I liked that she informed me that the store was privately owned and had their own discounts, and proceeded to tell me exactly where I could get the coupon code I needed for my oil change. Went to get an oil change in my father's car and the female who works here was incredibly rude to not only myself but to my mother. My father has gotten his oil changed here several times before and is a disabled veteran with veteran plates. He couldn't come get his oil changed himself as he was sick. We were told we couldn't receive his military discount because he wasn't here. He has military plates and it's on file. I would have been okay with that had the woman spoke politely to us. She was very demanding and rude about it. They just lost a customer and we will never come here again. read more

Had a good experience there today! Came in for an oil change, but also left with my coolant being flushed (they notified me how bad it was and I didn't realize). They also checked my air filter and asked if I wanted it replaced and I asked her what shape it was in, and she said it could go longer and it's not urgent. They also notified another guy who was there that a service he thought he had gotten done elsewhere, didn't do it and explained there's a leak so no point in doing it - most places wouldn't be as honest and upfront to make a buck. Staff were all very friendly and honest. I was immediately greeted and every single one said "have a good day!". I just had my last service with Jiffy Lube. This location in particular is not one I would recommend. They are incredibly rude and will talk down to you. I have been using this same Jiffy Lube for 6 years. On the service receipt they list services they don't actually do. They said my window washer fluid was filled but then it was empty. I returned today to fill it and they said they did not fill it because there's a hole. Why didn't they notify me initially instead of just putting "filled" on the receipt. They need to work on being more personable and friendly. I will not return. I also have 4 other people that I have told about this experience so they are not only losing me as a customer but 4 other people. I've been going to this location for my oil changes for quite some time. Always receive excellent & quick service. They always do complete checks of just about everything. Unlike other places, they never try to sell you something you don't need. Synthetic oil change is pricey but given the cost of oil right now, it's understandable. Last time I was took forever to get an oil change. Usually in and out. And the guy working on my car didn't even know what he was doing.

I went to this location to get an oil change on October 3rd. I wanted to use their 50% off coupon for my oil change. I was told I can use a synthetic blend along with a conventional blend mix to have the coupon redeemed. Ever since that day I have been hearing ticking sounds in my car and then on October 13th the sound got louder and louder and my car broke down. I called my mechanic and told him what happened. He came to me, checked out my car, and told me my bearings are messed up because they put the wrong oil in my car. They didn't tell me that it would mess up my engine if I did the mix. If I would have known that I would not have had them do that. I looked up what kind of oil my car takes and found it only takes SAE 0W-20, they put 5W-20 Conventional oil in my car even though my car says it requires SAE 0W-20 oil. They should have known this since the oil cap says that is the only oil that should be used in my car. The oil was extremely dirty which I have pictures of. If they would have done a correct oil change my oil should not be dirty after 10 days. The owner called me after I made a complaint and said there isn't anything he can do since I wanted to use the 50% off coupon which covered the wrong type of oil in my car. Had they told me that it wasn't the right oil, and it would mess up my engine I would not have taken the offer. They said that it was fine. I had my mechanic on the line with me to explain what he found, and Matt Robinson responded and said, "I don't have to talk to you you're not the owner of the car" and hung up on us. He denied rectifying the problem and said there is not anything he will do. Now I am unable to drive my car and my car is my job. I am a driver. So not only am I without a properly running car, I am also unable to work because of this and the owner was not willing to listen to me or offer any fix to my issue. This is extremely unprofessional, and I will be taking all actions necessary to get my car fixed as this was NOT due to my negligence. read more

Dear Jiffy Lube Corporate, I don't have enough space to list all the reasons this Jiffy Lube is the place to go. I took my vehicle in to see if they could help me identify the problem with my car. I showed up and Bernie got right to work checking everything out. He was kind, thorough, full of integrity and knowledgeable. The entire time he took the time to explain everything to me and never made feel like I was just a number or an easy target to sell unnecessary items to. It was determined that I would need to come back and have my car worked on and I did. The day of my appointment they were slammed with customers non stop for a long time. I watched as Allen the manager went out of his way to update and take care of all of us in the waiting room and work bays. He easily built rapport with everyone -addressing them by name, while he and the team took care of everyone. A really huge thank you to Mr. Stephen Noli, who took the time to help me with an issue regarding my truck's TPMS, literally on the spot. I stopped by simply to inquire about whether it was something they could resolve, and he immediately checked out the issue and saw they had the correct part in stock to replace the faulty sensor. Normally this would have made me leave a negative review, but with how Steve and Pops handled the problem when I brought in the proper paperwork , my faith in this shop is restored. Techs didn't latch the hood all the way, ended up flipping over when I drive away and cracking the windshield. I came back for the techs to inspect it. I'm complaining, but the tech 'Antion Brown' says that the hood was already like that. Right after, I hear one of the other techs disagreeing with him saying, "No, it wasn't, stop." Imagine hearing a TECH trying to put the blame on you and your car, but then one of the other workers disagreeing with him loud enough for me to hear. Absolutely embarassing. Also quite a sight seeing some of the other techs laughing as they inspect the car. Not coming here again. Stephen Noli, the GM, handled the situation well and helped me out. The older man working there was a gentleman, always opening the car & shop doors for me, even when it was time to leave. I brought my car in for an oil change. I normally go to the dealership, but there were no appointments. So I came here in a pinch. They put the oil cap on so tight that it couldn't be removed on the next oil change. So the manager ordered a new part free of charge and told me to come back when the part came in. Cool. I bring my van back. All of a sudden, my battery doesn't work. They can't start it, can't jump it, and I'm being told I have to pay $185 for a battery. My car started fine this morning. It started fine for them to pull it into the bay. Then it just stops working??? Seriously??? There is nothing I can do. I have to get to work today. I have to buy a new battery. I came for an oil change. A synthetic blend change is $77.99. If you can, get the digital coupons from the jiffy lube website ($15 off an oil change and other discounts). I asked the tech if they were quiet in the mornings. He shared that the shop has cars lined up most mornings, except Wednesdays. I came right around 8am and was taken care of promptly. The price includes a host of other services. My issue is that there was no evidence that these other services were actually performed. My tires were not checked. I confirmed this when I drove to Discount Tire and had them all checked and filled right after I left jiffy lube. My receipt stated that the floors were vacuumed in my car. The dog hair was precisely where it was on my mats when I stepped out of my vehicle. My exterior windows were cleaned as well, according to my receipt. How was that done when my driver side window was still down when I got my car back? Had I not seen the techs under my car and the hood popped I might have doubts the actual oil change took place. I don't care that the other steps may not have been completed. I figure these services must factor into the price point though and that's where I care. Why not take them off the menu and lower prices? Why not take a few minutes and actually complete the services? Why lie about services being completed when they were not? I was very disappointed when this business charged my 17 old daughter $97 for an oil change. Walmart charged her $44 for her last oil change. They also did not attached the cover that protects her under carriage correctly so it dragged on the ground until she had a friend help her remove it. Tried to speak with a manager to discuss that I felt she was taken advantage and the cover that was not correctly put back on her car and he was completely rude and never apologized once.
