Chris at this location was amazing! We drove to California from Colorado so we had gotten an oil change at a location in Colorado before we left. Upon us arriving to California our check engine light came on. We stopped at this Jiffy Lube on Lincoln Ave and Chris thoroughly checked everything for us. He informed us how shoddy the oil change had been performed by the Jiffy Lube back home, which was the cause of the check engine light. He checked all of our filters, fluids and put air in all of our tires, all free of charge! Not only was he honest, but he assured us Jiffy Lube does business the right way! read more

Sent one of our fleet vehicles for an oil change. The driver noticed that they were in the process of changing the wiper blades without approval from the driver. When my driver asked why the blades were being changed, the jiffy lube employee responded "don't worry, we will charge it to the account". The driver asked him not to change the wiper blades. Never sending our vehicles to this or any other jiffy lube. Lost our business. read more

I was a customer of theirs for 16 years until this Saturday, I cannot believe they do not expose the amount of the oil change before they do it. I received a call stating that my oil change, filters and such would be $160. I told him NO just the oil change, I came back and found that it cost me $91+ I was shocked and told him no way is it that high, he stated oh let me look at something and then charged me $81.00 I since then called around a few places and was told what they did, they used the least expensive synthetic oil, and was charged the premium amount. I will never go back there again, I don't know what happened to this place but I do not recommend. read more

Con artists. They'll size you up and change you more if it looks like you'd pay it. A regular oil change here is supposed to be $45. My car needs synthetic. I figure fine, a few more bucks. Nope. $97. I pull up the oil online and it's $25 retail everywhere... so they are charging $72 labor. Not accounting for the fact they are buying it wholesale. For the record, my dealer charges $69 and Walmart auto center charges $44 for the same service, using the same oil. read more

I used to have my dad change my oil, but now that I've moved out and lacked confidence in my ability to do it myself, I decided to get it done professionally. I found that this Jiffy Lube was close to my house and also had great reviews, so I decided to stop by. Everyone here was friendly, and although they suggested that I change my air filter, they weren't pushy about it, nor did they push me to purchase the pricier oil, even though I have a higher mileage vehicle. I was told that there would be a wait, as there four vehicles ahead of mine, but I was out of there in under an hour, which was great as I was just stopping by before heading to work. I will not be going back. I stopped in around 11:30 on a Wednesday for a quick (jiffy?) oil change. That oil change never happened. After waiting for roughly 20 minutes, I had still not been greeted after being shuffled to their waiting room with my keys still in hand. I saw more than one car come in after me only to see them be put up on the lift. If you're in a hurry or want professional service, steer clear of this not so jiffy oil change spot. read more

I was in need of an oil change for my 2011 mustang so I called in for an exact quote. I told them the model of my car and they said it will be around $80 full synthetic. They did the job and it jumped to $104. Yeah, not coming back. read more

They do not complete the 'Signature Service Oil Change" - not once have my windows been cleaned or my carpets vaccumed, even though the service checklist indicates they have. Makes me wonder what other services they missed? I will try the Los Al location next time. It's not much further and probably take better care of their customers. read more

This is the worst oil change location ever. The employees here really do not want to be there and they see all customers as some sort of enemies that they need to deceive in order to make some money. Their staff is unfriendly, rude and the prices are absolutely insane. Do NOT be fooled by their "special" prices for oil change. By the end of having done ALL of the work, they will charge you close to $40 (they will say you need an special filter, extra quarts, amongst a handful of other BullSH**). Their sales tactics are unethical. Drive your car in, they do the work already (have your car all ready) and by that time it's too late to change your mind. I reported them to Better Business Bureau and have been told they will get investigated. read more

I was surprise to discover that the signature oil change didn't include a oil filter, which is mandatory for the service. Had to pay 8 bucks because my car needed a special filter. I decided to give this place a try because of the 10 dollar off coupon but I didn't save much in the end. They didn't even wipe my windows or vacuum my floors which they state is include with the service. Overall, nothing special and it cost about the same as any other place. read more

I highly recommend this location. Every time I've been here I've received exceptionally friendly service. I love that they recommend additional maintenance (such as replacing my cabin air filter or my brake light that's currently out) but are never pushy about it. Even when I've been here on a busy Saturday, my wait has not been very long and they always keep in constant communication with me, letting me know the status of my car. The guys there was really professional and they knew what they was talking about. I like the fact that they said it would take 30 minutes for my car to be done and it was out in 15 minutes. I've never had any problem with this place. It's true that the price usally comes out to more than the price on the big banner across the store. But they are fast and they do what they promise to do -- change the oil. And they dont hassle you by trying to sell you a lot of junk The only reason I am writing this review now is because I recently went to a different Jiffy Lube in LA on La Brea, and it was an unbelievable rip off. They told me that my car takes only synthetic oil and they would charge me $75. Amazing. I've had my car for 6 years and I've never once put synthetic oil in it. But I've never had any hideous experience like that at the Cypress Jiffy Lube. read more

On the surface they're courteous and fast, but beware of upselling and scams. The worker kept talking up the High Mileage oil, so I agreed, not knowing that there was a $40 difference from the normal oil change. Then he said the cabin filter was filthy and showed me a black filter with leaves stuck in it. This was definitely a scam, because the cabin filter was changed a few months before.
