I really appreciate the service here very satisfied. Alyssa, John and Marissa were very helpful. I brought both my GMC Yukon XL the same day and was in and out quickly. John recommend a few things to one of my cars and talked to me about it. Also Alyssa was very very helpful from checking lights, checking air pressure and telling you what was going on. Good communication along with great team work. Marissa was very nice as well as she help out with checking you in and pricing. This crew was very polite! I was greeted and treated very nice. I was quoted for tires which I returned for the next day. After the tech finished it was 100$ more because I needed to buy 4 to pay that price. I told him, it would have been nice if you told me before the tires are on but OK. I will get the quoted price once I buy 2 more ? I guess I can explain that one to my husband LOL . I do like the employees though, very nice and I will go back for more tires now in a couple months. read more

The team was great! I went a couple weeks ago for an overdue oil change. Hector helped me out. I had the oil changed and got a new cabin filter. He recommended I do a fluid flush which was actually perfect because as I drove to Jiffy Lube I thought to myself that I wanted a flush of my system but didn't know what to ask for. He flushed out my car and the smokey exhaust afterwards was a very clear indication of how much my car needed it. It had been years! He was so helpful, kind, knowledgeable, etc. I typically use Jiffy Lube services and have been to multiple locations in the greater SD area. This was easily the most positive, professional, and helpful experience I've had. The team was very honest and was not trying to take advantage of me as many auto spaces tend to. 10/10. Don't recommend. Just shady individuals trying to sell more than what you're asking. Make sure you ask them to show your discount vs them telling you they honored it. They didn't wanna give me my receipt because I'm positive they didn't honor my coupon. More expensive than the dealers and the dealers do a better job. Only came here because I had to be somewhere today and the dealer was booked. Steer away from this shop. Shady shady people. read more

Rates are not what is quoted labor added my 49.00 and 79.00 brake fluid change plus 7.99 cancer promotion of fuel additive (I checked no promotion stated on ad) and I observed several other customers who past through weren't offered this "special" fuel additive, cabin air filter 49.00. Total invoice 304.55, I asked for a senior discount she gave me 30.00 off total bill. It was raining my car was remove from their covered garage driver window was left down and waiting for me in the rain. This wasn't my first visit to this location but will be my last. Every time I had my Lexus serviced at this location there was a totally new crew. I really liked the original group. read more

Don't remember the names but the entire staff did they best to get me in and out when I asked about the appointment for vehicle inspection since I will be working for Uber on top of my job at Rite aid and going to school. They will be offering me discount if it's cheaper than going to Hyundai since I drive a lot. The best time to go is early in the morning when they open. read more

I pulled in for an oil change. There was only one car ahead of me so I was helped right away. I got the blend. They offer a military discount which was nice. Sam did my oil change in a timely manner and reset my maintenance light. He was friendly. Sharay checked me in, filled up my tires, and cleaned my windshield. She was very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient with explaining everything. There was a customer next to me that was difficult to work with and it did not phase her at all and kept a friendly demeanor. Great job! read more

BEST place to have your car serviced! I used to be one of those people who would take their car to the dealership and wait 4 hours for an oil change, I know...ridiculous. This was my 3rd time at this Jiffy Lube location and I'm never going anywhere else again. The staff are very friendly, and their knowledge of car care is impressive. They're fast, efficient, professional, safe, and trustworthy. I'm always offered a seat in the air-conditioned lounge, but I opt to stay in my car because they're so quick.
