What a shit show. Showed up on Sunday for a oil change, first time here. I was driving my car with my boy friend sitting shot gun, I talked to the guy at the counter, it's my name on the paper work, it's my car, at no point was there any reason for the staff to believe that it was my boyfriends vehicle. All three of the staff members who saw us could probably tell since they asked me to drive up to the loading bay that this was my car. First red flag was after talking to the cashier I looked behind me into the window to the bay(my car was right there five feet away) and watching the tech and the manager fiddle with my air filter (which I purposefully didn't ask for) which when they noticed me watching them they both panicked and looked like they got caught fucking with my car and when the dude thought I wasn't looking again he had to really man handle the filter holder to get it back in. Second red flag, twenty minutes of us waiting and then one staff member came out and literally asked "what are you guys waiting for, oil filter? Air filter" to which I had to reply "I don't know I just came in for an oil change" cause at this point no ones said anything to us before now and I saw them mess with air filter already. I don't know what's going on with my car mr.manager guy why don't you tell me why I'm waiting!? The tech who I caught repeatedly staring at me, came by to give an update on why it was taking double the amount of time talks directly to my boyfriend "sir your cars almost done were just waiting for someone to bring an oil filter" Guess what the name with the vehicle is? Victoria... does he look like Victoria to you?? This dude came into the lobby every five minutes for anything he could think of just to walk by me and stare. And he wasn't the only one repeatedly talking at my boyfriend as if he was the owner of the vehicle. Third red flag, some new staff member who hadn't been there till now shows up and him and four other guys are now all standing around my car loudly talking about how "no one told me to pick up that filter man! I don't know man!" And kept looking in at me. Then the new guy just sits in my drivers seat for a minute or two, not sure what he was doing but I wanted to tell him to get his ass out of my car. I've never felt like a tech has disrespected my property before until now. Why did it take four techs 30 something minutes to do one oil change?! I've never felt more like a group of guys was posturing themselves for my boyfriend and I've never felt more stared at and disrespected while having my car worked on. They knew they fucked up cause they took 15$ off the bill without saying anything about it. Didn't give a reason just showed up on the receipt. So pissed, never coming here again. read more

Checked the Local Yelp Reviews and was able to find this great Jiffy Lube on Glendale and Harvard. They were just opening up and I got right in. Best part.... I stayed in my car during the process. Mr. Maldonado was friendly, professional and explained everything. In and out in about 15 minutes. He even reset my alerts system on my dashboard! Hello Friends. One of the things I hate is going for a car service. Why? Because I don't know much about cars. My car was leaking and my father assumed it was oil leak. Of course, I got worried. The usual place I take it to wasn't available. Instead I came to this Jiffy Lube location. I did think I was going to be taken advantage of because I did tell Tony (one of the service men) that I don't know what's really wrong with it. I was nervous. Tony was anything, but nice, patient and HONEST! He had taken a picture of the underneath of my car and showed that it wasn't an oil leak, but water condensation from air conditioning. What a relief! I asked for the service fee. He wouldnt accept anything. He explained that he didn't do anything, but just check. He said he wasn't going to charge for that! Wow! Went in for an oil change with a $15 off coupon. The employee told me that his location isn't part of Jiffy Lube So. Cal and to check the website. I drove off and pulled over down the street to check. Pulled up the website and there they were. So I called and they told me to come back. They accepted my coupon but simply raised the price of the service. I pay $25-$28 with this coupon at the location near my home. I ended up paying $45 after the coupon at this location. If this location doesn't want to honor coupons then they should not be a franchise. Raising prices to offset the discount is also unacceptable! read more

I've had a couple oil changes done here before with no problems but over the last year or two, something changed with their work ethic. lets start off with their "engine flush" service they recommended one for my truck because its an older with the original engine, so I said sure! I guess it makes sense they they would advise me on it. as they were "flushing" my engine I began to look up the process and read ZERO positive feedback stories about it. all ending with their engine eventually blowing up or breaking down. weeks went by and everything seemed ok until my ENGINE BLEW UP, a spark plug actually shot out and dented my hood because of something that pressurized the inside of my engine. I didn't think about the oil flush until the following day when I realized i became a statistic to Jiffy Lube's legendary "engine flush" service. I love my truck so much, I ended up buying a new engine and having it installed. giving the benefit of the doubt to jiffy lube that it was their fault because then again, my truck was nearly 20 years old. I took it in again just for an oil change, as well as having my transmission serviced. nearly $300 later, I decided to check my engine oil and transmission fluid to check and see what it looks like after getting it serviced. my ENGINE OIL WAS SEVERELY LOW and my transmission fluid was DIRTY as if it was never flushed or serviced AT ALL. every time I drive by, I see their workers holding signs that say "NO LINE!" and indicate special discounts. I must think people are catching on with their shady business practices because I rarely see this location busy anymore. stay away, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. it's insane how much they get away with terrible business tactics, their general and district manager must be not even care for letting all these complaints happen. read more

One of the fasted oil changes I experienced, great service on the phone with Elizabeth. She greeted me when I arrived, I went during the week so there was no wait. Pulled up a screen and the tech told me exactly what I needed for my Lexus.. I used the YELP coupon and got $15 off Synthetic Oil service, Great service overall. This place offers a quick drive through service while still managing a good COVID-19 safety precautions. You just have to stay in your car and the staff will let you know what to do. They offer a good discount as well! I usually don't write reviews unless something stands out during an experience. Last but not the least, the guy who helped us; Emilio, was nothing but great! Although this place seemed short staffed & looked like they were busy, Emilio still managed to tend to us while being nice even when his other coworkers were yelling at him to do other stuff. Such a friendly staff! I almost felt like I was back in the 1950's or something!! (mind you I was born in the late 80's) My car had been "freaking out" because I accidentally overfilled the oil; I didn't know you were supposed to uncap before checking the oil to release the pressure (something they told me). They drained the excess, topped off my other fluids, checked my transmission oil, gave me a proper amount of fresh new synthetic 10/40, and informed me of a couple oil leaks I wasn't even aware of (nor was my mechanic). I was totally satisfied with their service and they were very generous with the pricing for all their work. Totally going back! No stars for this jiffy lube service was expansive had 10 guys standing around my car .. and idiots left a oil rag between the engine and fender !!! I drove 3 miles till I notice smoke was coming out of my car .. I managed to maintain the fire .. once I put out the fire went back to show them what they had done !! and see what they can do to fix the problems .. they danger me and my girl friend.. and I asked for help to fix my car and they still haven't called or given me an update on my case !!! .. fuck this place!! I think they don't know how big they fucked up who ever worked that day should be fire !!! Honestly disappointed in these wanna be blue collard workers.. worst 180 dollar oil change not worth it !!! I came here for a regular oil change and they were really helpful and efficient they noticed my tire pressure was low and filled it up during the change. I chalked it off as weird timing but 6 months later I get. 10 minute oil change, drive 5 minutes and my car stops in the middle of Brand Blvd, completely dead. I don't know what their deal is, but this location cannot change oil without shutting down your car. read more

They raise their prices consistently, do not have special, even for long time customers, and take customers for granted.
