Wow I don't know why I came to this place. Only because I needed a oil change and I couldn't go to my usual place. They have a new girl working on what kind of oil goes in the cars and obviously she still training. While getting my information she would tell coworkers to "Shut the hell up" and making rude comments and the manager had to tell her to stop yelling like that in front of They put the wrong oil in my car and thank God I caught it before I drove away. The manager should be watching everything she does and make sure its correct. You can't be fucking up like this with peoples car. What should be quick and easy seems to be more difficult than it is. I get an oil change on schedule everytime it's due. I usually go to Firestone but this particular time, they were short staff for a couple weeks so I decided to try here because my mom always goes here. Never again. I get an oil change every 5K miles but sometimes I go a little over, but my oil light has never come on. My light has now been flickering on and off fof a couple days. I didn't know if it may have been a fuse, or if Jiffy didn't fill me up here or used a cheap oil that burned quick. Today, I came back to Firestone for them to check the oil light flicker, and sure enough, they showed me, I have literally just about, no oil. So whatever oil they used here at Jiffy, burned up in less than 5K miles. I paid for my usual full synthetic oil change here at Jiffy, and according to my mileage and the sticker on my window , I'm not due for oil until 1500 more miles, so what the hell? People's cars are not something to play with. My engine could've gone to shit because of whatever games they're playing here. I would not recommend this location. read more

Wife went in for a oil change and tire rotation. During tire rotation one of the wheel lug posts was stripped from the rotor and loose. The lug nut could not be screwed on, and wife was told by the technician it was no big deal. She was told it was ok to drive, and just to go to mechanic and have post screwed back on. Flash forward wife leaves and is going down the road when the post gets caught in the break caliper!!! Needless to say ......it was not ok to drive, and now needs hundreds of dollars of work done! read more

An extremely helpful man named Jimmy was taking great care of clients and helping everyone.... great service but the reason I am giving 1 star is because the manager Mark I believe was literally yelling at him and other employees constantly I was literally embarrassed for them. He kept saying you're stepping on my toes. And belittling them. I thought the crew was very nice and did great work. On May 18,2021 I had my oil and filter changed at this place. On June 13, I went out of town and noticed oil was leaking. I took it to a repair shop and was told the wrong filter had been installed and it had been punctured, A new correct filter was installed. I finally had time to go back to this jiffy lube site today June 29 and spoke with Daniel . We had a discussion about the filter not being the right one and he pointed out to the guy that had installed the filter what had happened. The installer asked what could he have done? Be sure to check that you're car is not leaking oil if you take it here. My advice , go somewhere else! read more

Review for 6/27/2020 I'm a little late writing my review but who can forget exceptional customer service? I initially called a few pep boys just for some advice (they were no help)about the new taillights I installed on my Dodge Durango, they wouldn't light. Decided to call Jiffy Lube and was told I could swing by to have it looked at, no guarantee. I was met by the team and the manager Ed. Ed and Curtis were able to assist me and get the lights to work! I then decided why not get an oil change too! I did not get the name of the guy who changed my oil and showed me and informed me of it being a bit too low, it was, I had this truck sitting for awhile. The welcoming atmosphere was pleasant. I was informed of coupons I can use to save and how maintenance and special services I have access to by Billy and Curtis. Ed made sure everything was in order and I had all the information I needed. I couldn't thank the entire team enough for being friendly, informative, and ways to save. I give 5 stars for outstanding customer service and experience. I will always for the rest of my life, take my car to this Jiffy Lube shop for whatever they offer. Today, being very low on funds, but with a car that was stalling out due to a long overdue oil change, I took the problems to this Jiffy Lube shop thinking it would be inexpensive enough for a poor old lady. I was met by the manager, Paul Ochoa, who, after hearing my tale of woe, explaining I live on Social Security and I only had so much money in the bank. Mr.Ochoa gave me a more than generous discount that left me able to afford the work that would insure me getting back up to the top of the mountain where i live. . All the employees were smiling, happy at work, and even a worker on a break on the patio smiled and said hello. I think when employees are kind and friendly it says much about the management. Paul Ochoa is a real gentleman, understanding, kind, and respectful of my circumstances. When hearing how much I could afford to spend, he didn't send me away in desperation without any way to afford any expensive mechanics' shops. In my time of need, he came to my aid like a knight in shining armor. There are not enough words to say how grateful I am that I went to this particular shop. In fact, words are all I have to give back to this fine young man, an exemplary businessman in a time when there is so much complaining about business today. Chivalry is not dead. I recently went in to get an oil change done on my car and it turned out that whomever was working on my car ripped off the front engine splash shield along with the left and right splash mud shields leaving damage to where the bolts enter my car. They told me I brought it broken so it came right off and that they couldn't do anything to fix it, which my car is new I just recently bought it and there has been no damage to the bottom whatsoever, I was told to avoid driving fast or hitting dips, The man in charge did put the front engine splash shield in my trunk for me however he never gave me the bolts that hold the plastic to the bottom of the car or the splash mud shields. Then when I took my car to my original mechanic, He told me there was no reason for them to take off the splash mud shields at all, I feel taken advantage of I do not recommend anyone here especially if you're a woman they really don't care for their customers I had my 4 year old daughter in the car I'm glad we were able to get over to my mechanic safely. I am honestly afraid to drive my car because I do not want anything to damage it from the bottom this is my everyday car I don't have a choice to not drive it please think twice before you go here. Service was fast. I got my oil changed. Only one staff member wore a mask and one without kept hanging out by my window to talk. Very uncomfortable since I was wearing a mask. They offered an outside air conditioning unit that blows air into the car. Both me and my 2 year old were blasted with cold air but it smelled like gasoline. I turned it away myself.
