My car battery died this morning and I was desperate for help. I called so many places (Kia dealership, AAA, Auto Zone, Pep Boys, Kragen, Walmart, etc.) and either they didn't have my car's battery, had a wait time of two hours or more, or wanted to charge anywhere from $199-$350 just for the battery and installation. Just before I gave up, I called this Jiffy Lube and spoke to Andre. He was so calm, helpful, and had such a kind spirit. He gave me a quote of around $150 and there was no wait time! Andre greeted me when I pulled up and my car was taken care of in a Jiffy (I was in and out within 10-15 minutes)! One guy at the shop told me my car only took synthetic oil and it would be $100 dollars when I've been putting regular oil for years with no problems I did look it up and just an option but not necessary glad I went elsewhere they were trying to rip me off I just needed a simple change these guys need to do research before they start telling people info about their own cars. ‍ read more

Went in for an oil change and was greeted by Nicholas and Francisco as well as Andre. All three were very respectful and professional and extremely helpful. They did the oil change very quickly and efficiently and were able to identify a couple of issues that I was unaware of. They topped off my fluids and did all of this with a very positive attitude. I drove to this location as a first time customer, for an oil change on my vehicle and man where do I start? When I arrived I was greeted by Andre and was told that he would be with me shortly. As I was waiting I noticed him and his co-worker were running around helping customers, answering phones, and talking to the mechanics. They seemed super busy for a Monday! I over heard Andre say that their computers where down and I thought, "Man... What a bummer... Maybe I should just leave". When it was my turn, I asked how long the wait would be and Andre responded, "Well, there are about 5 cars ahead of you, but I promise to have you out of here as fast as I can!" Despite all that was going on he stayed positive and continued to do business as usual, even though the world seemed to be crumbling around him. I was out of there in a little less than an hour which is unheard of seeing as though they were so busy. I will definitely be returning to this location. His positive vibes during a stressful situation was impressive. Please never get rid of him! read more

Don't go hear immediately after oil change etc. My check engine light came on. Took it back and they gave us a story that some other thing was wrong with the vehicle. Well we took it to another mechanic and turns out it was a blown O2 fuse due to something they put in the car and now that O2 fuse constantly goes out. Never again to a jiffy lube will I go especially this one! read more

I've gone to this Jiffy Lube for over four years, since it was the closest oil change place near my house. Prior to that I went to the Jiffy Lube in San Bernardino, on Highland Ave. Which happens to have the same owner as this one. After a few oil changes on one of my cars, I was informed by this Jiffy Lube in Colton that someone over-tightened and stripped my oil drain plug and that I would need a new oil pan and plug. WTF, I thought! I let them know, that it either had to be them that did this (the Colton guys) or their pals over at the San Bernardino location. Oh, no it couldn't have been us!!! was the response I received. I let it slide because the oversized drain plug bolt that they forced into the oil pan hasn't leaked any and is keeping the oil in. Also, the car already has over 200K miles on it and is 15 years old. It's annoying enough that you can't go in here for just an oil change. They push and pressure and try as hard as they can to "Up-Sell" you everything. Sometimes you may need it but sometimes you don't. The last time I got my oil changed here was right before a 6,000 mile cross country trip. I was talked into getting my tires rotated. I figure WTH? Why not? I also thought any idiot, that works at an automotive service place can rotate tires, right? Apparently not! I made it from Southern CA to Houston, Texas and found out that my front lug nuts were barely on and not even hand-tightened all the way. Which was causing the tires to wheel to wobble loosely. Damn, I'm really glad The wheels didn't come off at freeway speeds! Additionally, I found out one of my rear lug bolts was stripped because some knucklehead over-tightened the lug nut on crooked, causing it to cross thread and bend. To call these guys incompetent is an insult to incompetent automotive places. Considering my experiences here, I could've had a seized engine and my tire/wheels coming off my car at high speed. This place is definitely a buyer beware business! read more

New manager, Adrian, I guess doesn't adhere to the loyalty program that supposedly jiffy lube has. I have been paying $30/$32 for my oil changes bc I continuously Come back to this one (hence how I know he's a new manager) or other jiffy lube locations pending where I am, seeing as how I drive for work. It started with him telling me what Is suggested to get done on my car and I had to sign a paper with a price saying I allow them to work on my car with current conditions. I saw the price and said that's not what I usually pay. I pay around $30 and that's why I come. If that the case I wouldn't held off for another location. He said he'd apply a discount but seeing as how o mentioned something about the price, he must have forgotten. These guys wanted to charge me 120$ to change the oil in my 2013 jetta! Smh they said it was that much because it was a full synthetic oil. I know a shop closer to my house that does it for half that! 70$ in parts( doesn't cost that much) and 50$ for labor is what I saw on the bill they wanted me to sign before they started. HA! No way! Had a very slow service... two hours for an oil change when it wasn't even busy. Gave em another shot a few days later on my other car, and the manager sees that I filled out a survey about the slow service via email, and gives me an extra $10 off on top of the coupon that I brought in, plus it only took 20 minutes for the oil change. They are usually quite quick to get you in and out for simple things like oil changes. I went the other day and there were 3 people ahead of me and was in and out in I want to say 40 mins tops. They usually recommend other services if they think you might need it, but they are never (or at least they have never been with me) pushy about additional services, which I appreciate. read more

I went here a few times this week in an attempt to get my oil changed in my Jeep Grand Cherokee, but lines were too long. So this morning I was able to and I was told a full synthetic oil change was going to be a $130.00!! That I had a Turbo Diesel engine and I required 8.1 quarts of oil for my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I called my Jeep dealership and the lady about fell on the floor with the price I was quoted. She said "I don't know what they are putting in their system but you don't have a Turbo Diesel engine and your vehicle doesn't require 8.1 quarts either. She said my car does require full synthetic but it's only $59 at the jeep dealership. Keep in mind with every car I've had I've gone to Jiffy lube including with this car (different location) and never paid over $70 and now it's a whopping $130 at this location. I've decided I'll just be forced to spend 1-2 hours at the dealership for my oil change because I'd rather spend $60 instead of $130; and I know for sure the job is being done right since I bought it there and I have no idea what info this rip off place has in their system but I find it odd that I've never spent over $70 at Jiffy Lube and all of a sudden all my specs on my car changes so they can try and charge me $130. read more

First time coming to this location and I was very impressed. They were able to finish quickly with my oil change and give awesome service! They were friendly and reassured me what was going on with it. Very impressed with their service and keeping us all safe in wearing masks and staying 6 feet from eachother the entire time. I went to get a full synthetic oil change for my Jetta and the guy said it would be 130, immediately I was hesitant to do it and and the last second decided to call my mom she immediately told me not to do it and leave. I informed the guy and they all yelled at me that it was too late then a minute later he said okay it's fine. The next day I traveled 50 miles to my mom and she checked my oil and I had NONE when prior to that I did have some so they basically let me leave with no oil in my car. The guys tried to scam me for more because I don't know much about cars and I am very disappointed they would let me leave with no oil. HORRIBLE SERVICE I see other had trouble with the same problem read more

Colton, the person who helped me was knowledgeable. There was a new person working and he wasn't too familiar with electric cars. One of his colleagues helped direct him. They checked off everything in the list but I noticed they didn't vacuum like they said they would do so if I were to return here I would double-check that they services were provided as presented.
