Alex, Dalton, and James are amazing! They spent almost 2 hours helping me get a GROUNDHOG that hitched a ride out of my engine compartment!! Then they checked my vehicle over to make sure it was safe after the critter chewed through some wires! Can't recommend these guys enough! This location of Jiffy Lube is the worst. One particular employee was very impatient and even though I talked to the manager, he doesn't know how to fix the problem, instead he thinks the solution is for customers to go to other locations. WARNING; IF YOU DRIVE A MANUAL TRANSMISSION VEHICLE, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS JIFFY LUBE LOCATION. Please read what happened to me: I am new to the Fort Wayne area. I have been having instant oil changes performed on my car for 11 years. This is the first time that I had to get out of my car and have someone else drive my car into the bay for the oil change. The manager told me that was their policy due to their insurance regulations. While I was standing at the computer and he was entering my information into their computer, he asked a female employee to move my car into the bay. My car is a 5 speed, manual transmission vehicle. I asked him if she knew how to drive one. She didn't because when she got in my car and my car began rolling backwards in the parking lot. I told the manager to immediately get her out of my car! He ran to my car and got her out and he proceeded to drive my car into the bay. I couldn't believe it. The manager later told me that he had been meaning to rent a vehicle and teach his employees how to drive a stick. This is dangerous and unprofessional. The manager should not allow anyone to drive a customer's car if they DON'T KNOW HOW TO DRIVE IT! I contacted the corporate office regarding this and I was given a letter of apology and oil change coupons. I will not return to this or any Jiffy Lube location due to my experience at there. Got in first thing in the morning. Guys got my oil changed and done before they even opened! Only took about 12 minutes!! Kind and friendly. Better and faster service than WM or any other jiffy. Went here for an oil change while in from out of town. Never been to a Jiffy Lube before, so i'm not sure if it's standard for someone to come out & ask you what you need done, give an estimated wait time, etc., but we sat for a bit & nobody came out so my husband went in to ask & they directed us to a different window. The guy came out, explained the process, the pricing, etc. I think technically you are supposed to get out & wait in the waiting area, however we had 2 infants sleeping in the car, so they let us stay. Once they started, the service didn't take too long. They offered to wash our windows & vacuum our floors, which was included, however we declined. Afterwards he reset the dashboard & even explained it to me because i told him I wasn't sure how to do it. Overall I was pleased with the service. read more

Third car in line and bay at 8am. Total time for an oil change only was 1:13 minutes. Then wanted to put me in the back of the line for a tire rotation. Canceled the tire rotation as i didnt have that much time to waste. They happily told me how the average a car every ten minutes. Will not be back. Major sales pitch twice during the visit. This place is the definition of unprofessional. As soon as my husband and I sat in the waiting area while they were changing the oil, the manager, Jacob, started yelling at an employee. He was extremely rude, telling the guy to shut up, and when the employee stated they shouldn't be having this conversation in front of customers the managers response was "I don't care". We will not be going back there. They should be ashamed of how they treat employeesees. read more

I really don't know where to start I took my 2012 Mercedes E350 in for an oil change and a parking lamp bulb that was out the representative there was so full of bull in what he was trying to tell us that it instantly was a disappointment... He told us my vehicle didn't have a dipstick which it does He told us the reason that he couldn't use Pennzoil was because there was a terrorist attack and they couldn't get any of the Pennzoil oil in. Then to top it off they put the wrong color bulb in when I got home I realized it and went back he would not give me a refund said he had to send it to the corporate office that was 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive a refund read more

At this time, it has been one hour and 50 minutes to change a serpentine belt on a Chevy Cruze. Almost 2 hours when I was told 30 mins top. I am absolutely livid right now. It's almost hard to control myself. I have watched 8+ people walk out of here. They have been having the same dude work on my car this entire time. You don't think he needs help???? It was at the 1.5 hours point before I was updated. "He can't get the belt back on" is what he said. What I heard was: "my guys suck so bad they can't replace a serpentine belt." This is ridiculous. They aren't even done yet but I figured it can't get much worse. Maybe it can. You'll hear from me again if something else happens, you can count on that. Something else you can count on is that I will NEVER return to this place again. I got here at 4:24, left work 30 mins early to make sure I would have enough time to get home. What a joke. It's 6:18 and I'm pretty sure the only reason they are helping him now is because they want to go home. Yeah well same here. I'm the only person left in the shop at this time. I'm livid and furious.
