I came in today and I was greeted by Jon who was very friendly and professional. He escorted me into the lounge and offered fresh coffee which was great. Moises the service advisor called me to the counter and advised me of the kind of oils they carry. BTW kendall full synthetic oil is the best and you can find it here. Which I used the kendall full synthetic oil for my car. Then Moises told me about what my manufacture recommend for my vehicle in detail. Transmission service is recommended every 60,000 miles antifreeze coolant flush is recommended every 150,000 miles. Cabin filter is recommended every 15,000 miles. My car also felt a little sluggish and they did a CPT which is a combustion performance test. Which it ran a 4 out of 10. Replacing the fuel filter and air filter and performing a fuel system cleaning were the recommended services for how my vehicle was running. I've been going to Jiffy lube for years now. Love the experience! The manager Brandon and the whole Jiffy lube crew there is just the best 10/10! Brandon explained every detail to me about what he was going to be doing to my car. As a female with little experience with cars, I was not confused, he made it very clear and answered all my questions. My car is back running so much better!!!! Thank god for this crew! They make sure every car is inspected and care for fully. Excellent customer service. This shop is my to-go shop ! I've been to pep boys and did not like the experience there. I recently took one of my new cars to this location of Jiffy Lube in Hesperia. I was trying to see if I could get one of my back lights replaced. Right when I pulled up, I was greeted by Anthony. He told me he did not have the part in, but said I could get the part at a local Autozone and he would be able to put it in. I came back with the part and the service was outstanding. At this same visit, I had my air filter replaced and was able to check the oil in my car. Everything was super. Professional service from Anthony, Issac and Ed on this day- 3/20/22. We went in for an oil change and found bigger issues. The dealership told me it would be 5 days to install the parts that were needed. John C. "Store Manager" picked up his phone, called the dealership, got the parts, had a mechanic come from another Jiffy store, gave my daughter and I a ride to the hotel and fixed it in five hours. The staff at Jiffy Lube went above and beyond great service. So many things were caught and fixed and I am really grateful that they saved our week. Little location off to the side of the main road and to my surprise the staff was extremely polite and friendly. The technician that helped with my vehicle was Brandon and was extremely knowledgeable and willing to help myself and other customers out with pricing to help maintain their vehicle! This jiffy lube is very polite n courteous when u arrive. The check out all yur fluids n advise u what is low or what u need n they top u off, clean yur windows n vacuum yur car... I had a very good experience with Charles and Fernando, they were very helpful as I had a pretty bad car situation, were able to do an oil change really late before closing, helped me get serpentine belt fixed, and gave me options and helped me situate where I can get a new ac compressor, blessed to have such nice and caring people to make a hard situation easier.
