This place is hit or miss. Supposedly they open at 8 am but I've pulled up way past 8 and the place was closed. Like anything else, the employees can be ok or rude. I think most of us would be grizzled if we smelled oil in a hot environment all they long. I went in twice this week and had two great experiences. First car had been there before by my husband and they let me know which oil he chooses and then they were very detailed and checking to make sure my brake lights, blinkers, etc worked and reset my maintenance button. Very thorough and fast. The next day I took in our new (to us) Sienna, thinking that it may due for an oil change and tire rotation based on the records I had. They let me know that the oil was full and clean/new and wasn't necessary to change it right now. They also checked all the air in my tires and added air to one that needed it. No charge. They are very honest and will get my service for all my future needs. Thank you! read more

The workers are pretty great and polite, the only issue is I had to wait 1 hour to do a simple oil change and a tire rotation and I have a corola. It was my first time coming to a Jiffy lube ever. I came because it's close to my house and I read great reviews about this location. So I figured maybe this could be my new oil change spot. I generally go to Valvoline because of their speedy work, and I knew this place would have a similar concept. So I show up and see that the middle lane has a shorter line than the lane on the far end, so I get in that lane. I'm waiting for a bit and one of the workers calls me over to the far lane behind an SUV even though that long line hasn't moved yet so I assume he knew it would move up sooner so I moved over to the far left lane. But then I just sit and sit and sit.. without any acknowledgment about my information or why i am there for. 20 mins goes by and notice the guy who came after me (who ended up taking my spot in the middle lane) gets asked for information. 5 mins later, he moves up and gets his oil change. Then he leaves and I am sitting still stuck behind the same SUV. Noticeable annoyed now that 20-25 mins have gone by, and I see the lane I was originally on (middle lane) moving like it was a Fast Pass lane at Disneyland. Finally, I am addressed and they give me just an oil change that I needed and I leave. The whole process took me over 45 mins on something that i thought would take 20 mins max. I can't say for sure that I will be visiting a Jiffy Lube again. Sucks because it was close to my place too. read more

My car has always been been very well taken care of by my husband. He did all the maintenance so he can immediately tell if something is wrong with my car. The last time I needed an oil change he was unable to do it for me so I came here. My husband checked under my car a few days later and noticed that whoever did the oil change didn't replace the skid pan oil plug cover. This piece is an oval shaped metal piece about 9 inches long. They were either too lazy to put it back on or they stole it. They also did not put some of the bolts back on the skid pan. This is completely unprofessional. I paid $90 for a service and I feel completely taken advantage of. I will not be returning. Beware. read more

At this location there seems to be a very fine line between salesmen and mechanics. I took my really old POS vehicle here the other day for an oil change. I was pleased with how quick the service was and I even got a nice little vacuum! But what really rubbed me the wrong way was how I was shamed because I didn't want to get the most expensive oil change. I even explained to the guy at the checkout how my car was old, how I didn't care too much about it, and how frankly it wasn't really in my budget to get a $100+ oil change, and the guy was so shameful to me because of it. Came in on New Year's Eve for a much needed oil change and radiator service, unfortunately I was told that they could only fill the radiator since their radiator machine was not available and they expected a new one on Wednesday. Took the oil change and was out the door within 40 minutes. After I got there it seemed to get full fast. Glad I went and arrived early to get my oil change done. Use to go to another Jiffy Lube and yes they sometimes try to sell you everything possible that they offer but don't most establishments do that... Try these people out for your car needs. read more
