Gave Derek the opportunity (due to my ignorance) to take advantage of my lack of knowledge and instead he took the time to educate me on my purchase and sold me on another item that was better suited for my needs, and it didn't cost anymore than what I was already spending. This was my first experience at a Jiffy Lube. The service was quick, the manager Jorge was kind and helpful. I was able to enjoy coffee while I waited for my oil to be changed. Came here for the first time and I was greeted by George. He was very friendly and polite. Funny thing is I accidentally locked my keys In the car and I don't have a spare. Luckily George and his buddies Omar, Deandre, and Manny, with no hesitation, gathered some tools and attempted to unlock my car. The only way to unlock the door is to physically grab the door lock and pull it upwards, which they found very difficult to do with the limited tools they had. Manny had an idea to unlock the trunk by pulling the trunk release lever by the floor and he opened it with a long wired tool. Manny, being the smallest of the group, crawled through the back and unlocked the door. On top of all that, they provided excellent and friendly customer service with my cars oil change. People think jiffy lube is expensive and doesn't want to consume there service. Check in via yelp and your total comes out to roughly $28, which is not bad And guess what? I was in and out in ten minutes and I'm not exaggerating. I'd rather pay about 8 more bucks to be done with an oil change in 10 minutes. read more

The guy on the phone was super friendly and told me they charge $85 for a synthetic oil change and have a $10 off coupon. Showed up and I was a ghost. I stood there for a good 7 minutes and wasn't even given a "we'll be right with you", nada. No reponse after she left a message along while ago. Today is 8/26/19 and it was my first time ever to bring one of our cars in for oil change at a Jiffy Lube. I found this location via Yelp and I looked them up. What sold me was that they advertised interior vacuum and exterior windows cleaning. I thought to myself why not kill two birds with one stone. However, I do understand that this is NOT a carwash but I was willing to pay a little higher price foe oil change just to get the interior vacuumed, at least. My experience was great until I received my car. I looked in the back as I put my son in the car seat and I noticed that it was not vacuumed at all. So I went in and asked if it actually is included. The guy who rang me up was nice and went in to tell his colleague, the man who came out to get the car was not very nice. He made two rude remarks: first, that Jiffy Lube not a carwash; and the second time after it was somewhat vacuumed in the back, he said "we did what we could but your car is dirty". Mind you I have a van, he really did ONLY the area he could reach. I said "thank you" anyways and that was it. But I don't think I will come back again. The three guys out of four that were there were providing a great customer service but just that one guy with the bad attitude can actually ruin the business. That is just too bad.... read more

The last time I had my oil change was at Valvoline.I had such a bad experience. I waited 40 minutes for the crew to change my oil. They tried to up-sale me.. I realize this is part of the diagnostics. They said I needed a new battery and a new air filter. After checking with my husband, I learned that I didn't need either one. Thank heavens I checked with him before I bought these products. Yesterday I decided to try Jiffylube on Ontario Ave. in Corona. Excellent customer service! Friendly staff. Very sweet and friendly staff, I got my oil, transmission and radiator fluids all changed and it was a very reasonable price. Considering I just went to ford and had it checked out and they gave me the ok which surprised me since my suv had 120,000 miles on it I thought for sure something would be due. Thankfully when I came in for my oil change they checked everything inside as of just filling it up like most places and showed me how dirty my fluids were. One was almost black! I'm very disappointed in ford for letting this go, but I am grateful to the staff here for helping me and being so nice to me as well. This is the worst experience I've ever had with Jiffy Lube and I will never ever go back.The owner Does not take ownership in his teams mistakes. He was very rude about this situation. One of my clients told me that they used to work for Jiffy Lube and that they really focus on getting cars in and out and sometimes They forget to do things. I would never recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone and I would advise everyone to stay away from this specific location. I came here for oil change December 15 and on January 1 my car blew up on the freeway the engine burned out because there was no oil at all in my car. They told me to bring my car in when I clearly told him it wasn't drivable I had it towed there and they didn't even look at it.Waste of my time and money. I took it to my mechanic and he said there was no oil leaks and there was no oil in the car. Crazy right! Never again! read more

These guys are great over here on Ontario Ave.! I came in just after 5pm on a Friday evening,, I was greeted right away, & George gave me a detailed explanation of my options for what I wanted done. Arthur, Omar & Manny helped George and I was out the door by 5:45!! The only thing that wasn't perfect was they didn't think to add windshield washer liquid for the back wiper & they stated my front wipers were ok when they were actually trashed. I had a pair of wipers in the back of my truck so I thought maybe that's why they didn't say wipers needed replacing. Besides that I was extremely satisfied. Clean environment, friendly employees, and fast service! I definitely would recommend these guys!! I just wish they made more repairs that I need for my vehicle, I would bring my car to only them!! read more

They really try to sell you on everything here. The guy at the Jiffy Lube I normally go to just quickly runs through everything as quick as possible like a reminder without trying to force me into buying things. They're also on the BS 3000 mile oil change interval, which again, my normal Jiffy Lube does the correct 5000. Waste of oil, waste of money. At least they have a nice waiting area. read more

This was my first time here, and I was lied too. I was told my car could only have the expensive oil which was $71.99, I asked if I could have the oil that only costed $41.99. I was told "No, my car cant not have that oil". I then said I will go to Walmart then. He then said it's ok to have the $41.99 oil. I said but you said I couldn't. He said that they already started on my car and the $41.99 would not hurt my car. He lied and I will never return! We've been to this location 3 times now and each time was a good experience. The guys who worked there were friendly and attentive. I was given the "straight up" on what needed to be taken care of w/ out feeling as if they were pushing it on me. Also, if you arrive before 11 am you get $10 off of your oil change and that was a pretty good deal for me seeing as how they also wash your windows and vacuum the car as well...
