I pull in for a oil change at 3:30. They close at 4. They tell me that they are all done for the day and won't service me. For a company that prides itself on a "jiffy" fast oil change, I am having trouble with math. Guess they don't really care about their customers or their hours. Update: This particular JiffyLube location is a JiffyLube Franchise store, owned and operated by Griffin Fast Lube, dba JiffyLube. After offering to pay ONLY for all of the diagnostics and travel expenses incurred by their failure to properly secure my oil drain plug, they have since retained counsel, denied any fault, refused to pay for anything, and are forcing the matter into litigation. Companies like this carry insurance for issues such as this. Because of the low-paid, low-skilled labor they use, mistakes such as the one that killed my car, neglecting to replace oil caps, drain plugs, or the oil itself is quite common place. Perhaps I have offended them in some way with the assertive nature of my communication with them. After reading all of the horror stories about them online will likely do that to anyone. Perhaps they misjudged my tenacity, intellect, and meticulous documentation of every aspect of the matter. Regardless, they obviously did a horrible job changing my oil, as it resulted in a blown engine. After giving Griffin Fast Lube the benefit of the doubt and providing ample time for the company to make things right, they have shown their lack of concern for the reputation of Griffin Fast Lube, LLC, that of JiffyLube, Inc, and their utter and total disregard to customer satisfaction. To be real about it, they are trying to absolutely break it off in me bum, so to speak. I write this in hopes that others will read it, ponder this story, and then perhaps decide to steer clear of this very poor operation -- hopefully saving themselves from what could be a very costly and time-consuming mistake. read more

The individual I spoke to regarding types of services needed was professional and friendly. However, when I spoke with him about the $22 Groupon discount, he was complaining that those discounts meant extra work for him. After upgrading my service for necessary work, I discovered after I left the building he did not include my discount. Shame on me for trusting him-shame on him for what I believe to be an intentional over-site. read more

They stripped out my drain plug, lied to me that that "just happens after awhile" (FYI non-mechanics, it only happens if the worker doesn't know what he's doing or doesn't take the time to do his job correctly), and sent me on my way with no fix, no credit for damage, and an oil leak. Now I have to go to somebody competent and buy a new plug, and since you can't take a plug out without draining the oil, I need another oil change. Oh, and they didn't reset my "Maintenance Required" light. read more

This specific location I a great location. I had great customer service, and the service was quick. The price was reasonable do to how convenient it is for me to get the services I need without being told that my car is broken and I need what ever it was fixed. The folks at this Jiffy Lube have always been very nice, but this time they went over and above expectations. Granted, I arrived at the facility during an "off-time" so I didn't have to wait long for my car to be taken into the bay. Once there, it took them 6.5 minutes to do the entire servicing, including cleaning corrosion off the battery terminals and spraying them with a corrosion preventative. This place has been an absolute nightmare. I regret the day i ever pulled into their lot. Stay far, far, far away. They incorrectly installed an oil filter on my brand new jeep, the oil has coated my engine and undercarriage, and my driveway is trashed. Jiffy Lube did not care and told me there was nothing they could do to help clean the mess. My new car trails smoke behind it wherever it goes now Then my rear engine seal blew the NEXT DAY. Jiffy lube again denied any wrongdoing. I am without a vehicle now, and I don't want to drive a smoking pile of garbage once the engine is fixed. They basically turned my automotive life upside down due to total incompetence. They leave oil everywhere, and have very poor training. I heard people being told how to check a dipstick for example. Terrifying. Jiffylube - you destroyed my new car. you are useless and hope you go out of business and finally leave this town. read more

I liked going to Jiffy Lube because they are fast and don'y try to sell you lots of other services. Well today I was asked if I wanted my coolant topped off and I said sure, the attendant did not mention that it would be an extra charge and if memory serves me correctly it did not have that posted anywhere in the waiting area. Very friendly. Said they vacuumed and washed exterior windows, which they did not. Makes me wonder what else they didn't do, but said they did. I would not go back. The whole oil change took less than 10 minutes not sure if one can drain oil and fill oil that fast... read more

Their price for a synthetic oil change was competitive, especially with a coupon, and their service was very fast. However, this is where they get you - they showed me that the cabin filter was on the dirty side and I told them to go ahead and change it. I didn't think much about it because Big O charges $15 for a cabin filter and I figured Jiffy would be about the same. I was wrong!!! - They charged me $40 for a cabin filter! If I come back, it will just be for an oil change and no extras. read more

Obviously the other review doesn't understand what good service is.... because this place HAS IT!!! I randomly drove into this Jiffy Lube because it was close to a business meeting I was attending and my oil change was long overdue. This was HANDS DOWN the NICEST oil change place I have ever been to in my entire life. They opened my car door for me (which was nice since it only opens from the outside... Hahah!), they were wicked fast, checked everything out and made recommendations for items that needed servicing..... with absolutely NO pressure to actually buy the.... just letting me know what needed to be done. I opted for the important things and they gave me a print out of the other items so I could have them done later. I will never take my car anywhere else for an oil change.... they were AWESOME! PS: I am a chic who knows just enough about cars, especially my old Jeep and their pricing and recommendations were spot on. They didn't try to oversell me anything. Evergreen location is top notch. Best service I've received from Jiffy Lube in general. The manager was super engaged. Other locations, not so much (Highlands Ranch I'm especially talking about you). I was in and out within 10-15 mins and when they were done they opened up the hood to show me that all the caps were still there, which anyone who visits quick oil change places knows is important to watch out for. read more

I've been going to this Jiffy Lube for years. I always get the "bottom of the line" oil change ($29.99), because I don't want to pay the additional $40 they charge to check tire pressure, add washer fluid, etc. (total crap). However, the last time I went there, they said they had done away with that option, and that it would cost me $64.99 for their Deluxe Service. This is total BS, and I will NOT be going back to Jiffy Lube, ever again!!! read more

They don't admit to anything. I have the evidence. DO NOT GO THERE. THEY ARE A RIP OFF. HAVE AN F RATING WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.The oil filter they put in would not work with y car. Have the metal shavings in the oil and the filter as evidence. I have gone to the Attorney General for the State of Colorado. Checked out the Better Business Bureau and they have an F rating. Extremely disappointed. Went in for an oil change today and was told the price of the oil change which was going to be $80!! I have never paid that much ever for an oil change. I have been to Jiffy Lube several times and have never paid that price. He verified my info on the computer and then asked me if the synthetic oil, which I have always used, was okay. I was in sticker shock and asked him to look up how much I payed in the past, he said "oh I can't do that". However, he had all my information about where I lived etc. so I knew he had the information. I told him that I would go ahead with the change and he said "oh they are done". Obviously they didn't change the oil since I just at that 2 minutes before that I wanted the synthetic oil change. I am almost positive that my oil wasn't change and will go to the dealership to "actually" get it changed. Very sketchy and I will not be returning to Jiffy Lube. read more

Bad news. 81.00 for a oil change, slow and slightly snotty desk guy...Worst of all , we left our phone number because aforementioned guy couldn't manage to check us in. When we returned over an hour later, he informed us that there had been a mix up - my car had been given a new oil filter and cabin filter, because they got it mixed up with a gold Subaru which needed those things. He tried to get us to pay for them. He never called us with the number we left. He mentioned several times what a crazy day it was, and yeah, it was kind of busy but not insane, and he's not a brain surgeon - there's no such thing as that sort of time crisis in an oil change chain. We said no, and he sent two guys out to rip the filters out of my car and put the old ones back in. Well, either they'd put an old filter in and tried to charge me for a new one or he broke my old one when he tried to put it back in, because he gave me the new one...or did he? My husbands checking to see if there's a cabin filter in there at all right now. We shouldn't have to do this. Don't go here - bad place. Oh yeah - they also broke my glove box. read more

OMGosh!! TERRIBLE PLACE! Gal told me my car used synthetic oil.....insisted.....not so and I told, her to read the oil cap which she SAID that's where she read it.....NO!. Then said I needed a new air filter, which I had just replaced 6 months ago and haven't driven that far. Told her to put it back (they tore the hose when putting t back and I didn' t see it til later). Then said I needed a new fuel filter, which I did but by now I didn't \trust them. Said she checked my lights and they were all working.....NOT....I had knocked a headlight out the night before and my son was at Napa buying a new one while I was changing the oil! Then I had to explain the difference between the running light, head lights and bright lights!! Hello!!! Is ANYONE home?? Then charged me $9.99 for cleaning my windshield!!
