I bought a Groupon because it seemed like a decent deal, $59 for a full synthetic oil change. Went to the store on a weekday afternoon, and there were three other customers already waiting, with two of the cars in the process of being serviced. It still managed to take an hour and 15 minutes to get my car serviced, which is anything but Jiffy. Also, the up charge for an extra quart of oil was $20, so $80 for an oil change is certainly not what I consider a good deal. I will never get another Groupon for Jiffy Lube, nor will I ever use Jiffy Lube for any service on my vehicle. The East Iliff location in particular is a rundown dump, with employees who look and act like people who have to get back to a halfway house before it gets dark. read more

Went I and the person who checked me in said they would change my oil and my headlights as requested. When I returned several hours later to pick the car up they hadn't touched the headlights, saying that I had to go to a place that did Toyota service. There is a Toyota service shop in the same strip mall, but it was closed by this time. If they would have told me this when I check my car in, I would have gone there instead. Also, I had low air pressure in my tires, and they could be bothered to air them up. Not impressed, not returning. read more

Very friendly staff and not pushy to get more services done like some auto places can be. I ended up having to get a belt replaced, but it was still reasonable and the $15 off coupon definitely helped with that. Service was a little slow, but the place was fairly busy when I arrived. This placed put in over a quart of oil too much and thus has caused major damage to the vacuum seal, crankshaft diaphragm, etc. Called the manager Fred and GM Michelle and will they not return calls or follow through up when they promise to. Awful service and awful customer service. read more

After a miserable experience at the Jiffy Lube on Leetsdale, even though this Jiffy Lube is farther from my home, based upon the good reviews on Yelp, I drove to this shop. The positive reviews on Yelp for this Jiffy Lube are warranted. I got in and got out in very reasonable time, and everyone was thorough and respectful. I will be back. read more

Unorganized, couldn't get it together. They said 30 minutes, and then it took 45 minutes longer. They did not know if they should put 3000 miles or 5000 miles on the sticker for next change. They didn't know what the Groupon was good for, so they kept asking. Not sure what everyone else experienced, but I would never go back there. read more

This was my third visit to this Jiffy Lube location. All of the employee's were very friendly and answered any questions I had. The manager was very knowledgeable and picked up on a lot of things my car needed that most places just looked over or ignored. While I don't usually like upsells, etc, these were actually beneficial to my car and I appreciated being informed of them. One of these things was headlight restoration! I had no idea Jiffy Lube even did this, and for WAY less than most places. It took them less than 20 minutes and my headlights are now crystal clear! I was pleasantly surprised with the result and the overall care and enthusiasm they took with my car. I called to see if they could change my oil right away. They said come in now and there's no wait, but they can't guarantee that it will be that way when I get there, It's a first come 1st serve policy. I have mo problem with that. So, I get there and they say pull up to the garage and I do so. Then I go into the waiting room. Some old dude I'm 64, that works there is sitting there and says to me " Wait outside, we don't open till 8, it's 7:57. Really? He was rude and looked kinda dirty. You'd think that they'd at least ask me nicely or let me sit since it's only 3 min. Besides that the young kids did a great job. If that old dude with the mustache doesn't own the place. HE SHOULD BE FIRED!! read more

Drive up to smiling manager and staff. They jumped to action. He walked me through a few things-did I need wiper blades, other services, alignment etc. showed bill before work started. Very courteous and understanding but it took 1.5 hours from my arrival to get the routine job done. There were about three cars ahead of me when I pulled in---not very Jiffy in my opinion! The first time I went there about a month ago they were out of the oil-grade I needed. Yesterday when I came back they were out of washer fluid. Everyone here was super nice. I went in on Veteran's day for a free oil change and I didn't have to wait very long at all! Efficient, pleasant, extremely courteous service; they offered to answer questions and perform additional work to achieve my satisfaction, and they did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. Watch out. They will aggressive recommend and sell you filters and oil types. They told me that that engine filter was borderline and you couldn't tell whether it needed a change or not. The air filter was less than six months old. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Showed up at 8 and was informed they werent open even though the sign says open at 8 and the garage door was open. Asked about groupon and they insisted I was mistaken. Addresses matched up but I was still directed away. The whole time it seemed like they were trying to get me to leave. Unfortunately I did not come to Jiffy Lube first! I had an appointment somewhere else and they were overbooked so I decided to walk across the street Jiffy Lube was able to take me right away for an oil change. I did end up paying $43 but for the convenience it's well worth it. The staff was fast and very friendly I will be back. read more

This location charged me $100 for an oil change. Even with a coupon. I believe they upgraded my oil when I asked for a basic oil change. They can't be trusted and take advantage of people who have limited knowledge on cars. I Even tried to contact corporate with no resolution. I will be going to grease monkey from now on. read more

I bought a groupon for a $21.99 oil change. I read the fine print and knew that I may have to pay a little extra when I got there for having a 7 quart tank vs the 5 that the groupon covered. When I got there, they told me my options. Synthetic oil was $70! GET OUTTA HERE! And they didn't tell me I would be paying more for the extra quarts until ringing me up. They are total shmoozers! I will be reporting the misleading nature to groupon. I also called Midas were I usually go but didn't because I thought I was getting a better deal and I'm broke. They were not at all surprised to hear how much I overpaid. It ended up being a $60 oil change with the groupon. Luckily Midas on Colorado is the bomb and they will be giving me a free oil change as a symbol of appreciation for my business and to remind me not to stray again when I think I see a good deal! My review is for Anthony McZeal at the Covington, WA. store. The manager was wheelin and a dealin, obviously looking for a way to earn from me, which is fine. But a wonderful man came out, looked at my oil,showed me how clean it was and told me it wasn't time, that it was very clean and that the oil and coolant just needed to be topped off. It was my first time with this vehicle in this store. The manager wanted to charge me to top them off. But Anthony took good care of me. My oil wasn't down by much, so he topped off my coolant, said thank you to me for coming in, sweetly called me a respectful "maam." And I told him that I would be returning to that store because of him and him alone. I felt respected and cared for. I've had the same oil changing place for nearly twenty years and recently they've been trying to sell me on services they say I need. And when I have it looked at by a different car person, they told me that I didn't need the work. So I won't go back there. I'm grateful to have found Jiffy Lube in Covington and Anthony McZeal. I have found my new long term (hopefully, as long as Anthony is there :), oil changing venue. Thank you Anthony!! You made my day!! read more

Jiffy Lube on Iliff in Denver - have had my oil changed there so many times and was very comfortable going there on a 3K-5K schedule. Last September I had them clean my permanent air filter. On the next change in 3K I asked them at the Illiff location not to bother with my air filter as it's a 36K permanent and didn't need to be checked. They took the power drill and completely stripped the entire set of screws screwingt them down holding my air filter top to the box thereby making it impossible to gain access to check the air filter to this day. I saw them do it!!!! and they just stared back smirking at me while they knew I was watching!!! NEVER GO THERE AND NEITHER WILL I EVER AGAIN. I even went to another Jiffy Lube at 38th & Wadsworth who confirmed this was damaged in this way but they did nothing - even though the service was in their computer as them being the last to touch the air filter lid...Deliberate and malicious to the inth degree..... DO NOT GO THERE. read more
