BEWARE!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!! If you want something done right you can't trust Jiffy to do it. I brought my vehicle here on a lunch break, where they proceeded to caused over 1000.00 in damages. Not two weeks later, I returned because my vehicle started dropping rapidly in percentage of oil, aside from leaving large amounts of oil in every drive way I parked in. It was such a large leak, that when I would park or stop at a light I could smell the burned oil. The employee that remembered me bringing in my vehicle the first time, said it was a "loose gasket" and that the entire under carriage of the vehicle was "covered in oil" he topped it off, and called it good. Over the next few days, it was still dropping in percentage; and leaking everywhere. I don't live close to this location but I didn't trust them to solve anything since the issue continued after my second visit. I took my vehicle to a more trustworthy shop, that stated that they "see this all the time" from "quick shops" like jiffy. The oil change was done carelessly and it caused the oil housing unit to be knocked off center, causing the seal to break and showed me the leak with a colored uv dye. I reached out to this location after being told it needed to be replaced and that it would cost over 1000.00 to get the part replaced. I was given the run around it took over a month and a half, 6 phone calls, and a stop in to the shop to hear back from any type of manager. With me explaining the situation all over again each time. Finally, I hear back from the regional manager I'm assuming. With a copy and pasted bulletin and a phone call stating they would have to deny the claim because there was a supposed notice about my vehicle and said part. See picture below: My main point is this, if my vehicle had a leak prior to taking it into this location? I should have been notified prior to service, & there should have been a notice on the service sheet. Neither were the case. Now, after all of this..I am still forced to pay for the damages & my situation is just swept under the rug. Save yourself the money and stress & take your vehicle somewhere else. The workers went out of their way to move their cars so we could unhitch our Uhaul. They even helped us with that.Collin; Brody, And Conner were outstanding. I found myself on the other side of town when I decided to get my oil changed. I pulled up my trusty Yelp app and found this Jiffy Lube was about a half mile away, so I headed on over. I can't agree with the other reviews more. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes, for a very reasonable price. There were three guys working on my car - working as a team. I've always loved Jiffy Lube for their coupons, service, and especially because they vacuum out my car ;) This particular occasion and location, I showed up about 15 minutes after they opened and got right in. I was greeted quickly and with a smile, and upon discovering my oil change was going to cost me almost $70 (!!!), I was offered the conventional oil change for $20. Samantha was so helpful and told me it would be okay, just watch it because oil burns faster at higher altitude. They also offer free top-off service :) read more

This team is so awesome and helpful. I had service done at another location and the protective underneath plastic was not properly attached afterward causing it to drag on the road while driving. I stopped at this location as it was the nearest and they got me in right way, reattached the cover and had me on my way even though it wasn't the location I originally went to. I arrived in the middle of the afternoon during the work week and I may do this again - in and out in 20 minutes, beautiful! This particular Jiffy is under new management. Now I didn't know the old management but the new seems just great. The woman helping me was very informative and even gave me a print out of what I need done. I've hit that golden mileage where I need transmission fluid replaced and coolant stuff of some kind. She was even so kind to hand write a 10% off discount on my print out for the next time I stop in and get one of the services. I seldom post reviews on Yelp, but after looking up this shop, I had to laugh at a few of these reviews. I think these people may have mixed up this Iliff location with the one in Aurora. With that said, I had to write my own review... an honest and legit one. I have been going to this Jiffy Lube for over a year, and have not always had the best of experiences, however, now that they have a mostly new staff, and new General Manager, I couldn't be more pleased. I was due for an oil change so I went in a couple of weeks ago. The first thing I noticed was that the crew was very attentive and friendly. I spoke with the General Manager Dave, personally, and he made sure that I knew exactly what they were doing, what my vehicle recommendations were, and even told me what I could hold off on. He actually told me I didn't NEED to have my air filter changed yet, and showed me why. I was stunned. His honesty blew me away. That was the first time someone hadn't tried to sell me something just because. He didn't seem to just be after my money, but after my repeat business... and I'll tell you what, HE GOT IT. My car was done in a timely manner and I was happy to have the crew show me under my hood everything they had done. Very impressed with this jiffy lube. I have been going to jiffy lube for years but have not found one I fully trusted, until now! I have an old truck and have a few problems. One being the electrical. In the past when I go to jiffy lube they tell me all my lights are working well with the truck, which means they really didn't check the lights because if you really checked you would notice right away something is wrong. This jiffy lube picked up the problem right away! +1 I also have a damage skid plate on the bottom of my truck. Every time I get my oil changed no one puts the the skid plate on well and it is left hanging underneath my truck so I always have to tell them to put as many bolts as they can. This jiffy lube made my skid plate secure without me asking! +2 Lastly, when it comes to filling up my tires no other previous jiffy lube puts the correct amount and again I have to end up telling them. But...this jiffy lube did it correctly without me having to say anything. I know these are small things but they make me trust them and I have been back twice since because I got such a great first impression! Very knowledgeable staff. This was my first time going to a jiffy lube and it did not disappoint. I came in actually looking for the Firestone that's advertised out front mainly because I have a credit account with them but only needed a tire pressure check so I stayed. My car light came on signifying a tire is low on pressure. I've been unable to check for nails because of the snow and ice so I asked the mechanics to rotate my tires and check for nails. The two gentlemen working did what I requested and were just about as nice as you can be to a customer. They were quick on the job even though it wasn't much to do. This is the second time I have been to this Jiffy Lube. The first time I had a Groupon and this second time I had a coupon from online. While they are good about getting you in and out in a relatively decent amount of time, I question their practices of upselling. The first time I was here, I fell prey to the upselling as they shared all these terrible things that would happen if I didn't go with the more high end service. My husband explained to me later how why their explanation was all air and no substance. Today when I came in, it was fairly packed and the attendant attempted to upsell everyone in the store. He managed to get two of the folks and when he got to me, I was firm about only wanting the services I came in for (Signature CONVENTIONAL oil change and tire rotation) despite him again listing off all the terrible things that would happen if I didn't get the high mileage oil change (the vehicle barely has 85k miles). The bottom line is you need to be crystal clear about what you want prior to coming in and stick to that. Other than their irritating upselling, they provide decent service. read more

Changed my oil twice here. First time was fine, although they put on the corporate-speaks sales tactics with the high mileage oil, the full service package, etc. Fine, I know that that's the mandate from corporate. Whatev. It was the second time that gets them a 1 star review. My wife took the car in for the last oil change at 100000. At our 96000 mile change, the car started making a different sound; very subtle, like the new air filter wasn't fit quite right; like a sucking gurgling sound. But it didn't affect the performance, or the car. Just a little noise that seemed normal for a 10 year old car. My wife takes the car in. Guy says to her; 'oh, your car has a noise. I won't work on it till you get it checked. Here's the number of a guy that can do it for you. It'll only cost $50. '. I took the car somewhere else. I've talked to three mechanics since then. $81 for an oil change on a Subaru Impreza? I should have taken my finances car ANYWHERE but Jiffy Lube. We had a coupon which brought it down $10, but seriously? Not to mention, I came here a month ago to get this same oils change. After waiting an hour, the manager came in and told us that the only employee in the shop who actually knew how to finish my oil change actually quit in the middle of their shift and they had no one the rest of the day (this was at noon) who would be qualified. Lyft has partnered with this location to do the vehicle inspection that Lyft requires drivers to pass every 365 days. So I showed up today, got my car in line, and told them I was there for a Lyft inspection. After about 50 minutes they finally pulled my car into the bay. Now my complaint is not about the wait, since same day oil changes are a wonderful convince. My complaint is that after paying $19.99 for a vehicle inspection they handed me back a form that shows my car 'passed', I uploaded it to the Lyft app, and it got rejected stating it was the wrong form. I had a great first experience at this Jiffy Lube location, so I was excited to see there was a Groupon for the signature oil change. I arrived about an hour before closing time with just a couple of people ahead of me, so I wasn't worried that I was "that" guy who shows up right before closing time. Apparently I was wrong, because I was very much treated like that guy. Or maybe I was treated the same way that most quick oil change places like this seem to treat their customers, which is why I was so pleasantly surprised with the service I received on my last visit. Anyway, I was taken to the waiting room, where I sat for 45 minutes before being acknowledged. There were two ladies at the computer, one in a black shirt and one in a red shirt, who I'm assuming was a manager. They were wondering who drove the red car that had been sitting out there. Being that I was one of two people in the waiting room, they asked me if it was my car, I said yes, and they asked what I needed. I said that I needed an oil change, expecting to go through the standard series of questions in front of the computer. Instead, one of them said OK and they disappeared off into the garage. I thought it was interesting that they didn't try to upsell me like they normally do, but whatever. The lady in the black shirt returned shortly after, and made a comment about how people just had to wait until the last minute to come in. Being that my car was the last to be worked on, I can only assume she was talking about me. When my car was done, she came back and said "Ok time to get you out of here so I can get out of here". The lady in the red shirt came in shortly after, and saw that I was holding a Groupon. She said to the other lady "Uh oh, you've got a problem. You only entered him in as an oil change but he has a Groupon". Being that it was closing time at this point, instead of offering to finish the rest of the service by topping off my fluids and whatever else the signature deal includes, they entered a discount so that it cost the same price as the Groupon. They then told me that I could contact Groupon to get a refund. The lady in the black shirt ran off at this point to go smoke, so the lady in red finished ringing me up. After everything was entered and I had paid, she reluctantly offered to finish the job, "but only if you waaaaaant". At this point I could see all the workers running for the hills. I declined, but only because I was worried they would do a half azz-ed job and do more harm than good. I'm still rockin the old sticker on the windshield telling me I'm past due for a change. Steer clear from these slick shysters This Griffin LLC franchise Jiffy location did not install the manufacturer recommended compression washer on the drain plug when they changed my oil. I had to go to Subaru to get it fixed. When I brought the issue to Jiffy corporate they punted it to Griffin, and Griffin would only offer me a 50% off coupon only good at a location 1600 miles from my home. Their initial in-shop customer service was offset by in-proper procedures and no recovery after failure. I won't trust them again. I was going there for the past 2 years with my old Toyota Corolla 2007 and even when I had my first car in 2005 all the service has been with Jiffy Lube. I never had a problem. Recently, bought my used Toyota Corolla S 2011 from Infiniti of Denver in 11/2015. Haven't had any problems. Time comes my first oil change. I went to this location of Jiffy Lube. Jiffy Lube told me that whoever service the car last tighten the oil filter canister TOO TIGHT (what? there is such thing?) I don't know much about cars. Jiffy Lube told me that if they keep using the tools they have to open it, it would cracked and leaked. SO I had to take my car to Infinity, where I bought it from. Chuck T., used car manager of Infiniti was very helpful and he said he will have his mechanics look at it. Turns out, Chuck and his machanics said Jiffy Lube already broke the cap by using the WRONG TOOL. Now, not that I can prove who broke it. SO IT COST ME TO GET A NEW oil fiter canister because of their stupidity that f- my $hit up. Also, EVERY TIME I COME TO GET SERVICE (which is twice a year) ALL THE EMPLOYEES HAVE NEVER BEEN THE SAME FACES. How is it possible that none of your employees lasted longer than a year? Maybe it's because you keep hiring unexperienced employees? hmmm maybe you don't want to pay much? Think about it. Not going back EVER that is for sure. read more

I took my wife's 4Runner to get the oil changed yesterday and the young man that was in the front was very nice and accommodating, I sat down and another guy that was a tech came in and started to up sell me, I just needed a oil change. He stated that my coolant was low and needed to be filled, I asked "isn't that part of the service?" And he said " no" I asked how much and he told me $7.99. I told him no thanks and I would fill it up myself, took my wife's car home and waited for it to cool to top it off. Opened it a couple hours later and to my surprise it was completely full, it is ok to try to up sell people on better oil etc. but to straight lie and tell them and sell a service that they are not even needing or receiving is theft!! Wow. Just NO. You could be putting your investment (car) on the line at this place. Their mind simply isn't on the task at hand. For starters- I was quoted a 1-hour wait time at 1:30 p.m. Not too bad, right? After much hemming & hawing from the staff, I was finally able to leave the location with my car at 3:40 p.m. They didn't even start on my car, which was 2nd in line when I dropped it off, until 2:50 p.m. Chris (mgr?) was very friendly & professional but needs to get a grip on his staff. After my 2 hour wait, Chris told me that his staff changed my oil, filled the washer fluid & tranny fluid and vacuumed the car, among other 'services'. No, they DID NOT check the tranny fluid. After I ASKED if they'd checked it, they found out that it was nearly empty, and the next thing I heard was 'Oh yea. There's a tranny leak and an oil leak, too' from somewhere in the bay. Chris relayed the message. I asked but I was never told where they were located. They certainly didn't vacuum, and there was black grease all over my steering wheel when I got in my car.
