I liked Savuth's service (shift lead I believe) when we came here exactly a month ago, July 24th, before our long drive to SF. His crew and the service they gave that day is the reason for the satisfactory stars. I got the hybrid oil change and an extra part update (i'll have to check my paperwork on this) after they did a thorough check while we're there...I trusted him as he explained it very sensibly and just warm to us, also with it having the great feature of top off before reaching 3,000 miles. Service then was friendly, pleasantly jiffy(quick), and reassuring. So today we finally came back at 5:55pm but Savuth was not there, and instead, we were assisted by another crew. I asked him to confirm fluids he topped off after the service (took roughly just 10 mins with him multitasking and we were let to just sit in the car), but his answer were not satisfactory, sadly. There was also another male crew standing by the waiting area full 30 mins before closing, and was just NOT APPROACHABLE. What was rather weird was when we were ok'd to leave-as the exit arrows were pointing towards Lincoln Avenue to the front of their store-WE WERE STOPPED SINCE I THINK THEY LEFT THE CONE AND WE WERE CONFUSINGLY INSTRUCTED TO BACK UP and was just let on our own....like duh? WE DON'T GET WHY THE DESIGNATED EXIT ARROWS IF THEY'D JUST BLOCK/CLOSE IT!? Also we were concerned about the fluid spillage, large puddles by the side area we were forced to drive on due to them not allowing us to exit where completed cars are supposed to....it's rather a safety concern. Management should definitely improve this, because first experience was good otherwise, just to be stained by the return visit. read more

I came here cause of the reviews. Normally I take my car to the dealership but they were close by. I was expecting to get up charged and bad service but boy was I wrong. They got me in and out in less than 10 mins. On top of that they vacuum my floors and made sure all my fluids was full. Amazing service would definitely recommend to my friends n family. I came for an oil change last year and they told me also to replace break fluid. I said ok to replace it. Then in next oil change which is after 6500 miles i went to sears and the guy called me and told to replace break fluid. I was shocked, so I went to their store an checked for break fluid and it was in bad shape. So the result is they made me fool because I trust these guys. I have been to this jiffy lube many times, each time I come these guys are more than helpful, honest and recommend the best oils and proper things I should do in order to keep my car performing right. Their service here is more than 5 starts I felt well taken care of. They wiped my windows, open doors for me, escorted me to waiting area... Showed me how my old oil was and what my new oil should look like. Everyone had a smile on their face and everyone seemed to enjoy working there. John and suvit were helpful.... All of them were. There's another light skin guy I forget his name kham? If you need an oil change or transmission oil change you need to see these guys at jiffy lube, cypress. They treat you like family! The manager took the time to explain everything to me and e We even talked about our other high mileage vehicle. A maintenance light came on in my car so I brought it to this location Jiffy Lube. It would've been very easy for them to just do the work and charge me the regular rate, however, they advised me that the service wasn't actually necessary and it would be better to check with the dealer re: the faulty maintenance light coming on. All I needed was an oil and filter change in my 2012 Corolla.. Sitting in a dealership or the Goodyear Tire & Engine repair shop in Los Al for hours waiting for a very simple and easy service job was not for me anymore!!! The in and out time was incredible, from what I had been used to, this was a real TREAT! They told me I needed a cabin air filter and an engine air filter, I had assumed this because in the two and a half years we have had it these had never been replaced. I should have done my homework and purchased these separately at a parts store, oh well maybe I would have saved a few bucks.. anyway I was very pleased with the service and the courtesy of the employees, I will return. read more

"Signature oil change for only $19.99 plus a buck for the environmental waste fee which I think is a crock of shit. All that means is, the place is being charged something and they are passing it on to you. Why don't these places wise up and do an all inclusive charge. ONE PRICE then "maybe" tax. Here's the skinny on the signature service at this place. . . . 1) They'll change your oil. Sometimes they don't really install a new filter but re install your old one when they don't have a new one in stock. I always watch. 2) I always check my drain plug before and after service here. They usually strip it or damage the head. I end up having to purchase a new one. OF course they always say it was damaged before I came in and or blame the last place I went to. When I tell them it was their place, they try to change the subject. 3) Signature service includes a vacuum out of the vehicle. They've never done mine. Also includes a lube job. I don't think I've ever even seen a lube gun there much less anyone who would know how to use one. 4) Also includes a window wash. They ALWAYS clean my windows with a greasy rag. 5) Also includes a check AND FILL OR TOP OFF of all other fluids. They never check or top off anything. Bottom line. This time i was a bit pissed they didn't at least check my washer fluid or my transmission fluid. The "manager" became argumentative when I questioned this. Said he'd checked the fluid yet I never heard the car start, put in neutral and them check fluid(s). I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND CAUTION ANYONE WHO VISITS THEM. PS: I think I'll call and complain today. Maybe I'll make a point of telling that fat bastard manager to take off his sunglasses when he's talking business to a customer." read more

If I could give this place NO STARS I would. They have the worst attitudes, and it's probably because they know they're lying, and ripping off people every day. I specifically asked the guy working why I'm having to pay almost 40 dollars for a basic oil change. His response was that their prices have gone up. I told him forget it, but he said they had already started on my car. Then the guy tried to sell me on getting my air filter changed. I told him that I can change that myself and he snapped at me telling me I'll pay more if I get one at Auto Zone. I didn't pay more, I paid way less. So here is the part that really pissed me off. There is a tiny sign in the mechanic area that says that the oil changes are 19.00 or so dollars on Wed and Sundays. Of course our local con artist didn't tell me that. I could have gone any day of the week and gotten half off. I then asked the thief why he didn't tell me about this deal and he said that I should have read the sign. Yeah, the sign that is in their shop where they do all of their work, the one you don't see until you're getting your car. I'LL NEVER BE BACK HERE AGAIN. Why don't these businesses get a clue, you can't continually rip people off without getting caught. I hope all Jiffy Lube shops go out of business, they deserve it. read more

I went to this place for years getting all of my car maintenance done (which costs a lot by the way) figuring I was paying for quality. I went to get a routine oil change done and THEY FORGOT TO PUT IN THE OIL!!!! Long story short, cost me $2000 in engine rework and they did NOTHING about it!!!! I have never given any business a negative review. Not even when I am treated rudely and taken advantage of...but now you've messed with my son. Can I rate this Jiffy Lube a zero? I sent my 17 year old son to get an oil change on his 2007 Toyota Camry. I told him it should be around twenty bucks give or take a few bucks. They even have a huge sign outside that reads oil change $29.99! Why did they charge him $91 !!!!! I know why! They saw a young inexperienced face and they decided to NOT tell him what options he had as far using regular oil or synthetic oil. So guess what they used? We called to see what could be done to fix the situation and no solution was offered for Hung up on. I also want to add that you could have told my son if he checked into your location on Yelp he would also get 12 bucks off? Yah... Thanks a lot jiffy lube for being honest and customer friendly. I had gone to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. I knew one of my back lights was out and asked if they change those too, they said they do. Since I was with two fidgety kids and the idea of going to an auto parts store to do that myself felt like an awful idea, I decided to have Jiffy Lube change it too. They worked quickly and gave me my quote. I had a 15% off coupon, but as the tech showed me, the coupon he could offer would take more off my total. SO helpful! They worked quickly and efficiently and got me and my kiddos on the road fast. Great, right? Well, there's more. My car doesn't beep when it locks, so I rely on the lights (usually tail lights) to make sure it is locked. I noticed the next day that the same side that had a bulb changed wasn't blinking. I got back to Jiffy Lube that weekend and told them that I thought the same bulb they just replaced might be out again. They checked it out and found another light out. Instead of quoting me and sticking me in the waiting room for 20+ minutes like some people would do, they asked me to wait (seriously like 5 minutes) and they changed it out and brought me out to check it out. I thanked them and asked how much... Nothing. They charged me nothing and said to have a great day. It was very outstanding service! They've always been good to our family (2 cars) and this was just icing on the cake! Thanks again guys!! read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I don't know of any other Jiffy Lube locations, but this one continuously fails from all the times that I have been here. 1. The employees are extremely rude and will give you attitude. When I pulled up, there were 2 employees in the back smoking and blasting their music from their cars. Talk about unprofessionalism when you work for a company. 2. The only reason I came here was because of the $19.99 special that they had on display. When the employee gave me my total, it was $38.99! I asked why it was so expensive - said it was the "extra quart" that my car takes + the "special filter" that is required. So apparently 1 extra quart + a "special filter" = $18.99 additional. Kinda steep considering you're getting 5 quarts for $19.99. What's really funny about this is that I have come here in the past when there was NOT a $19.99 special and that time my total came out to $36.99. How the heck does it come out to $38.99 when there's now a special? When I asked about the "special filter" (I have an internal filter by the way), he responded saying, "Yeah, you don't know anything about your car?" **3**. They begin working on your car BEFORE you sign your total. THIS IS ILLEGAL. By the time he was explaining my total, his worker was already draining the oil. You give the estimate first, and THEN start working on a car. Who the heck works on a car before being authorized? They dont. It's illegal - in the case that you do not agree with the price, you have the right to leave, but if they have already begun working on your car, how the hell can you leave? I guarantee you this place will go out of business soon. Stay away. Go to a place where you know they do good work. read more

As fast as usual, always my first choice for oil change. 3 cars ahead of me but it took them only 25 minutes in total.

This place is great. I went in for a simple oil change. I didn't know my radiator was leaking, they checked it, and said I shouldn't drive with it the way it was. Checked around, found the best, and least expensive alternative. Gave me a 2 hour estimate. Offered me a ride home and dropped me off. When they were finished, called me, and picked me up, in my car to ensure there were no problems with my car. Did the oil change and checked all fluids, even washed my windows. Radiator repairs are expensive either way, but them knowing it would be safer and cheaper doing it this way probably saved me some money. Asst. manager Gio handled most of it himself. My car is running great, and I owe them more than what I probably paid for. Kudos to Gio and his team. I really don't know why they have bad reviews. I have come here a couple times. Really nice professional and quick. They tell you what is recommended but if you tell them no thanks they are ok. They are not pushy at all. As a woman coming alone you always wonder if they are going to try and upsell you. Nope no pressure and they go back work on car and I leave.
