIN what the zip ties were for. He proceeded to tell me to get back in the car and he would tell me after they were done. MARTIN then told me to pull forward and that they were all done "fixing the car". I asked him again about the zip ties and he told me that some of the hardware was missing and they were trying to use the zip ties as a replacement. I told MARTIN that all the original hardware was in place prior to coming to there location and the staff were the ones who took it off and either miss placed it or due to there indecency in putting a simple plastic piece back on led to the hardware falling off due to the skid plate scrapping down the road. MARTIN agreed and took responsibility for the missing hardware but did nothing about it. It is as if he just truly did not care that he broke the car and was just trying to push people through there as fast as possible. MARTIN the manager showed some of the worst customer experience I have ever had. I never write reviews about places, but I feel the need to warn people about this location and MARTIN in particular. We all work very hard for our money and cars and too see someone in a management position awknowledge they broke a perfectly fine car and then proceed to say they were not going to do anything about it is honestly terrifying. Just be extremely careful in picking this location ESPECIALLY if you plan on having any major work done to your vehicle. read more
