I was very impressed with the place. They were friendly and cordial. They answered all my questions. They found a leak in my radiator and I left the car overnight and they replaced everything. This location is engaging in unfair business practices. I called ahead to get a quote on a full synthetic oil change and was told it was $109. They proceeded to upsell me on additional maintenance, which is fine and expected, but what was not okay was adding additional charges such as $9.99 for "shop supplies" without telling me. I asked to speak to the manager about it and was told "All shops do this." The previous 5 times I've had Jiffy Lube change my oil they did NOT charge me extra fees like this. I was never told about the fee and I did not approve the charge, but was forced to pay it. It is not fair to charge customers fees that you did not tell them about until checkout. DO NOT under any circumstance take your car here. I take the car in because it's due for an oil change. After the car is done they park it out in the street which I found odd, but didn't make a big deal of it. After I get in the car I see why, the oil pressure sensor is going off, which it was not when I brought the car in. They lie to my face and tell me the light was on when I brought it in and that they can quote me to fix the sensor they broke. And also forgot to put 3 of the 4 caps back on the air valves in the tires. This place just tries to shuffle as many cars in and out as possible and will take zero responsibly when their employees make a mistake. Horrible communication I came to see how much it would cost to get my oil changed in my panamera Porsche. When I arrive today to check to see how much it would cost for the oil change I was told to go to the lobby and wait and they would tell me. I waited about 5 minutes and the tech told me that the oil pan was leaking and that the oil change would be $200 but it did not make sense to change the oil if the oil pan seal needed to be replaced so I told them not to do the oil change but they told me that the oil was already drained and that I had to pay for the service. I never agreed to the price and the fact that now I have to pay for the oil all over again because I have to get a new oil pan seal which means the oil would have to replaced again the manager was extremely rude and was blaming me for the reason the oil was drained I was only asking for the reason they would drop the oil with out tell me the amount and giving me the option to do the oil change or not. This is another example of how the customer is not being listened to and the obvious scam tactic to make money on people without letting the customers know how much the service will cost I will do everything in my power to make these criminal tactics brought to light. I was not happy with the whole experience I got very upset because they keep try to say that it was my fault. However, since I'm always cautious about being upsold unnecessary services, I decided to get a second opinion. At the dealership, they were quoting me nearly $400 for the service. I went in for a standard oil change. After getting through the long line and paying $100+ for a typical oil change, someone didn't put the splash shield on properly. It came off as my wife was driving to work the next day. A manager immediately took responsibility and apologized for the sloppy work and offered to reimburse us for the oil change and the extra expenses to fix what should have been done in the first place. But three weeks later, no reimbursement. My only qualm is that they have trouble understanding Audi systems and were unable to reset the "service due" notification after administering the service, making me have to make a trip to the Audi dealership after all. However, they did everything they could. They had 3 different guys try to reset it and were very pleasant. All of a sudden a perfectly fine car wouldn't even start. They had me tow it to the mechanic they work with so he could fix it. Then, my car all of a sudden became undriveable and unfixable. The mechanic they used never charged me because he knew that Jiffy lube was the one who messed up. Recently, (I don't know why I went back) they told me I needed two tires. I declined their price, and got priced out by my mechanic. Two days later MY ENTIRE WHEEL FLEW OFF MY CAR!!! After that, I needed new brakes and a new wheel (which cost over $800) I called Jiffy Lube and watched the video of my oil change. Three separate people took the time to look at the tire (that eventually flew off) and didn't notice something was wrong? My mechanic said any good mechanic would have seen an issue. I'm always nervous about getting my oil changed at Jiffy Lube. However, this location is better than most Jiffy Lubes. Today, there was a lot of screaming in the garage, and it made me really scared and nervous. I'm not sure if the employees were screaming at each other or just excited. It made me think that something was wrong with my car. After awhile the screaming calmed down. My fingers are crossed that everything is alright until my next oil change. MASKS: Many of the techs had masks fully pulled down or down under their noses. This was a great place to do an oil change, I have been taking my cars to this location for about 7 years And today was the worst and probably the last time I went there, they were rude and not attentive (races) They explained everything to all-white customers but not me and when the lady called me she said this is your total. Then I ask what oil did you put in the car she said the same as always. My keys were on the counter but closer to her computer she didn't even handle me the keys I had to reach out to get them. Then, they were opening the door of the building and car to all white people you know to get in and out. They didn't do that for me??. Not that I needed. Bogus Lyft inspection report. I took my car to Ford Fox Lincoln and they said the report I got from this inspection is false, stay away from this shady location. The con job was done by inspection technician Herman S. I went to another location for the inspection and I passed without problems. At this location they tried to charge me $330 to fix an non existing issue. I recommend going to Milito's, NTB or Pep Boys, the inspection is way cheaper on those locations. Use the oil that you are supposed to for my car. Don't make me feel like you are trying up sell me. My filter is dirty? Ok, does it or does it not need to be replaced. And seeing as I just got my tires replaced a few days ago (not here but at the dealership) I figured, I would come here to jiffy lube to see if it was more than just low air. The tech here at jiffy lube was named Victor, and because I expressed concern over what the dealership did to my tires, Victor not only talked me thru what he was going to do, but he actually showed me when he removed the problem tire that there was in-fact a missing tire pressure sensor (confirming the dealership messed up my tires when they changed it). I was away for a week and my tire looked flattened, and the tire pressure light was on. I had to get on the freeway to drive about 30 miles and stopped at Jiffy Lube to get it checked out beforehand. They looked at my tire and let me know that the pressure looked just fine and they couldn't see any issues with the tire, but to expect the light to stay on for a while. I did my drive without any issues or interruptions, parked at my destination, and came out a couple hours later to a flat tire. Had to put the spare on in sideways snow. Everyone was so nice when I brought my car here to get its oil changed. They even recommended me changing my air filter which I did. When I left I was really happy, the service was super quick too. A week after getting my oil changed and the techs saying everything was good in my car, I'm on a 3 hour road trip and my car engine in smoking and smells horrible. I lift the hood of my car and oil is spilled all over the engine and the tank is dry. Stranded in a different state with no family to call late on a Friday night I had to try and find someone to tow my car and look at it. After calling around for hours, I was able to find someone to tow my car the next day and look at in on Monday. I could not drive back home 3 hours away with no oil. A hotel room and a lot of money later, the shop(not jiffy lube) was able fix the problem. My car recently came out of the shop for other repairs and was perfectly fine all around so I believe my oil tank leaking was linked to this oil change. I would not recommend this place even tho the people were friendly. Very expensive mistake coming here. read more

This particular location caused damage to our oil pan by incorrect installation of the cap, that we had to get a new oil pan installed. Over $1000! The mechanic (at a reliable car repair place) said our was about the 5th car he had seen with extensive damage from Jiffy Lube mechanics. Frankly, he reported, there is no one at Jiffy Lubes to do proper training and the business is more concerned about the number of cars going through per day, than quality. NEVER AGAIN will I use Jiffy Lube. I used to go to get the oil changed in my car because of environmental reasons. So I brought my car to this location for the regular oil change, nothing else. My car is only 4 years old so it doesn't need anything. The a hole who changed the oil in my car decided that because I cannot see the oil plug that he is going to sell me one for $10. He was really rude, like if you hate your job then find another one or if you don't like people then don't leave your house and move away under a rock. A few months later I popped the hood of my car to clean the debris from the trees and I notice that there is oil everywhere under the hood. Strange because the engine was really clean so I check the oil and there is to much oil in the engine. Which explains why the hood sensor is not working and keeps warning me that the hood is open. Also, the too much oil killed the remote starter. Thanks Jiffy Lube for ruining my car. Who knows what else is going to go wrong with my car now. read more
