I had an issue with these so called professional Ace certified technicians. I come in for a standard oil change. Boy did I walk into a disaster... I was greeted and told to have a seat after I told them I wanted a signature oil change. Within a few minutes, I needed a cabin air filter, transmission flush, the threads to the oil pan were shot and all this other good stuff. I recently had the transmission fluid done two months ago so while trying to explain that one, Johnny got all wiled up and began to try to make me agree to pay for that service. Same ol Johnny then went to his Computer clicking away and was sneaky.... adding the oil pan to get fixed without my authorization and when I questioned him he told me I couldn't leave unless I fixed it. Good one Johnny. I declined and told him to plug it back in and I was leaving. The customers inside saw this ordeal and shook their heads in disagreement. Same ol Johnny went and told the technician (Asian looking dude) that I didn't want their service and the guy shouted, "he better pay for the oil" and started panting like a teenager. Shaking his head and trying to wile up the other young guys working there. Then, they send over this stocky looking dude to do his secretary work and type in notes to cover their butts and upset that I didn't want their service. It was dramatic and unprofessional. Not coming back. I paid for the oil anyways... they had to make something. On the positive note I spoke to their district management. I spoke to Cruz Martinez and Cesar. Those guys were pretty cool. I told them their guys could use a polish on their customer service skills. I was offered a free oil change but I'm not going back to these guys. read more

I took my Wife's Toyota Land Cruiser in for an Oil Change. Normally I would take it to the dealer but It was Sunday and we were leaving for a road trip the next day. This was the only place open on a Sunday. I was ready to pay $40 for an Oil Change, I normally pay $30 at the dealer. I pulled up and the Manager came up to ask what type of service I wanted. I told him I wanted an Oil change because I'm leaving the next day. I was told to go into the waiting room so they can asses the job. "I just want an Oil Change, for Christ's sake!", I thought. 15 mins later the manager calls me to the podium. He tells me my car needs various service, I told him that I normally take it to dealer, so all the regular service is done there. He said I needed a new air fliter, for $20, when I know I can get one from Walmart for $10. He also noted that my license plate bulb was burnt, for a $6 cost. I buy these online for a pack of 10 for that price. After declinining numerous other services, he quoted me $79, because I opted for Hi-Milage Oil and I needed 2 extra quarts even thou I really only need 1 extra quart. I had a coupon that they honored. 30 mins later my Car was done. They cleaned the windows, but there were still streaks. They were suppose to vaccum the floors, which they did not. They topped off my Coolant, but when I checked later, it was already past the Max. They did not top off my washer fluid. I paid $75 for the entire service, I don't know where the charge for $5 came up, since I had a $9 coupon. I felt like I got the shaft, after leaving, and did not get a reach around. If I just had an Oil Pan, I would have done the oil change myself and still had money left over. 5 quarts and a filter at O'Reilly auto parts is only $22, plus an extra Quart, $30 tops. Seriously, IF Jiffy Lube offers a service, make sure they do it. This is the first and last time I go there. read more

Horrible!!!! Over priced! They wanted to charge me $109 for a synthetic oil change! Are you kidding me!? On top of that, I asked how do you compete with your competitors? Called before I went to see if they could take me in same day for the price that another location offered me for spark plug change, when I got there the manager George told me he would honor the price which was really nice. My only issue was I was told it would only take an hour and fifteen minutes, and when the hour finished, I went to see the progress and they told me they needed another 40 minutes because there was some miscommunication between the mechanic and the manager. It was a little annoying, but Daniel ended up finishing the car in 30 minutes and my car is running great. I would probably come back, but I'd be mentally prepared to stay longer than they originally said. read more

While Jiffy Lubes prices are reasonable...its an oil change facility and those are a dime a dozen. This said you can get a reasonably priced oil change just about any where so in order to get return customers is through superb customer service which this shop did not have. Once speaking with my husband we decided to refuse the additional work. I informed the attendant and immediately he began cussing at me and went from complimenting me to speaking to me like I was an idiot. He was rude and disrespectful. I brought my car in at 1:30 for a simple oil change. I noticed there were only 2 cars being worked on so I figured it shouldn't take too long. By the time I was checked in and given my estimate it was 1:36. By this time, one of the cars that was being worked on was done and that customer left. I figured sweet, my car should be done sooner. Oh by the way, I counted 4 employees working. Around 2:15, a new customer walked in and was told by an employee, Johnny, that it was pretty slow. Really??? If it was "slow" then why is my car taking so long??? By the time I left it was 1:42. Professional employees! Dennis, Tim, George, David, Johnny and one other older gentlemen all did an amazing job. I made sure to ask for their names because i noticed the attention and care they put into their job. Come here for any scheduled or unscheduled car maintenance, oil changes, filters, brakes, etc. I felt welcome and they explained every detail so I never felt rushed. The shop was clean and smelled good. They had a lot of cars but somehow managed to help me in a reasonable amount of time. They were knowledgeable, professional, kind, and courteous. This is hands down the best jiffy lube I have ever been to. Im sure they have received awards because my mother has been coming here for years and they always take care of her. I have a 1977 Chevy C10 and a 2009 Toyota Camry and they can do both with ease. These guys are straight studs. Who ever runs that place knows how to hire good people. Price was reasonable. I have been going to this jiffy lube for about 4 years now. The customer service both my husband and l have received time after time has been exemplary and keeps us coming back again and again. Caeser and Johnny are the best. The absolute best. This past Wednesday I went in and was met by Johnny. As usual he was very personable and asked how things were going. He has great demeanor. I explained I did not need an oil change but had a headlight bulb that needed to be replaced. He referred me to Caeser. This gentlemen is another great asset to jiffy lube. He went above and beyond today. He explained that they did not carry that particular bulb but if I wanted to go across the street to the auto parts shop I could buy it and he would be happy to install it in for me. Gotten my oil changed twice here so far this year and both times have been great in terms of customer service and speed of service. Prices are decent, high mileage oil can double your cost so either find a coupon or be nice to the dudes working and they just might hook you up with a discount! Wait time was short. In and out in less than 40 mins each time. I know an ok amount about cars and the guys working on my car seemed to be pretty honest about the rest of their Signature Service inspection. Although they give their recommendations to replacing parts that might need attention, they don't pressure you into buying anything once you say no, or that you'll fix a certain thing yourself. The store manager was easy to work with and even went above and beyond to fulfill the requirements of my oil change. However the man who greeted me and oversaw the work done to my vehicle seemed very questionable. When asked if the vehicle was completed, the man got very offended and told me to check the cameras. He then said my vehicle was "ready to go" and rudely prompted me to leave. At that point after getting into the vehicle noticed the hood was still up and my keys were placed in a non obvious location. I exited the vehicle to close the hood and immediately appeared the rude man again. He exclaimed " must I show you the oil dipstick"? I replied no, you left the hood open. He then subsequently walked away and offered no friendly farewell. I will resort to a different location to attempt to receive a better customer service experience. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Worst service ever! There is nothing Jiffy about this place. I brought my 2015 Chevy in for the first oil change and they say I need a new Air filter. I asked to see the old air filter. He brings it in and it looks brand new. He tells me well it's a fleet vehicle and they want the filters changed when they are a little dirty. Come on! Every time I bring in my work truck they say I need a new air filter. It's Bulls$&t! Also I get in my vehicle there is oil all over the steering wheel and door handle. Do not go here!!! Getting your oil change at Jiffy Lube is expensive. They lure you in with a $40 and some change and a coupon that offers $20 off. But then they charge you extra for the oil. They offer you filters at twice, and even three times the price of the prices you can get at places like AutoZone. I don't blame the guys working there. They are only doing their job. I usually take my car to the dealer (it's covered under warranty) so this was only my second experience taking a car to Jiffy. My mom's car needed a simple oil chance and since I had a good experience at the Azusa location, I thought I'd give this one a try (given it was something simple). Like other reviews say, there was a bit of a wait but generally everything else was great. I let Edward know that my mom's Kia was only needing the oil change and not only was he attentive and not pushy, he was also very clear about what they'd do, what oil they'd use and why, and didn't make me feel like I was getting something I didn't need. He was super polite, very fast, and respected my time. I feel like some of the reviews can be misleading but for what it's worth, my experience was positive and I know I'll go back and ask for Edward. read more
